So if you own a pre 2010 car that has grease fitting. Theres NO NEED to get their signature service. Why this location does not have a grease/lube gun but charge you for the full service. How can a place with Lube in their name, not Lube your car? But they will sell you an air cleaner

I went in 4/22/21 for an oil change. Today 4/23/21 I made my trip to Vegas, only to have my oil light come on not even 100 miles out. I pulled over and checked my oil only to see that it was practically empty! I have no leaks, so I paid for no oil only to have to buy oil at a run down gas station in the desert. The one thing I paid for I didnt get. Really upset.

The service was spot on. The technicians (Shawn and James) were very professional. If I had been allowed to leave a TIP, I most definitely would have tipped them both.

After waiting literally 1hr . The service gentleman ask me to drive my car in . I’ve been to many jiffy lube’s and for the safety of the driver the mechanics will normally drive your vehicle in and have you sit in the waiting room . Needless to say that was the scariest moment not having any experience or training to drive into an open floor also I was asked to just stay in my car . Won’t be coming here again .

I visited Jiffy Lube today and was impressed by the fast service. Because of the economical prices I can return soon.

The team is very pleasant and quick. Ive becoming here for almost 10 years and have always received superb service. Now that we are practicing social distancing, I would just ask that the team be reminded to speak up through masks, let the customer know whats going on before working on the vehicle and then recap whats been done. The person who takes the payment is assuming all this conversation is happening before payment and its not. Typically, the recap is done inside the waiting area, but since everyone is staying in the vehicle that level of customer service is absent.

The gentlemen were prompt, communicated well and were having good fun on a Friday afternoon. My oil was changed and I was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Great service!

Good customer service. I wasnt hassled into performing any other work other than what i came there for so I appreciate it. They were kind to fix my rusty hood lock, which was difficult to open.

I went in for a oil change and radiator flush. They didn’t fill radiator back all the way and car overheated a mile away. Pulled over and called and they told me to let car cool down and come back because they didn’t fill it all the way. Ended up calling tow truck to take it back. Arrived and they took another hour to refill radiator. Seems like they didn’t know what they were doing and I made a big mistake taking my car there. Manager didn’t want to reimburse me for tow or service. Being there for 3 hours and having to wait in a hot car for a hour for tow truck should qualify for some sort of reimbursement for something that’s there fault. Called corporate and that’s something I don’t like doing and waiting to hear from owner. Now my car runs different because it overheated.mechanic says that engine pistons could be warped because of the incident. Terrible experience and waiting to talk to executives at the head office. Ridiculous

In and out in less than 30 minutes.

Spent over an hour and a half here not including wait time. Half the time my vehicle was not even being worked on (and employees were not busy). Curious why it takes 45 minutes to rotate tires.

Even with the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone at this shop still provides the same great level of care as always. Very professional and courteous, quickly in and out. Everyone followed social distancing as best as possible, everyone was masked, only direct interaction with one employee - great experience. As a retail worker myself through this pandemic, I known how hard and frustrating it can get at times, and I thank everyone at Jiffy Lube - Clinton.

Yesterday I went into Jiffy Lube around 5 p.m. tired ready to go home and I was greeted with a smiling face. The young man said man will have your car ready in 5 minutes it squirted me to the lounge off of me coffee or water and said please have a seat. However doing that time I interacted with at least four different young men who were all Pleasant had me in and out within 10 minutes to the point where I actually told another friend the next morning of my experience I will be going back.

The crew was very helpful and the all seemed to enjoyed their job.. very polite and welcoming.... they even put air in my tires.( did not except that) that’s above and beyond service. I would highly recommend that store.. I went in for an oilChange..

My husband took his car there before a trip to get a oil change was told he needed brakes. Then after waiting over an hour told he needed pads and rotators. Then told he needs censors but they needed to order them so a job that would have to an hour turned into leaving the car over night. Afterwards my husband just didnt feel right. He called and told them he was going to come and get car. They said they finished the brakes. He took it to another shop where they said they where getting part to be told its nothing wrong with censors. They are a rip off. Im so upset with them. You shouldnt do that to people.

I had a fantastic experience at this Jiffy Lube yesterday. The employees where all friendly and helpful. Shawn was a big help and gave me all the answers I was looking for. I walked out very pleased with the service I recieved and feeling like I didnt just waste an hour of my time but rather accomplished something and got a good result. Highly recommended!

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for 2-3 years and I have always had a great experience. The staff is always pleasant and informative. They are not the cheapest but the customer service is worth the extra expense.

I took my car in for an oil change and diagnostic test because my engine light was on. They explained the problem and told me it would be $800.00 for parts and labor. Labor was expected to take 2 hours. I decided to get a second opinion. I ended up going with the other place, paid half the price quoted at Jiffy Lube and it took the mechanic 10 minutes to complete the job.The value of the oil change was fine, but Jiffy Lube will NEVER get service from me again!

