Tim is amazing. Very nice and informative. The receptionist never knows what is going on in the shop. Says she will call you back and then never does. Had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks. Kept telling me it was in the shop being looked at but would drive by and it was parked out back while vehicles that were brought after mine were serviced and finished before mine. I enjoyed their service with my last vehicle but after this time, I will not be returning to them and I will not be recommending them to anybody.

Very convenient, and affordable. We just did a set of front brakes and an oil change and it only cost $30 to use the lift. People are very friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely use them again. Only negative thing is the shop is very cluttered with tools and old parts laying around. For me that can be overlooked since it saved us from having to work out in the cold.

We were having radiator problems so we took it into them to find out we had a cracked radiator and you wouldnt believe how fast they looked around for a used radiator but couldnt find one within 300 miles so we had to get a new one. The work was done pretty fast, (as fast as they could get it done as they are a very busy shop). We also had an oil change done, and a window regulator done all on one vehicle. They do want they can to make their customers satisfied. Thanks Udoo for all you do.

I havent had any work done yet because they are pretty busy but I did setup an appointment for later in the week. I was greeted by Tim and after i had them check out my car we setup an appointment. Very professional and a pretty good bunch of guys. They told me that I pay whatever they pay for parts which I though was great. I will give another review after the work is done and I dont think Ill be disappointed.

Went into this business unsure what to expect and after arriving and talking with the owner Tim to figure out what to do we found out this place is the best place to work on your vehicle, being able to use the lift and the tools you dont have with you, makes this place amazing. Being open till later in the day and open on weekends helped me not have to worry about rushing to get it done after work during the week. Tim was so friendly and organized and the shop area is so clean! Will go back and recommend this place where you can be inside and have everything you need is the best thing ever!!! His prices for everything he has to offer is very affordable

Was running into a bind with this current Covid situation, and (on a Sunday)finding the place to flush radiator. Wasnt aware of Tims business, but when I called, he had absolutely no trouble with getting me in for afternoon. His bays are kept clean. Tim was more than fair, only charged for the time, being in shop.Will be keeping his shop in mind for future car repairs.

This place was great. I had broken wheel bolts on my tires and had never replaced them before. I watched a youtube vid and they even gave me a personal help to get through my crisis. Its was cheap friendly and great. They had tools for rent and a garage for me to park my car in all on a sunday. 10/10 service. Thanks.

I had to get somewhere today and my starter went out I already had the part and the guy came to me fixed it and didnt even charge me that much for it took him maybe 20minutes I will DEFINITELY be going here from now on absolutely love these guys! Well what can I say my 2015 Ford Taurus SHO needed some attention at 100k miles and I was not really looking forward to the 3k bill I received from a dealer and another shop in town. What they did for me was my front end bearing and tie rods as well as a few days after that my rear bearings.... I guess it was time and I did not realize all the noise I heard inside the car was from them and now wow is it quiet. This a fairly common repair but my car did not want to let go of the hubs from OEM so they fought on them for a while to persuade them to come off. We had a few bumps in the road with the car not being happy about all the changes but in the end it was all taken care of and saved me loads of money as I could buy my own parts and keep labor at a realistic cost. I would take any vehicle I own to them and know that it is going to get the love and attention to detail as if it was their own vehicle. They also believe in the if it is not broke dont fix it so they are not going to try and pressure you into buying more than you need. Thanks so much Steve and Tim.

First I will say I have never wrote a review before, but U-Doo deserves it. This is by far the best repair shop I have been to. Ill admit, I was a little skeptical at first because they are so new but boy was I wrong. They are extremely professional, reasonable with their prices, and most of all, eager to get work done so that you can return to normal routines.Here is a quick explanation of the situation I was in. I was in the Clinton area on a survey job for work and as I was about to leave my car wouldnt start. The alternator was for sure the culprit. It was late and I knew there werent going to be any repair shops open but U-Doo was open until about 8:30PM. I tried my luck to get over there by charging and putting along with another car but unfortunately didnt get there until about 10PM. I know, it was a long night. I ended up staying in a hotel and decided to deal with it in the morning. During the struggle to U-Doo, a local recommended another place that is known to be pretty good. I decided to get my car towed over there instead. I bought an alternator and brought my keys to them. After waiting a few hours and realizing the car still wasnt towed over to the other shop, I decided to just see if U-Doo could do it today.To my surprise, U-Doo said they would work on it right away without hesitation so that I could get back home that day. I picked up my keys and the alternator from other shop and brought them over to U-Doo. 2 hours later and some friendly visiting with the staff, my car was up and running and I made it home (4 hours away).If you are ever in the Clinton area and need assistance with your vehicle, I highly highly highly suggest you check out U-Doo. I cant thank them enough for understanding the situation and urgency to help out.
