I just cant say enough about this place!! John is the whisperer of my 14 yr old explorer!! I dont let the bootleg dealerships do big jobs on my vehicle. They can only do an oil change on my vehicle! I feel very confident when John touches my vehicle and Im never left stranded by the road, like the dealerships have done to me in the past. Im so satisfied with the work he has done. Im only still driving my baby everywhere, because of the MASTER MECHANIC!!

I have a late model Ford Mustang (1999), and sometimes parts are hard to find. John Peace was persistent in tracking down parts necessary to repair the air conditioner. The air conditioner is functioning and Im satisfied with the performance of the car.

Took my tracker for service and was charged $189 dollars to determine the problem and do an oil change. He promised the part would be installed before my trip. The day before my trip we called which is only when we were told the part didn’t come in yet and he would have it when we returned. Returned and he said he forgot to order it and would call when part was in. Mind you the $130 diagnosis and the part needed would have totaled $220 plus oil change. We’ll still have no part as of 9-24, no call to say anything. So we paid $189 for an oil change on a tracker! Very unsatisfactory service and I feel we have been ripped off! Only would of took 5 minutes to update us knowing he took our money and never delivered!

Several shops could not figure out my misfire issue. Ford Masters nailed it!!! I won’t take my truck anywhere else from now on. They are a great team, very knowledgeable and reasonable. Highly recommend them.

Very nice and professional! I had transmission problems and they were able to fix it well. It took a bit longer than expected, but it’s a small operation here so you just need to be a little patient. Took two weeks for the new transmission to arrive and one week to get the repair done. After picking up my car there was an issue with the wheel bearing and axle, but I believe that was from normal wear and tear as my car is a decade old. They were willing to eat the cost of the parts and labor foe this second repair but I opted to pay anyway because they do good work and seem to really care about giving you the best experience and customer service possible. I highly recommend them!

Exceptional service from this shop. Took my Jeep Wrangler their because my brakes was pretty much non existent all of a sudden and they fixed it everything in less than 2 hours. pads rotors calibers and hose replaced. I’ll def be back if I have a need for any car issues!!

I used this company with no problems about a year ago. I came back in May because my truck was having issues, the fuel pump needed to be replaced. I scheduled an appointment the Thursday two weeks before Memorial Day. They held my truck for a week with no diagnosis. After receiving the runaround, a negative attitude and told they would be closed until the Tuesday after Memorial Day, I just went and picked up my vehicle that Thursday before the holiday. While in the possession of Ford Masters ( in that vehicle graveyard of a parking lot) someone broke into my truck, tossed it and stole my personal items. When I notified the office she informed meds the owner would give me a call. That was May, it’s July! Never again! So sad when it’s our own people!

My husband is very hands on when it comes to vehicles and he trusts Mr. Peace, so that is how I was introduced to Ford Masters.After taking my vehicle to a few mechanics (recommended by other trusted advisor who are also hands on) for a reoccurring issue, I took it to Mr. Peace. He worked on the things mentioned as services and advised me that, if the check engine light continued to come back on, then there is more work to be done. He told me what more work would entail so I could make a decision on how I wanted to spend my money (i.e. a large unexpected expense or find another way to get around while saving for the repair or to buy another vehicle).

The Ford Dealer at Marlow Heights,do not go on what saying, for me it was my brakes sensor and master cycler, for this was $1,746.00. It was not enough of them...ford masters auto to lets check it out, only called me$146.00.at the time i was on vacation from Orlando florida

I brought my 2017 Hyundai Elantra in because my driver front door would not open, I could lock my doors and once I unlock my doors all would open except my driver doors were unlocked so I had to push it just to open it. I brought my car in on a Monday and it was fixed the next day that Tuesday, that what I call fast and was professional fixed.

Best Repair shop. I know nothing about cars. So someone could easy get over on me. But this place did their absolute best to keep the price low while making sure all the issues with my car were addressed. All my parts came directly from the manufacture. Also, the owner informed me about a workshop 101 for $25 that is offered right at the shop. I will learn the basics about my car and never ever walk into a shop saying, “I don’t know much about cars”. This was probably the best experience I ever had. I’m so glad I’ve found this shop. The atmosphere is inviting and the entire staff is welcoming. I’ve had upgrades completed here on my Mustang. The work, and results were excellent. John, the owner is incredibly knowledgeable not only about Ford, but all vehicles. Whether it’s routine, moderate, or complex issues, Ford Masters can handle it. Pricing is beyond fair, and the work is top notch.PS... I’ve just read other reviews. Some, are surprising. Listen folks, I’ve been here at least four to five times. I have past experience in working on fighter aircraft. You would be hard pressed over the course of your lifetime, to find a more fair and incredibly competent place for repairs. My advice is to listen to the expert and THEIR OPTIONS when replacing significant parts like motors or transmissions. If you choose to do otherwise and things go south... than accept the consequences of uninformed decisions. I will never take my car anywhere else, because of their character and accompanying honesty.