I popped in just to have some air put in my tires. Then decided to have my oil changed and the service I received was some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. Thank you to my technician and the manager and whole team job well done!

I have to say I was very disappointed with my visit to the Clinton Jiffy Lube fir which I have used a number of times. Customer services was at it poorest. They staff was not warm and acted as though they did not want to be there. They performed short cuts on the services in that they did not clean the windows or Vacuum the inside of the car but Mark doing their service sheet that I had declined the service when I have not declined the service. I have used this service fir years but it is my last time. Just very disappointed and will share my views to friends and family members on social media. I know this is during the virus, period but why open if you where unable to provide good customer services. I got it I think was a manager if he was he was horrible. Last time for me

Normally I would go into VA for car services but today I wasn’t feeling it...tired...as I decided to go to the Clinton MD Jiffy Lube I just knew it would be a wait...to my SURPRISE the service was exceptionally great...a gentleman greeted me at the car to ask questions that I didn’t have answers to beside the mileage which I could see on the dash...he said no worries...I’ll take care of it...and walked me inside to the waiting area...he let me know where the coffee, water and restroom was located...considering it’s a small room I could see those things when I walked in... his thoughtfulness of letting me know was awesome...and I witness this being repeated to other customers coming in after me...as I was called to the counter to go over the services being provided I was greeted by another gentleman who provided yet again exceptionally great service...he explained the service they were completing and went over each recommendation for my vehicle. He assured me I wasn’t obligated but should get some things done soon...overall my first time experience was awesome and I would give them a A+!! I love the customer service at this location!! Everyone is professional and welcoming. Mr. Henry is very thorough with explaining what services are being rendered and what additional services if any, your car may need. Also Jiffy Lube, I cant remember the names of the guys who where their this morning, but they had me in and out of there so quick it will make your head spin. Not just the oil change but they also fixed my lights by replacing all the bad bulbs in my car....and thats a service I didnt even know they provided. Its was so efficient and thorough that after I took my wifes car back to her job I then cam back with my truck and it was a repeat service all over again. Kudos to that crew that was there this morning; Tues, May 7th, 2019 at approx. 9am. See you guys tomorrow. Definitely gotta bring back a tip.

Jiffy lube had the best customer service! I came for an oil change and I was immediately greeted. I was then directed to the waiting room and told about the amenities offered in the waiting room. The service was quick. I would definitely come back and recommend the Clinton, MD location to anyone!

This place is what makes customers want to come back. As soon as you park someone tells you to pull your car up. Before we even sat down our car was already in the bay. Walter who is the manager is a very VERY friendly gentleman and he is funny as well. It’s the social interaction that he gave that made me happy. I took my daughter here to show her what needs to be done when she gets her oil change next time. Walter and I joked how she was way past the due date for an oil change and told her where the ‘time out’ corner is. She felt very at ease bcuz of this. Walter is the type of manager that needs to be used as an example for not just Management but for all employees who deal with the public. Please keep this man on staff!!!

The staff in the shop and at the front counter were very professional. I was offered coffee while I waited for vehicle to be serviced. I was clearly informed of the things that my vehicle needed for the mileage. I would recommend Jiffy Lube to everyone for a quick and convenient service.

I usually dont go to this one and Im pretty sure I never will be back. The customer service here is abysmal. I parked my car in the back in the parking lot and walked in. I asked for an oil change and wiper blades to be replaced and the guy at the desk tells me to go back and move my car into the empty bay as if that was too much of a chore for him. When I go to the other jiffy lube locations they actually check for things I will need like filters, other fluid and wipers. I came back 2 hours later only to find they did only an oil change. I ask him did you change the wipers he says no did you want that 😐? I look at the paper of all the things they supposedly checked and everything is marked as ok or good when I knew full well my wipers were worn out. Makes me wonder what else they didnt check. They cleaned my windshield with a dirty towel and I almost had an accident trying to see through the dirt glare at night. They vacuumed only the drivers side floor. These dudes in here acted as if my cars needs were interrupting their conversation. Wont be back for this type of service.

Great service! Standing behind their commitment and going above and beyond! Yesterday heading to work there’s a notification that my car oil is below minimum. All day I’m aiming to leave on time to bit the traffic, was successful to arrive at 6:45pm a bit worried that the technician will be disappointed as it’s 15 minutes before closing time. I was politely greeted by Walt and I said sorry for disappointing you to arrive 15 minutes prior to closing time! With a big smile he said why will we be disappointed you’re our customer and we are here to help! With enthusiasm he checked my car and said we just have to add a little oil and you’re good to go. He went to the shop, got a container tap my car with oil! I said how much do I owe; he said it’s on my tab - all our cars are being serviced in this branch and as always we received great service but last night is a bit exceptional - not because I got free service but the welcoming attitude and the feelings that Walt truly appreciates our business is such a huge impact to continue to be loyal to this branch! Walt you’re amazing!
