I called to see if they had a gun in stock I’ve been wanting. Guy told me he had a few in stock and to come down. I drove an hour away to go get it, and when I got there they didn’t have any. Worst customer service experience I’ve had ever dealt with in a gun store.

Both the guys working were nice and knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Definitely recommend checking them out

I’ve been shopping here since 2005 (I think) and can tell you a better selection, a more knowledgeable staff and an easier to get to (and park) location simply doesn’t exist! Rich and his team are amazing and they’re my “go to” for all things firearm and ammunition related.

Went in here looking for a purchase. The older man who seemed to own the place had a Cleveland I dont need your business, go screw off attitude. So, I took my business somewhere else. I expected friendlier service from a Parma area business..

I called everywhere and everyone was out of the AR-15 I was looking for. Called B&T first thing in the morning when they opened and was able to get lucky with a staff member named Terry. I am only 18 and every other gun shop didn’t take me seriously. Terry and the other staff members educated me and made me a customer for life. I will highly recommend this shop as they have great staff, prices, and inventory!

If youre wondering if this store sells any archery supplies, because they turn up in search results for archery shops near cleveland, they dont. Take my word for it, or you could get the attitude I got for showing up and asking. People who own guns and/or gun stores are why I stick to archery.

Great place for a person interested in all phases of firearms. They have a knowledgeable gunsmith on site. They have a friendly staff, who will take the time to answer your questions. They have three cases of used guns. I now do 99.9 percent of my business there. Prices are very competitive. They will special order a firearm for you, they also schedule reps for their products and my favorite a cookout every now and then.

Great place. Got my CCW and went in looking for a conceal carry piece. I had an idea on what I wanted but went in as if I had no clue and asked their opinion. The younger guy showed me several different models and had me hold them to see which felt and fit better in my hand. Chose the S&W Shield. He then took the time to show me holster options. Will definitely come back to get another firearm and love that they have lay away.

I have been going here for a few years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Unlike some of the larger stores the staff even the owner take the time to explain about the firearms the good and the bad. They also take the time to listen to what you want and what you want to do with what you are purchasing. They have a very good selection of all the name brand firearms and great prices. If you are looking for good customer service and a knowledgeable sales staff you really should visit them you definitely wont regret your decision.

One dude that works there is fantastic, hes helpful, does his job well, he has good character and knowledge about what he has, the other guy is rude and has a nasty disposition, gun prices are a bit higher than the competition but at least if you have your CCW you dont have to wait on the FBI background check that Fin does. Decent selection on firearms though. Go there when the long haired dude that sits at the counter on the far right when you walk in you will have a pleasant experience, otherwise wait if its his day off

I bough my M&P 15 at this location (When no other gun stores had one). They definitely have a great selection of rifles at this location, as well as handguns, and supplies. The service here was friendly and they were really helpful. I would say this location is way better than their Lorain location (which has some rude workers). I enjoyed my service here and my rifle. GREAT LOCATION!

I recently had a very solid customer service experience at B&T. In the midst of being absolutely swamped with customers(a day after president had press conference about new gun legislation), the customer service at B&T was top notch. The workers were helpful, attentive, and very friendly. I needed smith services and they took care of my pistol while I waited, which only took about 20 minutes in total. The work was flawless and extremely reasonable. While I waited, I had a chance to check out their entire stock, which brings me to the one downside of the experience. I would say that their stock of items was a bit low, but I am assuming that had everything to do with the recent preemptive run by on accumulating all things firearms before the gov puts any firearm restrictions into law. I have not been in the store in ages prior to this visit so I cannot say if the stock amount was actually the norm or unusual due to the above mentioned. The prices on items were very reasonable. Nothing was priced to high or was a steal. That being said, I would not hesitate to try B&T to find an item before going anywhere else. Good customer service goes a very long way with me.I have not tried their range yet, but I would assume it is a respectable place to practice. From what I understand, they recently moved to this new location/building (Im thinking possibly new range equipment and facilities?) Either way, I am looking forward to trying out their range as soon as I get a chance. One cool thing to note is that they host shooting leagues that you can sign up for which track your stats and progress over the course of the duration of the league. Sounds like a fun way to get reps / range time in.In summary, if you need a new firearm, gunsmith services, or need some time in at a range, you should give this place a go. I think you will have a positive experience.

