Always a pleasant experience at Publix. I go in the evenings to avoid crowds so every now and then theres low stock on some items, but its worth it not having to put up with all the people. The produce is good and I like all the vegetarian and vegan offerings. Placing your deli order online before you go is a game changer. Checkout is always quick and friendly. Bathrooms are clean. I wont grocery shop anywhere else in town.

Publix is always clean and the employees are so nice and very helpful. Also, the Deli has the best choice if soups and great fresh snacks.

This is the nicest Publix store I have ever been in. And my little niece said Aunt Kathy everybody in that store was very nice making sure you got what you needed. The nicest people Ive met in a grocery store in a long time. This is my second trip to your store as a traveling through this area. And I always make a point to make sure I stop here before going on the rest of my journey.

The Paul Huff Pky location is great, and it is very clean. They have helpful, polite employees.

Mouse Creek is not my usual food shopping area. But I do love Publix.The one objection I have for this location is the lighting.The section for. Deli, flowers, veggies is so dimly lit. Are they trying to put customers asleep?

The pharmacist was very friendly and fast on task and very informative to my condition. It was the first time i had use them before.i think there will be more prescription filled there.It was like I was the only one that mattered. She was helping other customers to the same way .It was like I went back in time 50 years ago when pharmacist were like doctors helping anyway they can. Carring for there patients THANK YOU PUBLIX for offering a pharmacy to be able to have this kind of experience.

I went to get me some Nature Perfect water that was on sale for by one get one free 😛 Found some other good things but this was my mean reason.

They didnt have enough cashiers and self check out was overloaded. I put my ice cream back in the freezer and left my buggy of stuff behind. Too many companies playing the not enough staffing Covid card as an excuse to run skeleton crews.

This is the most convenient grocery store and pharmacy in Cleveland...best staff and always helpful and well stocked...their deli is second to none w/Boarshead meats and cheese...but its the employees and their friendly and helpful attitude that places this store above every other grocery store in Cleveland...its always a pleasure to shop at Publix 🙂🙂🙂

Shelves were well stocked and the store was clean. They have a lot of grocery options and thier prices are reasonable. The workers were friendly and helpful and I did not have a long wait in the checkout line.

The bakery department: I ordered a cake for a baby shower on Wednesday to be picked up at 10am on Saturday morning. I arrived at 10:20 to find out that they hadn’t begun to make my cake yet. At 11:35 they handed me a cake that vaguely resembled the cake I ordered. When I asked what the problem was I was told they were under staffed even though I counted 5 different people running about in the bakery. The excuse was they make the cakes the day they are to be picked up. So, if you want a special cake made at Publix and want it to be ready when you need it then tell them you’ll pick it up the day before..... or risk being late to the event the cake is for like I was.

Incompetent deli and bakery. Gave food poisoning to a family member and failed to make a birthday cake when they were given 5 days notice. They lost the receipt and acted like everything was an oopsie when I came to pick up the cake. Unacceptable

I love Publix in general but I had my best experience at a Publix BY FAR, at this one. I’m up on a trip from FL at a Publix in Cleveland TN, of all places, just trying to get a simple staple of South-Eastern states, the holy chicken tender pub sub.Lo and behold on this day I would have the great fortune to meet the one and only Clay behind the deli counter. This man has changed my pub sub life. I’m a simple man chicken tenders with a bit of lettuce and some jalapeños but most important of all, the bun smothered with honey mustard. Hold there a second my friends because today... all of that would change.Get this..Drum roll please...Clay has changed the game....CHICKEN TENDERS TOSSED IN A BAG WITH THE HONEY MUSTARD.I know it doesn’t sound like a lot, but to me, it’s a freaking game changer.Of all the chicken tender pub subs I’ve eaten in my life... this one was, by far, THE BEST.So with that...I call for:CLAY FOR PUBLIX EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR (not just his store, all the stores!)On a serious end note, Publix’s slogan is as accurate as it can be, it is truly a pleasure to shop here. But no experience in any Publix I’ve ever shopped in has been matched by the one had today.Thanks Clay, The sub was banging!

Ordered sub sandwiches from the deli and one of the workers leaned in over my order without a mask on to look at something and coughed in the process. The other worker countinued trying to finish the order without remaking the food. It was disgusting.

Very helpful. If you have the app you can click on the weekly sales you want and coupons you want to use and then it gives you a list with locations of the items youve chosen. Easy and very useful. The employees there are super nice.

This store is super clean with a wide variety. Prices are fairly competitive, for the customer service expected from Publix. I was very displeased with my customer service. I needed help locating an item and was pointed in the general direction of it. I also had to bag my own groceries. I was not happy about that. I was unable to watch what was being rung in because I was bagging my own groceries.

I wish I could give a negative review for the bakery. My son & his wife ordered their wedding cake from here months in advance. Wedding day came. Cake was to be delivered. Publix put wrong date, venue & name. When Publix was called when delivery time had passed they said they would put something together and have it there at 4:30 which was 30 minutes before wedding. No cake at that time. 15 minutes before wedding still no cake. When it was delivered it was exactly what they said it. It was something thrown together. It was NOTHING like they had ordered. It looked awful. When Bakery was confronted about it after the wedding, the assistant manager was very rude & said well you got a cake. No apologies whatsoever. I would advise to NEVER EVER order anything from PUBLIX BAKERY in Cleveland, TN.

Publix offer top notch service and the stores are always clean. With a very friendly staff. There fruit is the best in the area. However only downfall is they are not the cheapest by far. And I will say there own line of food is as good as the other retailers.
