We looked around for kitchen cabinets for awhile. The box stores like Lowes and Home Depot were very expensive. We went to factory direct and we love the cabinets we got. They came out to the house to double check our measurements and came up with a better idea for cabinet layout that we had. We got our cabinets years ago and they still like we just bought them! Very good quality. If you need new cabinets, check them out! You will not be disappointed!!

Brooke was a great help. Even when we had to reorder cabinets, postpone the granite install (due to contractor problems), she was very patient and just kept helping us. I highly recommend this place for the quality of the cabinets and the staff. I also recommend you use their installers, even if your contractor is willing/wanting to install the cabinets for you. Renovated a kitchen with these cabinets. Cheaper than big box stores by a good margin. The quality of the cabinets are good. A few of mine didnt come with soft close hinges so I asked them to send me new ones. They sent the wrong ones. Never replaced the hinges and now its a rental and no one has complained about it.4/5 because Im sure they would have sent me the right hinges if i followed up but was really too busy to deal with chasing around replacement hinges. It was their mistake that i didnt have time to correct it. overall decent experience. I would recommend them over a big box store any day but Im sure there are better options out there too.

Shopping at Kitchen Cabinet Outlet was a great experience. We had our own designer. All we needed was the dimensions of the kitchen and she did the rest. When it was all done, we got an amazing kitchen with crown molding for more than half the cost of any other store we went to. We worked with our contractor and ordered white shaker cabinets, and worked with Brooke to design the kitchen plan. Brooke was wonderful in making several edits to our plan, and even answering calls from us on her time off to make sure we were able to keep the project on track. There were a few pieces missing or damaged in the order, and Brooke coordinated them to be sent without cost within the next few days. I would highly recommend working with Brooke as a designer and had a great experience and good quality finished cabinet product, at a price that cant be beat by the big box stores.

I worked with Iris and she was very knowledgeable and efficient in her presentation. I was doing a library wall and she was able to interpret exactly what I was looking for. Their price was 1/2 of the most expensive quote I received. I would definitely purchased from her but we switched gears and decided not to do the library wall after all.

Shamus Patton took time to lay out our kitchen design and tweak it numerous times to come up with the configuration that was exactly what we wanted. We purchased much higher quality cabinets than the big box stores offer and for a much lower cost. We are thrilled with the quality, service and finished product! I have been thrilled with my experience with Northeast Factory Direct. I received my cabinets last week, and my contractor was blown away by the quality. He had never worked with cabinets from Northeast before, and was astounded that the sides of the cabinets were plywood and not particle board. I then told him what I paid for the cabinets, and he couldnt believe it. Alex was always very helpful when I was in the showroom, and my designer Paula was wonderful. I can not recommend Northeast highly enough, and have already referred several people to them. I definitely recommend that you shop around to see just how much they will be able to save you.

Good company, knowledgeable designers and exceptional pricing. Cabinets are 3/4 plywood construction (as advertised) and drawers are solid wood with dovetail joints - excellent overall construction. Doors have an add-on (clip-on to the hinge) soft close that works and, so far, over the last two years, has not failed. Drawer soft close is incorporated in the mechanism and works well. The reason I didnt rate these cabinets with five stars is the finish. The finish is comparable to the particle board cabinets at Home Depot or Lowes. The finish process used on these cabinets is probably 4/5 steps at best as compared to Craftmades 21-step process. When you consider I paid about 25% more for the Northeast cabinets vs. the Home Depot particle board cabinets, the Northeast cabinets are well worth the cost difference. I would have paid about 40% more if I went with Craftmade. Its important to inspect each piece when they are delivered. We found several doors that were badly fabricated and the finish was splotchy. Northeast is well aware of this issue and will replace any doors that are obviously bad or the finish is inconsistent.

It was very easy to work with kitchen cabinets outlet. My cabinets are the best i love them. We did have an issue getting our handles but it was quickly taken care of. I highly recommend them cabinets are great quality.

Happy with my cabinets, however one door is warped. Have repeatedly contacted the company for replacement but wrong parts came in. Still waiting for correct door part, after 3 months and at least 20 phone calls. You think you finally get someone to help you and you still do not get satisfaction. I have all but given up. I have installed 2 kitchens with cabinets from Kitchen Cabinets Outlet Cleveland, of which one was in my wifes personal kitchen. The first kitchen was a large kitchen and cabinets were great and there seemed to be no issues in delivery and all pieces and parts were delivered on time and complete.On our personal kitchen is was not so good. Delivery was in complete and it took several weeks to get all the cabinets complete.. Part of the problem was due to 3 cabinets arrived severely damaged and not usable. we waited several weeks for other parts such as touch-up kit. It was a good thing that it was my wifes kitchen and she was very patient. But the kitchen looked great now that it is completed.The main reason I went with Kitchen Cabinet Outlet was the price, they were half the price of any of the Big Box stores.In spite of the problems I would use them again due to the significant price difference, and the quality of the manufacturing of the solid wood cabinets.

Very happy with my cabinets. The price was great, and they dont feel like the cheaper cabinets from Ikea(which do not have wood drawers) my designer Shamus was great to work with too! Turned out fantastic. I would definitely go back for my next house.

The cabinets we bought are excellent. The quality is superb. The designer who sat with us, on the other hand, not so good. When designing the kitchen, he ordered 3- 8tall pantries. Our ceiling is 8. I had to cut 4 off the bottom of the three pantries and build a 4base under them, just so I could stand them up, and match the height of the remaining cabinets. An experienced designer should have known you cant stand up an eight foot tall pantry in a room with eight foot ceilings. A 2-piece pantry would have saved me HOURS . Other than this design flaw, I am very happy with our cabinets.

We got a personal sales person that worked to get what we wanted. Also there were some damaged cabinets that were quickly replaced with no issues. Great service, great price, great quality.

Take the time to check out NEFD/KCOC when you are in the market for cabinets. We have used them 1/2 dozen times for various projects and always leave satisfied and happy. Working closely with Brooke who designed our kitchens, bars and rec rooms we always ended up collaborating on something unique and special.I would not look elsewhere and will always use them for future projects.

The worst experience ever, they have fake advertising with fake pricing, we met with their designer the first day and we tried to call him back and email him back he never answered and we called the showroom they said they are going to leave him a msg and nothing happened.

I used Kitchen Cabinets Outlet for two rental units in Tremont. They were great. Came out and measured and made sure they had the cabinets ready in a fairly short amount of time due to our time constraints. This was for a higher-end rental and they look fabulous. Love the soft-close drawers and cabinets. They also worked hand-in-hand with Bradley Stone who supplied the granite countertops.

Brooke was very helpful and knowledgeable. She came up with ideas that Lowes didnt and we liked it much better - not to mention the price was less expensive.I would highly recommend her.

Most of the furniture looks good, but falls apart. We purchased a wood futon couch and within a few months the frame cracked. We also purchased a leather sectional couch and a few years later the leather is peeling. Factory Direct will not help after purchase. Everything is made in China!

Home Depot charged extra for soft close drawers and hardware but they were included with our purchase here. The cabinets came in and were delivered sooner than promised - when does THAT happen! Our salesman Shamus, was a huge help. We have and will continue to recommend NEFD any chance we get.

I was not impressed with Kitchen Cabinets Outlet of Cleveland. We couldnt get help from anyone and their displays were not great. The worst part was that when I did more research and found so many disgruntled customers and complaints, I took my concerns to the customer service. They could not disagree with the complaints! They could not ease my fears about delivery concerns, damaged product concerns, waiting time.... I went with a bigger company and paid more, and got great customer assistance.