Most service at gun shops is horrible. At B&T the service is great. I have been to Middleburg Heights and Lorain locations and bought guns at both based mostly on how friendly the employees are. That being said the prices arent the best (compared to gun shows or online). But if you order a gun online you have to pay for shipping and the transfer fee... so it kinda evens out. They sell quality guns and accessories, they know their stuff and if you are willing to pay a little extra to feel like you are a valued customer I would go to B&T. The range at Lorain is also a good place to shoot. Plus they also offer a life time warranty on all their guns, so if something goes wrong just bring it to one of their locations. Im sticking with B&T!

I went with my girlfriend to get her carry pistol. She pretty much knew what she wanted, a Sig p226. I am prior military and have my own opinions but I let the salesman do his talk. He was very willing to work with us and answered all our questions. We didnt feel rushed and ended up buying the p226. They even gave us a military discount. They are very close to home and would go back for supplies or my next handgun! I even wanted their opinions on other guns that I was looking at and they are very confident with Sig. He is also a Sig armorer. Thanks guy!

Bought my Springfield 1911 here. The price was excellent, the staff was personable, and the gun was great. The ammo they sold me was top quality (Im a competition shooter) and overall I can say that I will return to buy more firearms from this shop (Middleburg Hts) because it was the best experience Ive had.

I purchased my H&K usp compact 40 from B&T a couple of months ago. Great gun but i wanted night sights installed. Took the gun back to B&T and Rich sold and installed the sights for me, no charge for the installation. Cant say enough good about the gun and B&T.....Thanks for the great job Rich!!!

Bought a 50 a.e dessert eagle here the other day staff made sure I knew how to throughly clean the gas tube before cleaning the store. Some places arent as great at following through with things like this as soon as the register clicks they will send you on your way. But B&T offers solid products and services to match.

I usually go to the B & T store in Lorain, however since this was closer to my home I decided to stop in to ask a question. I asked if they cleaned firearms. The big guy at the store said they havent cleaned firearms for 8 years and that that was one of the owners responsibilities, he then asked me If I take care of the car I owned and I replied No I Take it to the dealership if I need any type of maintenance, at which point he just shrugged.This guy was very rude, customer service was not his middle name. I am a senior citizen and at the point in my life I want a expert to service my firearms. Guess this expert didnt care if I ever visit his store again. Fins & Feathers here I come.Goodbye B&T.

In response to Melinda Gallups review: We don t sell Winchester .223 ammo and we never sell reloads . If there was problem with any ammo purchased here, the remaining rounds should have been brought back with the receipt to be inspected and replaced if need be. My guess is the ammo was purchased at one of the big box stores and not from us.Rich SittnerMGRB&T

Great selection, no pressure in buying stuff. They do not make you feel dumb if you do not know much about guns like other shops. Plus the lifetime warranty on any gun you buy. Is worth it alone.

Its hard to believe that a mom and pop gun shop so close to a fin feather fur could be so rude and have a staff with zero people skills. They have almost no selection, and what they do have is grossly overpriced. If you want to be belittled, and feel like an irritant instead of a customer, feel free to try this place. Ill drive the extra couple miles to get to the fin, where Im treated like a customer and a person.

I have been in twice. Spoke with two different people and both of them had bad attitudes and bad customer relation skills. Funny thing was, one of the men I spoke to was a manager and he was just as poor as the sales associate. It was almost like they did not want to sell firearms or supplies. Sales associate would not answer questions and talked to me as if I was a little child (considering I know as much, if not more than him) and almost berated me when I tried to make a purchase. Needless to say, I walked out both times without purchasing anything. Their attitudes are downright atrocious and unacceptable. Rated: F and NEVER stepping foot in there AGAIN!

Incredibly rude service, I was belittled and treated like a child for making some simple gunsmithing requests of which became very clear very quickly that I knew FAR more about than these hacks. No, you do not need a class 3 license to check thread concentricity nor are barrels firearms. I tried explaining this to them but they had their heads firmly lodged too far up their own asses to bother listening. What a joke.

I went I to pick up some reloading supplies for my 7mm-08. I had called the day before to see if they had the particular powder I was looking for, and they did. Well, that was all they had from my short list of needs. No large rifle primers, 1 box of 7mm bullets in the entire store, very limited powder selection, no brass. Their inventory of bolt action rifles could be counted on one hand. Call before you go or you may waste your time.

They sold me reloaded ammo at full price and said they were new. I didnt notice until I got home. My AR kept jamming and thats when I was told what the problem was. My fault, I should have known. But they also shouldnt be selling reloads in a brand new Winchester package without telling the purchaser.
