Great store! Very nice staff. I wish they had a more complete gunsmith service available. The couple of minor things I had done were done very well however. Usually fully stocked with lots of unique and unusual items.EDIT:Please do not think I am damning with faint praise. It is difficult to hire and equip a gunsmith in any location. I only know of one other shop in the area with an on-site smith.Product availability, knowledge and customer service here are second to none.I do miss the pups, though.Best wishes for a long and successful operation!

Ive only been here one time, but I dont live around here, either. The staff were very helpful. The facility is great. The range itself has forced air venting so that all of the smoke is collected at the far end of the range. This prevents you from any sort of build up of smoke including poor sighting of targets.They have loads of paper targets there, also providing a great range of small mini games that you can play with your friends, including a submarine hunting game, a small targets challenge, and a hostage situation. You can rent safety glasses and ear muffs, if you dont have your own, but of course they are required there. The only downside here is no shotguns, no large rifles. 8 lanes total.There is also a full fun shop upstairs. Almost unlimited possibilities here.

Every time I’ve come here I always feel welcomed. The guys are so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure you understand and are comfortable with whatever it is you’re there for, they even mounted my scope for me for free. I highly recommend this place and I will be back. The dogs are super cute too!

Great service, prices and indoor range!

Been coming here since march 2020. Great staff great store. The range is kept clean and vented well so no smoke buildup. They have a great selection of gun rentals anywhere from an MP5 full auto to revolvers to semi auto pistols. The gunsmiths know there stuff and are very helpful. They changed a plate on my HK 416 .22 free of charge since I bought the plate from them. Rodney is a great teacher for beginners and experienced shooters alike. He really knows his stuff. The owners are great people and are really knowledgeable. All around a great group of people. 10/10

Great atmosphere and extremely helpful staff! My wife loves going here with me because they are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. No egos they take the time to ensure youre comfortable with any gun you are looking to purchase. The prices are competitive, with a wide selection gun, ammo, and accessories. You also get a free range pass with a gun purchase. We havent had a chance to try the range yet. But if its anything like the retail side I am confident its top notch.

I have purchased a few firearms from this place, and a bit of ammunition, and other accessories since prior to the pandemic. What is concerning to me is since the pandemic multiple customers come in without wearing masks and insist on crowding close. There appears to be no attempt by the employees to enforce any kind of mask requirement even though it’s on their door. This has been consistent over the last few times I’ve stepped in to purchase something. each time that I’ve gone in to make a serious gun purchase I have run into this, which motivates me just to simply leave because I do not want to spend the time necessary to make a purchase of a firearm while folks that are irresponsible walk around in the store. Hopefully when the pandemic ends I can resume my patronage of the store

I went here to rent a few guns to see what I wanted in my first handgun. I dealt with Rodney there. Rodney was extremely professional, and courteous. He even went in with me to give me tips on my grip and shooting in general.In the end I purchased a S&W M&P Shield 9mm, and left extremely happy. I will be going back often.

Very good place to shop if you looking for quality guns or accessories. They have top name brands and budget friendly stuff too. Travis has helped me a lot and is the one I always go to for things there but other staff members are nice too. Highly recommended. About the only place I shop in the Clevland area. Have what you need or can get it fairly quick.

Showed up at 9:10 they were still not open. Wait until 9:50 they still did not open the doors even though multiple people drove up and drove away. Even watch the employees vacuuming and walking around inside.

Brought a close family friend to VOW for a replacement pistol. Hers was stolen out of her car several months ago. Tyler and Travis made the experience very easy. She picked up a Glock 19, a trigger kit, and night sights. It sure is nice having a one stop shop. Everything you could possibly imagine for your pistol or rifle IN STOCK. Customer service is iffy but the on star is for the way they treated me over a gun had them fix. Its been a few years ago I brought them my .35 Marlin bc it would jam trying to feed a round into the barrel . I took it to them three times for the same problem that they never fixed after waiting all that time each time . On the last time I brought it back the guy was a little rude to me and thought I might be messing it up on purpose and told me he would not work on it anymore. I have never been back.