Easily the best auto repair shop experience Ive ever had!Took my Mustang GT in to get the AC compressor replaced and Im very weary of anyone working on my cars. The Office Manager and the Lead Master Mechanic both made me feel comfortable. They explained the charges and were very fair with pricing. My car was done in just 2 days! Couldnt be happier with the service!

I found Ford Masters auto shop to be reasonable with prices and customer friendly. My check engine lite went on a few months ago. I took the car to a local car repair shop. They told me what they THOUGHT it might be after checking with computer. I paid them over $500.00. A week later the check engine lite came on again. I took car back to local shop and they told me something else it MIGHT be.I didnt feel they knew what they were doing.Recently, I met one of the owners of Ford Masters Auto and i liked her personality and made arrangements to take my car.This place is way out of my local area but the service was good and prices were GREAT. Lower than the local shop.I definitely will take my car back for further repairs even thou its out of my local area.

Fast turn around time with a repair that so far has been outstanding. Towed to their facility the morning of 01 June, 2020 my truck was ready for pickup that same evening. My original complaint of noise from the around the pulley area has been resolved. Thankfully their analysis of the problem was less costly than my own.

I was charged 116 dollars for no problems found. I left my vehicle at 10am on Monday however it was not looked at until 4pm the following day. If they were so busy I would have left vehicle at a later date. Despite various calls asking about estimates, when i was told they couldnt find a problem i thought i could just pick up the car but i was hit with a surprise. I was charged 116 for pressure check and PSI scan. I had my children with me and did not want to make a scene but I am so dissappointed!

I truly had high hope for this business and was willing to refer their service in the future. I have been looking for a close auto repair shop for all while. I originally only provide a rating but now I’ll elaborate.Before coming to this establishment, I called and asked if their was a fee to look at my car. I already knew the issue so it was a matter of whether I need front brake pads/rotors or both front and rear brake pads and rotors. The individual I spoke to confirmed that since I already knew the issue their wouldn’t be a charge. So I went ahead and drove to Ford Master. When I came into the establishment, I was greeted and told to complete and signed their estimate paperwork which listed the diagnostic fee of $109 but No where on the form was their any information regarding a ‘evaluation service’ fee. I waited for about 30 minutes before my car was evaluated. After they looked at my car, I was provided an estimate. The repair would take a few hours so I called my husband to inform him of the matter since he usually takes care of any issues with my car.After talking with my husband, he preferred to bring the car back next week for service on his day off so I didn’t have to wait around for the car. I informed Ford Masters of the matter and told them I would come back at a later date. When my keys were brought in, I was called into the office and asked to pay a 20 dollars evaluation fee. I questioned the fee since this was different information that wasn’t provided to me previously. We had a brief discussion and I ended up paying the fee so that I could leave the shop.I definitely will not be back and will find another auto repair shop for my repair needs. I have no problem paying a service fee when that information is communicated upfront. If I knew the upfront cost, I could have decided if I wanted to take my car to be ‘evaluated’ elsewhere or pay the fee. I’m big on customer service and losing a customer over 20 dollars wasn’t good for business since the job repair would have been over 400 dollars. Now I have to find another auto repair shop to fix my brakes. I wish them the best in the future!

The staff are kind and courteous, but the service was Not good. The owner worked on my Chevrolet Tahoe and failed to make the proper repairs the first time they had my vehicle. They also failed to properly put my dashboard components back in place. This business doesnt appear to have the skillset to work on vehicles outside of Ford models. Ultimately, I would not reccomend this place if you dont have a Ford vehicle.

