My favorite butcher shop! Not only are their meats top notch, their frozen/prepared foods are phenomenal, too. Everyone always has a smile on their face. I get excited every time I go.

The meat case here is a work of art. You can buy cuts of meat, custom sausage blends, and meat already marinated and ready to go. You can also grab a table and order. We stopped in for lunch and had the special: pork tacos. Delicious.

Went there about 2 weeks ago and got some ground meat,sloppy Joes and a strip steak. Havent tried the ground meat yet, but i will buy the sloppy Joes again,the strip was magnifique. Place is very cool. Many choices.

This place is an Amazing addition to Cleveland!!We always get their charcuterie boards when we host parties and their ALWAYS a big hit with our guests. Their sausage is out of this world as well!!. Mellisa and Penny are always great at explaining their new products and cuts of meat. Going as far as even helping you with great tips on best ways to prepare everything. Amazing food. Had the shaved pork loin sammie with some of the best jerky I’ve ever had as well. One of the co-owners, Melissa was great to talk to. Can’t say enough good things.Highly recommend.

The meats are great, and the sandwiches are tasty & unique. Id previously posted a review based on a complete misunderstanding. Ive since found out that the owners of this establishment not only are suppliers of great quality meats they actually will do what they can to save money for their clients. Moreover, they have the support of individuals whom have diverse backgrounds. I will revisit them soon and make certain I pass on their name to all my family and friends.

I love this place so much! The products are high quality and the owners are knowledgeable and awesome to work with. They have catered numerous events for my family and friends and always put out a great meal. It is worth going to for a weekly meat pickup. There are plenty of delicious options in their case fresh and other options already frozen for your convenience. If you haven’t already, this place needs to be on your list to go visit. The also offer sausage making classes as well!

A gem of a store! The proprietresses are awsome people. They are dedicated to providing the highest quality and finest selection of meats. The corned beef was absolutely melt in your mouth heavenly. So lucky to have a shop like this in Cleveland!

Best meats in town! Dont know much about meat? Come in and ask, but be prepared to get the real answers. Had a salad today, I swear the ingredients had to have been in the ground this morning. These gals know their stuff! They provided all of the food for my cousin’s wedding--it was all fabulous—but oh my goodness, the house-made charcuterie! Out of this world!

Stopped in after a wedding for a mid afternoon snack awesome and delicious! Took the advice of the people who work there and was not disappointed.

I cant rave enough about this place, its owners, and their crew. Its great to get the variety and quality products that they sell, but the passion and knowledge they are willing to share is such a plus. I think I look forward to going to Saucisson like little kids look forward to a carnival (or whatever little kids look forward to these days, Im a little out of touch.)

It seems to be getting harder and harder to find a real butcher - let alone a GREAT one - anymore. Saucisson really fills the bill! Awesome lunch/dinner sammies make it a great way to shop. Stop in for something to eat with the best service in town, and then browse the fantastic array of prepared foods in the freezer and take home some of the tastiest heat-n-serve Ive ever had. Oh, dont forget the real reason to be there - the meat case is first class. Beef, pork and poultry - always top quality, cut however you like, and dont be afraid to try something new, the Lady Butchers will share secrets to prepare it - it worked for me.

I just came down on opening day, unbelievable to see the support this crew has. Tasso ham was phenomenal. Cant wait to get home and try the rabbit stew. Cant say enough good things about this place. Make it a destination you have to visit for all of your foodie friends.

These ladies are creative masters of local whole animal butchery and we are all lucky to be recipients of their craft! From fresh Orange Ginger Bratwurst to Guinea Hen Rillette and Smoked Tasso Ham their products range from unique and creative to classic cuts such as fresh pork chops....I dont eat meat regularly, so when I do, I make sure it is something that meets all of my ethical and quality standards - Saucisson fits this bill and far exceeds expectations in terms of creative and delicious ways to use every last bit of the animal. This is the way meat is supposed to be. Highly recommend. (P.s. everything is pretty much sold to go, but they do offer a different hot meaty dish every day like pulled pork tacos if you want to sit down and have something to eat.)
