Very friendly staff. Great people, fairly clean too. However it is a smaller older Pilot. So very limited parking for the big rigs as well limited showers. Better for a 30 minute DOT break then a 10 hour DOT break. Decent amount of space to back up with, fills up quickly after 1700 though.

The showers 🚿 here are pretty good. Lots of hot water and pressure, and it was clean

The mens room at this place is completely disgusting. It smells horrible and is a disaster. Theres piss on the floor, papers, cups and bottles. I would avoid this stop at all cost unless you dont mind catching some kind of disease. Never again

Worst Pilot Ive ever been to. Its the only gas station off the highway so it will always be crowded. Plan accordingly Pilot. It was run down and dirty and bathrooms were disgusting. And it was only 1pm. It appears to be horribly managed.

Thanks for having paper in the receipt printer at the diesel pumps yesterday. Seems like your place was the only place that had paper anywhere yesterday. That stuff must be getting as rare as decent toilet paper these days!!😊

The very busy Clinton location an older pilot a smaller pilot..but it very well staffed pilot look very professional employees that know how to do their job and take care of problems if something should arise.I came in and early in the morning the bathrooms were not quite done because it was only women on the ship and they couldnt do a full clean the manager open the shower for me and allow me to use the facilities which was very nice..went out to the truck and went to sleep got up again came in the bathroom had maintenance people there they were keeping it up very well the subway was very nice I enjoyed a rotisserie chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato black pepper Caesar dressing..the little dining area was nice and clean the TVs very small though you have to really squint to see the little naxa TV they have mounted but it does have DirecTV as a courtesy which is very nice..The coffee was fresh the half-and-half ran out it was probably changed by the employee she did a great job very professional..it will be nice when the bean-to-cup comes to this one because this one definitely deserves that they do a fantastic job although parking is very limited it does get slammed at night is hard to find parking but Clinton caps are pretty cool. You can park on the side street next to the scale and they really dont say much also if you need to park you can also go across the street to the Blue Ocean restaurant has truck parking too. but all in all for an older pilot this was a very well-run one.

The Pilot app stated that this location is RV friendly. So on our family vacation in a class A RV towing a car, we thought we would have plenty of room to get around, fuel up, and have some lunch before getting back in the road. As we pull up, we realize that not only is it crowded to the brim, but it is so tight throughout the small amount of property. There was no way we were going to make it in and out of there. We ended up having to pass it, and go through the unknown countryside to get back on the road, and hope find another place to stop. This location is falsely advertised, and ended up causing more grief than necessary. If you are driving a large rig like us, dont bother trying to get off at this station.

I stopped at this pilot station on August 21st around 4:55pm. Hardly anyone inside was wearing mask even though there is a big sign on the door. Half of the staff was wearing their mask around their neck. They were not enforcing the mask rule for customers. I won’t ever come back to this pilot.

Pretty gross bathrooms, while using the facilities I looked at the wall directly to my left and counted 3 boogers and 2 blood spots as well as a large greasy area on the wall to the right and what I can only pray wasnt urine on the rest of the exposed wall. I know people are gross but it was clear this stuff had been on the wall for a while. Please direct more attention to the cleanliness of the facilities. Hopefully I can change my review the next time I stop here.

Mens bathroom was closed, the janitor was complaining that people should go to the McDonalds next door. Well, guess this pilot lost a customer.

This particular pilot station has always been there even as a kid. The coffee is always in the same spot, the check out lines are always fast. If anything, I get nostalgic every time I come because my dad used to take me here on the way to Tennessee before he died. Love you guys!

It has some surprising items for sale as it is a truck stop and not just a convenience store. Actually had 2 liter drinks for a better price than my local grocery.Its a busy location and they have multiple registers open.The Subway sandwich is as good as a free standing store. Mens room could be a little better but the number customers probably makes it difficult to keep perfect.

Thank you guys for always being there with a smile. You keep the store clean and you inform customers of deals based on what they bring to the counter. I was told to choose a snack cake because I bought a drink (a bottled water). One of many deals they have. We travel frequently and we stop at this location every time. Bathrooms are always clean and they have a variety of goods to choose from. Truck drivers will enjoy this location as well, ample parking and much to choose from if you have a 48 hour shutdown.

I love most truck stops big or small. This one wasnt the biggest one. However, for anyone who has driven a Big Rig or still is. This Pilot is convenient for to get off the road and stop for your break, bathrooms, or down time. Until you can drive again. Especially with the electronic logs. However, I got my CDL A before everything became electronic or automatic. I still prefer to have a manual and I can. Either way a hotel is conveniently located across the street as well.

Not the biggest or the best Pilot Travel Center, but definitely worth a stop if you need gasoline or a break. This location offers the usual beverage, snack and car accessory choices expected of a Pilot Travel Center but on a smaller scale. Staff are very nice and efficient. Inside Subway convenient and clean.

Located at exir 11 this station has reasonable gas prices (by todays standards) the restrooms are clean and the staff on duty was very helpful. We visit the area or three times a year and this will be our gas stop. The snack area is well stocked.

Really like this pilot. Staff is so friendly. They really care about there staff and customers. Usually easy in and out. Gas prices are normally good. The Subway inside has fresh food. As you know pilot has any travels needs you may have. This location could use a facelift but regardless is pretty nice

This place was great and busy. It has a subway, which I like very much. A regular, when we traveled.Other food options are available. Right off I 26 near Laurens, sc.The rest rooms were clean and plenty of room to walk a dog. Thank you for being in the right place at the right time for us. Great and friendly staff to boot!

