My recent experience with Verizon in Clinton Ct.was exceptional. The store was very busy that afternoon and I needed a new phone as mine was very old. Taylor, the representative I had the pleasure of working with had to multitask having phones ringing, customers entering the store, other customers being helped and many with multiple questions. Taylor was bubbly yet professional and stayed patient in a very overwhelming environment. It took Taylor a couple of hours to attempt to transfer my info from my very old phone to my new phone. I was happy to have the time to do errands. My phone was giving her a horrible time yet she stayed until closing so I left with a newly set up phone at an amazing price.I will always go back as needed and ask if I can have Taylor assist with my phone needs!Amazing customer service!

Molly was overwhelmed dealing with an irate and rude customer. She kept her cool the entire time I was there. Molly balanced 3 customers by herself as well as several simultaneous phone calls trying to help the upset customer. Molly was professional and productive in the face of difficult circumstances. I was extremely impressed by her demeanor and professionalism.

I have had a very good experience here in your Clinton store and it is due to the excellent customer service I received from your sales rep, Molly. She was patient with my old phone, explained all aspects of my new phone clearly to me and took away any worries I had of changing phones. She went through the details of switching to this new phone. Kudos to her.

I needed to purchase a new phone and transfer everything from my work phone we also had a slightly complicated situation with with having one Apple ID for two of us. I called ahead to make sure what we needed to bring and Mike was patient and listened to my entire explanation. At the store Mike greeted us and was very thorough in his explanation of my options and then was extremely patient during the process. Downloading the apps took a bit longer that normal but Mike kept me up to date on what was happening. He was polite, knowledgeable and did not try to sale me a phone or accessories I didn’t need. What an amazing experience I just had at the Clinton CT Verizon store!Yesterday my phone was stolen. I was frantic worrying about stolen data! The minute I walked in, I was greeted by Taylor Perry. She set the tone for a stress-free experience! She took care of me both with the sale of my new device as well as the emotional stress of the situation!In addition, Molly Klarman was extraordinarily supportive! The store became busy and Molly was able to take over for Taylor in supporting the transfer of data! It turns out today was Molly’s 2nd day at Verizon! You certainly found a gem in her and Taylor!At a time when good service is difficult to find, it is alive and well at Verizon in Clinton, CT!

Taylor did a great job of explaining the new phones. She expertly restored my lost photos and cellphone numbers from my old phone and set up my new phone. She was the only staff member in the store which made it difficult to devote all her time to my sale when 3 customers came in for purchases as well. Honestly the most amazing Verizon (or phone dealer) interaction I have ever had. I broke my phone I was having a bad day already and Taylor turned it all around for me. She was an excellent help every step of the way and helped me to be able to walk out with a brand new phone, had me spending 30$ less each month on my phone bill and I left there with a smile. She’s just freakin’ outstanding. She deserves a raise and a gold star. You go girl.

We had a technical problem for over 4 years and tried numerous stores to resolve the issue. Finally, the outstanding staff at Clinton were able to figure out the problem and fix it!!! Incredible, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Best Verizon experience ever!

Go ahead and go to the big outlets if you like spending an hour or more waiting in line, or go to the authorized Verizon retailer in Clinton if you are like me and enjoy an individualized experience in a socially safe location with no long lines. The young man that helped me at the Verizon in Clinton, CT this afternoon was wonderful. I cannot think of enough positive things to say about the experience with him.I went into the store with my eighty plus year old mother and was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable salesperson with a great deal of patience. My mother had some questions about how to use her phone and the salesperson took the time to explain to her what to do and then had her try doing the application on the phone by herself.I have been thinking of leaving Verizon for a while as the store near my home in Fairfield County has horrible sales people.Because of my experience today and the salesperson I encountered I will stay with Verizon.

Avoid this store at all costs. I signed up during a promotion where I was supposed to receive $150 for each of the 3 lines I brought over, as well as a $23 monthly credit for the iPhone I traded in. 5 months later I havent received anything. When Id call theyd say to give it another two weeks. Now the manager tells me that the promotion ended the day before I signed up, and the salesperson made a mistake. Sorry, youre sh*t out of luck. Completely unacceptable, this is not a trustworthy place, go to the Old Saybrook store for a much better experience.

Im new to Verizon. The experience with Rachel at the Clinton store couldnt have been better. She did everything she could to ease my concerns and answer all my questions.I normally second guess myself, but thanks to her now I dont need to. I know I have the bestI upgraded from a Galaxy S9 to a Galaxy S20+.its only been about 2 hours but so far Im happy lolUPDATE:After 10 days I was SO done. Im out of Verizon and back to Xfinity. So many issues.

Jessica is great. Shes friendly and is so helpful. We are over 60 and she was so patient and understanding with us, which we cant say for a couple of Verizon stores weve been to. We highly recommend her - she gets the job done and has a wonderful personality. Shes a real keeper!

My IPhone had just gotten wet and stopped working.I called up Verizon wireless in Clinton Ct 30 minutes before closing and the store manager Jessica promised me that she would wait and help me.Ultimately, I upgraded to a new IPhone and Jessica had me up and running in less than a half hour.She was able to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed.The store was very clean and I felt comfortable with their pandemic protocol of masks, social distancing and plexiglass partitions.

I called on the phone they told me they were just two customers ahead of me when I got there I waited patiently. After 15 minutes a Caucasian woman walked in and he greeted her and took her right away, didnt think anything of it. When the next gentleman was available another Caucasian man walked in and he took him ahead of me. At that point I got the whole story so then I just walked out .Hard to believe that that actually is still happening. I would not recommend this retailer until they straighten out their issues.

First I was very pleased to see the controls the Clinton Verizon storeh as in place due to the coronavirus. I waited outside for approximately a 1/2 an hour, however, after waiting about 5 minutes Isaiah came out to check to see if I had a simple question. Once inside Isaiah worked diligently to upgrade my phone which had died to the new S10. I thanked him for is patience while taking care of me.

I live in Columbus Ohio and while on vacation in Connecticut I lost my i Phone 8. Since I use my phone for business I was rather distressed. The following day I went to the closest Verizon office in Clinton on East Main St. Steven greeted me and quickly went to work trying to figure out if we could locate the phone. After this was proven fruitless he provided a number of i Phone options to replace the one I lost. His knowledge of the products was impressive and I chose the Xs to upgrade, since my contract was close to renewal. Steven was able to get my $200 cost, to pay off the outstanding contract on my old phone, down to a statement credit by allowing a trade in of another phone. He applied other promotional credits as well. The process only took about 1 hour & he even set up my replacement phone, beyond the call of duty. Thanks again Steven!

Jessica was very helpful, she was the only one in the store and clearly very busy but she helped me and I walked out of the store quickly with a new phone.

Came into this store to get some tablets and update our accounts and Steve and Anthony were SO helpful. Anthony answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable! Steve helped out as well and they worked great together. Way better atmosphere than previous managment!

Steve is extremely helpful, personable and knowledgeable. The minute we walked through the door of this store, we felt welcomed. Steve also saved us money on our monthly bill. We strongly recommend Steve because of the excellent customer service we received.
