They were quick. Great prices and did all 4 tires in under 40 minutes. This is the kind of service you should get everywhere but it doesnt always happen. Smaller neighborhood businesses need you! I am hoping any follow-up visits will be as seamless.

Fantastic! Allows same day drop offs for minor issues. Oil changes,, inspections you name it they do it.Always answers calls. Always calls with a price before doing any work. Work is clean, precise and never ever has to be returned for a mistake. I will not go anywhere else

I called this shop 2 hours in advance and asked if I can stop by at 5:15 to mount the new tire I got they said it’s fine they close at 6 pm. I stopped by at 5:10 and everything was locked. These people are a joke I honestly don’t know why anyone would go here for their tire service. Hire the people that actually want to work and not go home almost 1 hour before the closing time.

Went for a wheel alignment and somehow my wheel doesn’t seem straight. Not only that but my steering wheel came back filthy. Oil stains-all over it.

I got a great deal on tires. In and out in 20 minutes. Frank the owner made me feel real comfortable. Great guy.

Went for a tire replacement, said they order one and would cost $220 (run flats). Pull up they plug one tire for $110 ! If I would’ve known I would of just done what I went in for.

Went to this place for new tires and while I was there they also did my oil change, all was great until I needed to do my next oil change, called few times and they always asked me to come some other day because they were busy, decided to go to another shop, and was told that my previous oil shop ( Scott Tire ) have placed the drain plug the wrong way and have damaged my drain pan ($500) cost, what a shame of a shop

I normally dont get into the politics of rating a business but what I experience from this spot today has to be addressed.The mechanics here aregreat but unfortunately the receptionist there robbs this company of its glory.I initially went there for a wheel alignment but the process couldnt be done because of the mechanic said I needed to replace tie rods.Because lack of funds instead of letting them repair it at Scotts tire a friend and I replaced them myself.Today I take car back for the alignment unfortunately couldnt get done because of other issues that were found.Upon learning this I was disappointed but not upset.Why these issues wasnt discovered the first time I dont know but thats not important.My issue is that once the receptionist found out I didnt do the tie rods with his business he became belligerent.. Dude was totally unprofessional and rude.What I cant fathom is how can a person get mad over how another person spend his money

Terrible experience! Came here to plug my tire as I had a staple on it. I came here to get my rim damaged right in front of my eyes! The guy working there went and tried to hammer the bolt to my rim and missed the bolt and struck my rim with a metal hammer! He chipped my gloss black rims. Seems like these people don’t deal with high end cars here that he did that. So then they directed me inside and they said the owner Frank wasn’t here to resolve my issue. They said they would call and never did. The guy that plugged my tire sneakily touch up the chip on my rim without my permission on top of that! These people are clowns! Sneaky as well. I wonder why they have touch up paint there? Maybe not the first. Never in my life I would go here. Beware if you have a high end car with expensive rims I recommend not even trying here unless you’re looking for them to get damaged under you own eyes! 1 star

I first waited 30 minutes for an 8am appointment. Got my car in for an alignment after seeing one of my wheels bent inward. He wrote a sheet of paper of notes about the damages on my invoice for the inspection since an alignment wouldnt fix it, but once I told him I wanted to take it back and work on the car myself, as I do as a hobby, he ripped the sheet up in front of me and charged me more money for not getting it repaired at the shop. I dont expect anyone to be treated this way especially at a shop this old.

Excellent, efficient service. Best prices and truly kind people. What more can you ask for. Several times we have taken our car that other mechanics have told us would be 5 or 6 hr jobs. Scott Tires does the job in 2-2.5 hrs, typically half the time. They are honest, what more can you ask for. And they do way more than just tires.

Fast and easy. No appointment needed, I was in and out for a replacement of a blown tire in about 15 minutes. Minus one star because they didnt give me any options for different tires as other places usually do (for an Altima, so very common), but they said they only had one type in stock so just went ahead with it. Happy they didnt try to hit me with any add-on services like ETW always does. Would likely return.

Great service from owner down to mechanics, great prices on tires

Completely rude and so unhelpful. Was in the area in my car trailer one of the tires will hold air for like 200 miles or so so I figured I could be patched or something. I call up there to see if they have time to do it they asked me what was the tire on the trailer I told them yes they told me there was nothing that they can do for me unless I took the tire off I have tools to take a tire off I just didnt have a jack to lift the trailer up I asked if I can borrow theirs and they told me no youre a damn tireshop you cant take a tire off of a trailer its 5 lug nuts.

I have been buying Tires from Scott since... 1977??? I never fail to get a good tire in my price range. He also does oil changes etc, (just not alignments). I drop in, sit in their air conditioned waiting room (hey thats a big deal on a hot day) and wait about 30-40 minutes and voila! Its done. IMHO, my tires are going to last 30K-40K miles. I dont rotate. Im lazy. I just want the discount. I dont want to pay more than $100 per tire installed. I dont want to double what I spend to get a promise of 60K that never works out anyway, and you cant ever collect on a warranty. So, I got to Scotts. I have never been able to beat the price on a *new* tire anywhere else. Unless youre going used tires (ugh) I dont think theres any point in going anywhere else. BTW, Scotts will tell you that something else needs doing but theres no pressure to get it done from them (and they even tell you on stuff they dont even fix). And I appreciate the heads up.

Don’t waste your time. Made an appointment for wheel alignment for 11AM. Showed up 15 minutes early. They said they will not be able look at the car for at least another hour. Left the car came back an hour and a half later. They didn’t even touch my car. The car that was in the alignment lift was still there. So took my car elsewhere. The attitude of the person answering the phone was as if they were doing me a favor. Anyway save yourself the hassle go somewhere else.

I have been to a few mechanics here and there throughout the years and Im always wary of them because I feel like some places take advantage of customers without knowledge. I started bringing my jeep there for servicing and I felt like they were honest with me. When I dropped my jeep off for something, I never get a call trying to talk me into paying for other things. They are reasonable cost wise also, Id highly recommend them.