Semi parking is typical of Pilot. Layout is not well thought out. Restrooms were a mess. Stayed for a 10 hour break and it looked like it hadnt been touched the 2 times I had gone in. Start of my 10 and towards the end.

The pilots is like most truck pitstops.. huge bays and plenty of room to get in and out of spots. The selection of food and goodies inside was great as well.. seems like every yr pilots keep upgrading and getting better.. the bathroom were clean and we know important that is

It is a good Pilot. It is better than a Loves. Like any other Pilot it is the equivalent of a fast food franchise. You know what to expect when you get there and it all boils down to the quality of the individuals working that day as to how clean and organized things will be at any given time.

We love pilot travel centers while on trips. We know we can feel safe while there. They have a huge selection of food, beverages and much more.

BE ADVISED - THIS LOCATION PUTS A $151 PENDING HOLD ON YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR YOUR GAS PURCHASE HERE. My $15.07 gas purchase yesterday generated this hold on my credit card. Spoke to the manager this morning (who was polite and helpful) and she claimed it was legal and that this hold could be in place for up to 72 hours. Googled this and apparently Pilot has been doing this for several years. I am now fully aware of Pilot`s non customer friendly policy.I will never stop at a Pilot again (or in an emergency, would pay in cash).Other than the above, I would give this LOCATION a 4 star rating.

The pilot itself a 3-we travel a lot and always look to pilots or loves for our stops. This one was some of the worst pilot restroom facilities I have ever seen. The Subway inside though might deserve a 1. My husbands sandwich had a hair in it his second bite. He took the sandwich back not expecting anything but a replacement. Which is a good thing since the ladies blew it off like it was nothing and offered no apologies. It seemed like a real inconvenience to have to correct the problem. Things happen and can kind of be understandable... but the lact of concern and customer service was incredibly disappointing....

Service and food was good. Shares were nice and hot. The only complaint I have is that you park in a fishbowl. Either youre facing towards your back wall or youre rolling out toward your seats.

Roadside fare...fixed by happy people and the friendliest guys youll ever meet waiting on you. The French 🍟 f.f. were good! The awesome sunset stopped everything as everyone emptied the place for an ah moment...worth the whole evening!!! What a great experience with wonderful people😳😍😍🌷

Wow small facility but they have everything you need. The showers (only 3 available) are hot the service is great and the food on the roller grill isnt crusty and dried out like some stops. Looked like when the employees had nothing to do they would go and find something to do.....not used to seeing that work ethic anymore. Great experience here.

Great choices of things to get. Hot food, tons of drinks, snacks, shirts, hoodies, souvenirs etc.They also have nice bathrooms and showers.

Its pretty packed in here tonight already but they have one feul island down, not sure for how long. But the restrooms are clean and there is a variety of selections. Easy to see from normal traffic and easy to get on to the interstate after.

I love Pilot Travel stations and this ones no exception. Extremely clean restrooms, everything you could possibly need while youre on the road, and exceptional service. Not always easy to get in and out of the parking lot though so I wouldnt mark this one as a quick in and quick out stop.

First service bad the wait for the showers very long the showers being available just clean them and thats it, but the workers gathered at the cash registers talking and relaxing instead of doing their job and having a good customer service have bad service

The power center was nice but the people could be a little more friendlier and talk to people with some respect instead of talking down to them.

I stop here every time I go to the nearby range or WMA as they have soap with pumice, a reasonably clean bathroom, and a subway inside the gas station.

Employees were super fast and super nice. I was worried when we first went in cause of super long lines, but they blew right through it. And happily. Will be back next time thru.

Limited parking but clean showers and within walking distance of a really good seafood restaurant. If you get in early enough for a spot its well worth a good shower and a hop across the street for some decent seafood

All I did was get fuel in which the pumps were working great no problems there and went in and got a salad at Subway and those were the nicest ladies in there they walked me through an awesome rotisserie chicken salad with Caesar dressing it was delicious!! Mark B.

Cashier at 2:15pm today was so sweet and super efficient. The line was forever long and she worked super fast to get it moving.. and all with a smile!

Cluttered store. Got harrased by outside vendors/ charity beggars. Bathroom was very gross and hadnt been cleaned in a while. Only redeeming factor was being greeted at the entrance and it was a quick stop.

Restrooms were not up to Pilot standards which is something we have come to find when traveling. Otherwise it was easy in and out.

Great new coffee station that grinds coffee beans for each individual cup. The Columbian was perfect for my taste however, the darn beef jerky is too expensive!

Pilot is pretty expensive, but they have decent gas prices. This pilot has a Subway, so thats an added bonus. Its open 24 hours so it is convenient.

Most pilots are real nasty and the people act so messed up. I try my best to go to loves ..much cleaner and people acts better

Dirty restrooms.Corporate guys from Tennessee are here today.I parked my pick up truck with a boat on a trailer attached to it in the back of the lot to be out of everyones way. The other lot was full.When I woke up I was blocked in by a white Ford Explorer. Turns out these corporate guys are so dumb.... they didnt even think for one second to look around and realize they are blocking me in with all the other parking spots they couldve chosen. No wonder pilot is doing bad in business.If they cant even think logically about parking why are they in a position to be consulting changes to this location? Idiots

They had the cigs I wanted. They were pleasant, upbeat, and efficient. It was a cinch to gas up the RV- no worry about top clearance. The line was a little slow but it looked like they were training someone since at one point there were 2 people on 1 register. Thats a short term thing. Id rather stand in line 60 seconds longer seeing positive people giving good service than be served 1 minute fasrer by indolent crabby people. The store was clean and well stocked. Id come here again in a heartbeat.

I am a CDL driver and like this place however, would recommend some place else to a friend. Good Truck stop.
