Do not waste your time with this business. Unless, you enjoy taking your hard earned money and spending it with someone who has no people skill, no respect for the customer and extremely rude. Not to mention, Bill Jordan will do things such as have your vehicle towed without you knowing it, and adding a surcharge to your bill for the credit card machine he uses to accept payments without telling you. So, if you want to experience a repair shop thats doesnt care about anything you say or you for that matter this is the right place. Despite the other reviews and his website. I think hes burnt out from dealing with people or maybe its just my people. Spend your money with someone who truly values you and your business. Beware and good luck!

I spent 40 years interacting with service technicians at work so I have some perspective on what makes a good service shop function, and Premier would fit my definition of a good service shop. I took them a 1981 Fiat 2000 spider that was experiencing a long list of issues. Some big (stalling and brake issues) some minor (replace the seat belts.) They fixed all of the issues I reported plus some other things they found. They got my approval before proceeding on any additional work. I thought the price was fair and the work quality was excellent.NOTE: If you want a cushy customer lounge and someone to get you a complimentary latte this is not your place. Take the time to get to know Bill (the owner mentioned in other reviews) and listen to his advice. I believe that you will find him to be skilled and proud of doing quality work at a fair price....but this is a no nonsense, no frills kind of place that is focused on doing good work...and I recommend it highly.

These guys are great. I was referred to them by another mechanic because they specialize in BMW service and I have a new Mini so... Easy to deal with, fair, want to help, and do great work! I would and have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

I meet Bill over 15 years ago, I hade just purchase a car cash that day, buy the time I got around the corner from we’re I purchase my car, every light came on the dash. My car just so happen to stop in front of Bill’s old shop at the time the corner of Richmond & Miles.I went in there a crazy man, asking him what wrong with my car, Mine you Bill / Permier did not sale me the car?🗣 said please tell me what’s wrong, Bill was eating his lunch he lifted his head from eating his sandwich with a BMW T-Shirt. I said to myself this guy is really going to get me.After combing down, Bill told me to pop the trunk he change a fuse on my 1997 IL BMW with 60,000 miles. After all the light on my dashboard went off he charge me $5 bucks, i than ran to a local store and purchase him and his associate a 🎁 present and have been with him every since.What a great relationship to have in the auto business, so rare.

After taking the car to another independent repair shop and the Nissan dealership (where we spend $500 to replace things that didnt solve the problem), Premier was able to diagnose the problem just by me describing the issue over the phone. Upon receiving the car they took it for a test drive to confirm the issue was the fuel pump.Its not every day you can find an auto mechanic you can both trust and know they will fix the problem right the first time but Premier is that place!

Had worked performed by this shop mid year, 2017. Work was ok albeit rather pricey. Called a few months later when I was in town for a rather simple job to be performed. The owner has always conveyed a dont care attitude and did so on my last call. His shop appearance is not all that. No way I would recommend this business nor ever seek his advice or call upon the business for work. Too many other shops to consider.

Bill Jordan at Premier Automotive expertly repaired my sons used Acura. The car wouldn’t start, was towed in, he quickly determined it to be a starter issue, replaced faulty part and was back on road good as new.
