This company definitely has my support! On Tuesday night I got a flat tire and had to leave my car at a gas station. It wasn’t drivable. Marcus and will where amazing! They went out there way to replace my tire at the gas station the next day while I worked. They even dropped my car off at my job!! I truly appreciate their great customer service and will definitely be going there now when it comes to car problems!! Plus I would have spend way more money getting and towed and having it fix someone where else!! Thanks again guys!!

We were on a trip down to Lebanon, MO and got a flat tire. We pulled off at a gas station unsure of what to do, as we were 3 women with little experience in cars. The owner, Travis, happened to be at the same gas station and told us that we could go to Powell Auto Center down the street. We did and WOW - what great customer service! We immediately got in and got our tire patched up so we could get on with our trip. Thank you so much!!

On a family road trip and got a flat. We called PAC 30 minutes before closing and they were more than willing to help. When we arrived we met the owner Travis who was incredibly kind. Even if we were the kind of folks that got overly upset about the situation (which we’re not) the good people at PAC would’ve turned that around. We left feeling happy and cared for. Great people! Highly recommend! Only negative thing we can think of is that we live far from the area and cannot support the business regularly.

Waited nearly 2 hours. They tried to fix something that didnt need fixing for $300. Told me my car wouldnt even make it home. Called their bluff and have been driving it everyday since.UPDATE August 2021: still driving just finel

Travis is amazing and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the Automotive industry. It is such a pleasure talking to him while getting my vehicle serviced. They do reliable work and explain everything that needs to be done before doing so. Prices are affordable it’s definitely worth the 40 minute drive. They also had a nice variety of dependable, reliable preowned vehicles for sale as well.

So few weeks ago I was looking for best prices on a battery for my mower. Turns out Powell Auto was by far the best price around. So while I was there I also had them do an oil change, tire rotation and check my alignment. Everyone there was wonderful and professional. Their sign says Awesomeness and it truly is 100%. I laughed at the negative reviews because the experience for me was nothing close. The owner and his crew knows what they are doing. I WILL BE BACK as well as my family for any auto needs.

My grandfather passed away a little over a month ago and the family made the decision to sell his truck. Travis at PAC made us an offer and it was far above any other dealers offer. Once we accepted, he was at our house within an hour to pick up the truck. Travis had all the paperwork filled out and in hand, checks writen and all we had to do was sign. The entire transaction lasted less than a minute and was honest and professional. I have bought and sold numerous vehicles and this was by far the quickest and easiest. Highly recommended.

I hate going to service departments, I always feel like they see a woman coming and start marking the ways to take all whatever they can. Not the way it went at Powell Auto Center! I took my Grand Prix in for a repair knowing it was going to be a big job. I was greeted by courteous knowledgeable service manager who took the time to thoroughly go through my vehicle. Someone sat down with me and explained the issues, told me that some of the repairs could wait and some probably shouldnt wait. They even drove me home when I left the car there and came to pick me up when it was done! Highly recommend!

It’s so nice to have a local shop like Powell auto center that cares about their customers! ... I needed new tires and oil changed before one of my sons wrestling tournaments. I waited until the day before to do it and they squeezed me in that evening and got it done! thank you toTravis and the team there!!

I took my Ford Escape in for an oil change, while I was there I checked on tires... the price and selection is amazing! I ended up getting 2 new ones and plan on getting another set soon. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere is really nice; fresh coffee, giant screen T.V.s, a kids room, free WiFi!! Travis and his team know what their doing!! Had a weird noise in my 2014 Ford Focus, stopped by Powell Auto Center to get it checked out. They got me right in, even though I didnt call a head for an appointment. They had the issue pinpointed and fixed before my lunch break was over! Labor fees were much less than other local businesses, will definitely return in the future!

I had a similar experience to Kyle. I called an to price set of tires for my truck. First took 30 minutes to fine someone who knew how to price the tires. But I’m sooper excited because the price was just too good to be true. Turn out it was. Not only did it take too weeks to get them in, I never did got a call letting me know when they were in. I had to call myself. And finally when I go to pickem up they ARE $50 piece more expensive than quoted me over the phone and they wanted $100 more to put em on which I was told was free. Shady business I’ll not be back.

We brought them a Hyundai Tiburon with a wiring issue I could not figure out and they had it figured out in no time. Also found some other issues that was unsafe on the car and called me first and after my okay, fixed everything fast and at a good price. Thank you guys we will be back if we have any auto issues in the future.

Service was fine but when they were done with my care it was covered in Dirt, Oil, and Greece. When I complained to the manager, he tried telling me car was already that dirty when I dropped it. 🙄 No offer to clean or vacuum it aIl, think I would hav noticed oil all over the inside of my car. VERY Rude.

Be aware this place is not on the level. As a new auto shop in town I wanted to give them a chance since the ownor was supposed to be “so honest 😏” I took my car in a couple weeks and they told me it would take 3,500 to fix it. This wuz way moor than the car is worth at this point. Wouldn’t u know though they sure could help me with a hole new (used) car for a “great” price. Price were way more than anything from another dealership anywhere, and they thought they could talk to me like an idiot. little inspection under the hood showed a junk care they were just trying to paint over the rust and pawn it off on some old lady. I took my car to another shop and they completely fixed the problem for hundred bucks. Powell’s tried the old bait and switch on me, but I’m going to call the fraud @ MSHP.