Glad I found this shop! Needed my oil pan, gasket, and rear main seal replaced and John did not disappoint. Did the work fast and so far, it looks like a superb job. He even took the time to show me the work on the rack and pictures he took during the job. FordMasters is a consistent and reliable family owned business that you really can depend on. Mr. Peace is a very knowledgeable mechanic who invests in his business to bring customers the highest quality service possible. I am a former tech and choose to bring my vehicle to FordMasters because I know issues will be diagnosed and fixed correctly the first time. Save yourself, your time (and eventually money) from shade-tree mechanics and go with a true ASE certified and former top tier Ford service center mechanic who runs an HONEST business. That trio is darn near impossible to find these days, trust me!This is the only place I have let touch a car of mine for major work in years after I had an issue that I could not diagnose and was referred here by another mechanic friend who couldn’t figure it out as well. In our discussions, I found the owner to be a master diagnostic mechanic (**that’s what you want**) who doesn’t just throw parts at it until he finds a solution. He methodically worked his way to the issue based off extensive knowledge of 3v 5.4L motors and with use of professional diagnostic equipment, equivalent to what you would get at dealership. We also discussed preventative replacement of inexpensive value added parts (like replacing the often problematic factory oil pumps with an upgraded, high volume oil pump) to ensure longevity and reduce chances of having to go back in the motor. He fixed a motor that another “reputable” service center in VA said needed to be replaced, and 20,000+ miles later, I’m still riding! These are the little things that I recognize as his commitment to doing right by the customer bc that’s a relatively low cost part that doesn’t HAVE to be replaced, but a good mechanic who is trying to keep your car on the road (and not in the bay) understands because in the long run he can save you time, money, possibly a motor by correcting the inherent weak points while already in there. I personally have seen other mechanics ignore details like this only to have customers come back with a new issue and unknowingly have to pay labor rates all over again to have something else fixed that could have been preventatively addressed as a part of a collateral fix. I don’t see that happening here!I dont ever leave reviews but had to this time because this place is legit from the quality and professionalism of the mechanic work in the back to the friendly and personable customer service up front. In the beginning I was satisfied with Ford Masters Auto repair and the work John perform on my vehicle, lately I havent been pleased. Had work done in November after spending almost two thousand dollars for a used engine replacement, which I purchased some were else. two weeks later my car put me down on the highway in which I have it towed home and then to his shop the next day..  everything John said I needed I purchase, since he was charging a arm and leg if he order all the parts.Fast forward once it was determined it was the flywheel, I was quoted one price. By the unprofessional receptionist Tasha. Pulling stuff out the sky At this time I was livid, first thing can to mind was this crook trying to get more money out of me. price gauging and taken advantage of me since I was a female.Especially after work had been done a few weeks ago..Everytime I took my vehicle to this shop I express to Tasha the receptionist  I wanted John the owner to work on my vehicle and not some random mechanic that work there. It didnt sit well with me knowing my hood on my car was not close shut in there parking lot for days before I rode pass the shop and closed the hood.. I let Tasha know my concerns she had a lame answer as to why it was not properly close and would let John know. That went in one ear out the other.I was quoted a price once it was determined what the issues was I went out and brought the part.. three weeks later I get a call from the receptionist stating my vehicle was ready I asked what my charge was it was another price from the original quote.. Im asking thats not what I was told,  the part I brought in was the wrong part, and I said why didnt anyone call me so I could get the right one. instead of taken upon themselves ordering the part charging me more.Real business establishment with good customer service  will call the customer and explain before they processed with the work.Instead of the mechanic being in the back ground while Im on speaker phone telling his unprofessional receptionistTasha who was being agruementon with me trying to tell me what wrong with my vehicle instead of the mechanic getting on the phone to explain to me what the issues was.I go pick up my vehicle yesterday asking questions  who worked on my vehicle and one of the workers other than John whom Im paying did the  work, that didnt sit well with me.. made up in my mind to cut ties with this business and take my vehicle else where.. its not worth the headaches when youre paying for one thing and get something else.. and people wonder why we dont like to patronizing there business.When I checked out my vehicle the mechanic had oil stain on my seat, mats on the inside of my door panel along with his oiling dirty rag he left in my cup holder.That was the final straw for me.. I will no longer take my vehicle to Ford Masters and will never refer anyone there either.

John Peace is an outstanding mechanic ....the atmosphere is wonderful you will feel like your home.....a down to earth receptionist who make you feel comfortable and welcomed. ....I have no problem with getting my car fixed here because John knows what he is doing ...I have no complaints...

All I can say is why did I not visit this shop first!! I have taken my car to 2 other shops who worked on but was unable to resolve the issue. When I came across Ford Masters Auto Repair, I explained my issue to Mr. Peace who knew exactly what it was. Now the other shops claimed to as well but I tell you the Confidence in Mr. Peace response felt good. So I had the work completed and happy to report my issue was resolved!!..
