If I could give them 100 stars I would, at 9pm at night they towed my car back to the shop and replaced 2 tires that had blown out. 4 hrs from home on a trip and they had me back rollin in no time. I could not have even imagined being able to get the 2 tire I needed from the same place that towed my car, but they made it happen and did it with a smile,. fast, professional, and affordable. I cannot say enough good things about SPx. My daughters car broke down on the way to college in Columbia. First and foremost, when he came to tow the vehicle, Brett made my daughter feel safe, very important to me. They did an engine replacement for my daughters RAV4. They did the job they said they were going to do for the price they said it would be. No games, no BS. Excellent, professional service. I cannot recommend them enough!!

These guys are really great. My vehicles ability to shift gears went out on 26. With my two young kiddos in tow. They came to me on the side of the road, gave it a temporary fix late in the day so I could make it home. (stores were already closed to buy the proper part for my old vehicle). They didnt charge me a dime. What a comfort to have kind people out there taking care of each other. Much appreciated guys!

I was headed home on leave and my car broke down so we called Brett and he was fast to get to me he took me to my hotel and troubleshot my car found the problem and fixed as soon as he got the parts even though he was taking calls left and right. Tried to get towed by these guys through AAA. They tried to charge me an extra $200 up front because my car is lowered, and then refused the tow when I told them I’d pay when they got here and not before.Would YOU pay a tow company before they even showed on site????Avoid at all costs.Edit- about an hour after I left this review, BRETT called me and asked me to remove it. I declined.Also, if anyone is still reading this: most of this dudes reviews are obviously fake. Don’t just go by the rating. Read the reviews.Edit 2- to respond to Brett- I was fine paying before you hooked up. I just was absolutely not going to pay you before you were on site. Oh, and it’s super strange how the tow “wasn’t covered by AAA” for you, but for the second company we contacted, it wasn’t an issue at all. Weird. Almost like you were attempting to extort someone in a bad situation. Yep. *Almost* like that. Don’t worry, we told AAA about your little scam.

SPx Customs is so trustworthy! We drive from Simpsonville to get our vehicles worked on here and forever will! We have had our vehicles worked on before by them in the past and always felt good about their work. BJust recently, I had my car looked at elsewhere in Simpsonville (soley due to location convenience)and after four days they were still looking for the issue claiming possible large bill/repair I could be looking at. I asked for my car back right away and took it to SPx Customs because I knew I could trust their professional opinion. Repair was found promptly and at a minimal charge! Aaa called them to tow my truck in on sat 11 14 20 he was on time very professional used care when loading and unloading. If your are on the clinton area do not hesitate to call them if you need a tow as you will be satisfied also

Had a very low car towed by SPX, the car was turned down by other services because of the ride height. Also had my clutch, slave cylinder, clutch master, and flywheel replaced by SPX! Everything went perfect and didn’t take long at all.

Brett was our savior when we had a blowout on 76. We were driving a Kia Soul that doesn’t come with a spare tire. It was a Sunday, so no tire stores were open. Brett found us a tire and was there in no time. He changed the tire, gave us a jump and followed us a short way to be sure everything was ok. So friendly and professional. He really saved the day for us!

Fast service! I had a driver out to me within an hour. Brett came to tow our vehicle off the side of I26 he was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The water pump went out on my car Saturday and we were going to take it to the dealership on Monday but Brett informed us that he is opened the weekends and does auto repairs as well. Now this is an elaborate towing service. I was stuck beside the road for over 3 hrs. I was livid and beyond exhausted. This company called me and asked where I was and I told him. He says I know exactly where you are...I will be there in about 20 to 25 min. I was so relieved. I wanted him to stay on the phone until he arrived because i had waited so long. Im not one to usually rave about divine providence, but its hard not to feel as if Brett and company were sent by a guardian angel. Their service was well above and beyond what I would expect of any tow and mechanic shop. Unfortunately I have had to have my car towed more than once and I must say this is the only company I would give a 5 star rating to. Brett and his team made a stressful situation quick and easy. When I called they gave me their estimated ETA and sure enough they were there in the promised time. I have had other companies leave me stranded on the side of the road for HOURS!! Not only did they make it out to me quick but the driver also called to notify me of his location and reassure me that he was on the way. Not only did the driver call but the owners also called me after myself and my car had been dropped off to make sure that I arrived at my destination and that I was satisfied with their service.