I came in to buy a handgun and found a nice SIG. They ran the background and there was a problem. I was shocked since I have never done anything that would be on a background (my employer even runs a background).Im fine that they denied the sale since thats the correct thing to do (and thats not why I gave them a 1 star). The gentleman said they would hold the gun, but gave no guarantees. They also stated that if I got things cleared up they would not charge for another background and I could come in and pick it up (assuming it was still there).It took about 2-3 weeks to get this cleared up with authorities. Apparently there were some clerical errors i.e. someone with a similar name and missing address information from when I was in college. I received certified letters from the TBI stating the mixup and cleared the gun for sale.I took all the documentation to VOW to see if they still had the Sig. I understand that they have a business to run and have to make a sale when theres an opportunity and did not expect the exact gun to be there, but was hoping since it was such a nice gun.As soon as I entered the gentleman at the front immediately turned away to do something else (no one else was in the store at the time). I waited at the register for a bit and finally called out to him.He went behind the counter and and asked if he could help. I explained my situation and that I had been there before (assuming he didnt remember). He stated that he remembered me and needed to check with the owner. He then left and went downstairs. I waited around for 15-20 minutes before he finally came back up. While waiting I took a look around and the same Sig was still for sale.When he came back he said he could not help me. I asked if he needed to see the documentation from the TBI and other explaining the situation. He stated that he has not obligation to help.I politely said OK, thank you for your time and then left. I went straight down to Poseys (where I should have gone in the first place) and picked up an almost identical SIG handgun. The gun was even ~$25 cheaper at Poseys.TLDR:If you have a common name or are a minority save yourself some time and go to Poseys, Cabelas, Benton Shooter Supply, Bass Pro, or any other store. You will get better customer service and likely even a cheaper price.VOW please remember people shop locally because the service. Myself and many others are willing to pay a little more to help the local community/business, but with poor customer service we go elsewhere.

I was in the store purchasing the day that Randy Payne came in. As the owner stated, there are always 2 sides to a story... and Randy Payne is one who omits that in which hes done wrong. And to be frank... I already loved the place... but, the manner in which the idiot was handled is why Ill continue spending money there.Paynes first statement to the gentleman behind the counter was... I have a question for your gunsmith and depending on how he answers... I may think about giving you my business! Like really? Who the hell does this guy think he is? It probably would be fine... but he kept going on and on about it... soo much so that it pissed me off. Heck, if he was soo knowledgeable.. why didnt he just purchase and fix it himself?He was told to write his question down and that the salesperson would give it to the gunsmith. All the while... this guy is going on and on about his basic doubts... implying that he was the only person that knew what he was talking about.I could go on... but Payne knows what he did and what he was saying. I really dislike people that play victim and leave negative reviews... leaving off the whole story. Tell the truth Payne... you are a pompus ass. Personally, I would have walked him to the door and locked it once he was outside.Also, if it were me... I wouldnt sell that dude a Drago bag let alone a firearm! And judging from his attitude... he wasnt buying a thing anyhow.

I went in to order a YHM suppressor from them and they happen to have one in stock. The guy was knowledgeable but kept directing me to their own line of suppressors. I asked for specs on it (how well it suppressed rounds, how many decibels it reduces, etc), Salesmen said its rated the same a YHM. I ask if they had any videos, to which the salesmen kinda went on a anti-video rant. I was just like,well customers like to see performance of a can before they lay down money on an unknown brand. I saw the can I originally want and asked how much the YankeeHillMachine can was. $700 bucks was a little steep but they were willing to do monthly payments and since the ATF wait is 6-8 months it kinda worked out. I told them Id take it and the two salesmen and Class4 lady kinda exchanged awkward glances. I naturally assumed it was because some guy just walked in and bought a suppressor. I put 200 bucks as a down payment and their Class 4 specialist (her name is pronounced Two-ha) said she would have all the paperwork filled out and be at my door within three days. A week later I had heard nothing so I googled them. They have had some problems in the past (you can google them and readup on forums) so I gave them a call. Come to find out, there was a misunderstanding; and that suppressor had already been sold. Hmmmm, kind of shady so I went in the next day. There was a different salesmen so I went over to the suppressor/silencer counter and asked if they had a YHM. He said he did and he pulls out the SAME suppressor I had bought a week before. I asked him if this was for sale and if anyone owns it. He said no one has bought it so its up for grabs. I roll my eyes and just then the Class4 lady walks in and I demand a refund, which I got. Their guns and ammo are expensive and this was not a simple misunderstanding. I would not recommend them.
