My wife loves this store, she loves to do her projects and make quilts for our son, nieces and nephews. Anyways its worth it to come here, but the staff should know more than the customers, and they should be friendly. Im not saying all of them are like this. But a few dont even want to be bothered with you, or they act annoyed. These few wont even greet you when you come in. They just stand there and stair at you. Not good for business.

The employees were all very nice to me and the girl cutting the fabric got very excited with me over the witch hat I made myself

Store is messier than Id like to see. The set up could be much better. The employees are all so friendly and helpful and I love that about the store.

Very poor customer service. Placed an order, and there was an error on their end. It was an easily solved problem (10 minutes or less) and the manager was not willing to help or solve the problem. Travel a little further and support a different store with better customer service. Extreme lack of communication in staffing and managers

Very good place, had everything I needed and was easy to find. One thing I would add cause we went early morning is a bell or something for the fabric center. We didnt wait forever but employees were stocking and busy so it took a bit for one to notice us there. It probably took like 5 min though. I just mention as this could be a issue to other. The guy was really helpful too cause I barely knew what size to get and he was showing me the different lengths and such.

The entire time we were there the employees were stocking shelves and it made shopping and getting assistance difficult BUT I still enjoyed my visit here! The lady who helped us cut fabric was really knowledgeable and nice. The facility itself is clean and well kept. I would visit this location again!

This store have tons of things. Also if you are a man like me you can find some pretty stuff.

Great staff and an amazing store

Lots of crafts material including things that I didnt expect to find. They also had an uncomfortably large selection of pens and markers, but thats probably normal. I dont go to many arts and crafts stores, but Joans has been my number one choice when I need something.

Had everything I was looking for except for the bobbins for my machine. I guess my machine is unique.

I had to run to Joann’s and was in a little bit of a hurry to get a cutter (one of the rolling cutters for fabric). I scurried back and the $20 cutter was blocked from being able to grab yourself by a plastic stopper on the end of a rack.I went to the front and asked for assistance to get the cutter off. The gal let me know someone needed to help me, but she needed to stay at the front. She called back for someone to come help me. I went back and waited… waited some more, 15 minutes passed and no one came. I could see the fabric lady rushing to help other customers, but it was pretty obvious no one was going to help me.I told the gal up front I needed it, I asked for help but it wasn’t happening. SO I decided that I would rip the little whole of the cutter wrapper to the edge to get around the stopper, and bring it up front to pay. (Solved my own problem!). I scurried to the front to cash out. The lady asked me “did you have help getting the cutters you needed”? I responded and just said “no she was super busy, and so I ripped the top of the package to get it.” Absolutely mortified (which I was honestly not trying to make anyone have a bad day), she said “you SHOULDNT DO THAT! EVERYONE ON THE CAMERA IS GOING TO THINK YOU STOLE IT. Im going to likely get a call because of you. I CANT BELEIEVE YOUD DO THAT. I get it completely why those stoppers are in place. I felt that I’d be in the clear knowing I was in the clear to just take it to the counter and pay for it, without wasting more of my time due to short staff of employees.Honestly, the whole thing was kind of hilarious - and I don’t mean that in a rude way. It’s just ridiculous to get treated so bad when you’re obviously trying to pay for a product and I was beyond honest about the entire thing.The lady seemed pretty concerned about the “camera guys” asking about me. So here I am publicly saying I paid for my cutters and I guess have Joann mad at me for taking cutters the wrong way. Next time I’ll go to Walmart or Amazon to get $20 scissors.

Needed chenille yarn and was lucky that an employee knew exactly where the remainder of it was. It was on clearance price and thats what I paid.

The guy that was at checkout wouldnt let me ring up a roll of fabric and told me to take it to the cut counter. There was no one at the cut counter and I couldnt find a soul to help me. Wasted my gad coming out here and left without getting what I needed. My suggestion is go to hobby lobby or somewhere that will actually help you

I always enjoy looking arountld the fabric section, this time was a specual assignment to find fabrics that described me...that is much harder, though I found plenty that I liked. Im surprised also how hard it is to find ruby red paint.

Its a great place to get ideas for your projects your working on or ideas for some to keep your mind busy 😉

Manager was really helpful at making sure I had all the discounts on my fabric purchase and the military discount even though we forgot to put it on the first time. I really like shopping at places like this where they dont try and nickel and dime you but instead give the customer every discount they possibly can. The staff members were helpful and pleasant. They were able to help me find what I was looking for and were able to answer my questions without hesitation.

Quite expensive but there are neoprene face masks for 2 dollars breathable and the best mask I have found around.

They have fall decor on sale at 60 percent off. They have precut fleece for 9 dollars for 2 yards. Also cute fall wood crafts for 40 percent off.

I dont particularly care for Joanns a lot of the stuff is over priced and they dont have the supply that Michaels does.

Theyre protocol to keep thing clean and safe right now is nice. Prompt service cut counter will have extra hands to help if needed.

Not enough staff. Only one register open and she was in training, so had to call a manager to help do my return. Line was very long and not helpful when people shouldnt be standing around indoors in close proximity to one another.

Im so glad I stopped by they were having such great sales 90% off a lot of stuff so I was thrilled a bunch of stuff that I needed was on sale every employee was just as friendly as can be happy to help me find everything that I needed for this project that Im doing it was great Ill definitely recommend these guys

Went here for my annual tradition of making fleece blankets for my kids. They had great sales. 60% off the fleece I bought. Good idea to sign up for their emails, they always have great coupons!

You can always find sales here. I saw a fabric online (but not enough yardage) that I wanted but could only get at the Clinton, UT store. They actually had the right number of yards I needed in store. Woohoo!

Decent place to get thread not so much for pens unless you want paint markers. My family often goes here for fabrics and the like. They have good fabrics for clothing items from the region where some of my family is from. The staff is very personable but not in an in your face kind of way. That is a rare thing in retail sales.

Great fabric selection! I can find almost any fabric Im looking for. The prices are decent, but they get a lot better when you use their coupons or go during a sale. For the most part, the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there are times I feel like I cant find anyone to help me.

Wish the manager was as sweet as the fabric cutting crew. Bad day I guess (everyday) I go here at least 2-3xs a week ONLY cuz of three coupons. Wish utah had more options. Riverdale on the other hand their manager and staff no matter how busy it gets is a lot nicer to deal with.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but their selection of materials in certain sections is ... not as extensive as other craft stores in the area. All in all a nice place to go though.

They have a pretty decent selection of acrylic paints and sealers.

They usually have anything needed for crafts. Their decoration selection has been helpful no matter the season. The patterns for clothing and outfits have helped with our costumes for cosplay and Halloween.

I always find what Im looking for when I go to Joanns. Great selection across many craft categories. If youre looking for craft supplies, I am sure Joanns has it, and with all the coupons they typically offer, youre almost guaranteed the best price out there.

Joann never fails! I wrap gemstones and this is where I buy my quality wire. Theyre a bit more pricey but occasionally theyll have either bomb sales/coupons or clearance-got 4 yards of colored wire for half the normal price. More cashiers would be nice during the busy times bur for the location next to Wal-Mart I can imagine it gets busy at odd times.

Love it...still my favorite store. I reupholster furniture (london design Reupholstery) and they dont give sample pieces of fabric anymore which is not helpful at all, but other than that great store.

Although I had to go another store it was definitely worth it. They have excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE! Were very accommodating!!!
