I recommend LMP to All my friends. Just had my car there a few days ago, I only take my 2003 Ford Escape to LMP. The Owner, John takes his time to listen about the problems & concerns I mention. Any questions, & i always have many are answered nicely, explained in detail for which I appreciate alot. John/LMP shop is the only reason my car that means alot to me is driving smoothly on the road today. I left my car with them on a Friday to have some simple things done well here comes Tuesday of next week an they havent even looked at my car.. I was patient the whole time till I called to see if any progress was made today for them to talk down to theyre customer so im very disappointed in how they handled the whole situation so Ill be taking business else where.. theyre excuse was they guy that work on em isnt in an wasnt been In since Thursdays of the following week so good luck with that

I needed a 4 wheel alignment.LMP did a great job & took care of me, & at a really good price. Dropped my car off at 7am and it was ready, same day, by 2pm. Knowledgeable & Friendly shop, good people!My drives like new again.Thank you, LMP!

I was supposed to have my car fixed 3 weeks ago usually when someone fixes a car they will check to see what’s all wrong with the car before fixing something they did not do that they automatically just fixed the steering pump because I said I think that’s what the car needs . I called them to check on the car to see when it would be done they would answer they phone then hang up on me I had to go to a whole different auto repair and have work done that they should have done . Apo going to the new place they had to call LMP and tell them they gave me the wrong parts n they didn’t tell me I’d need the whole power steering line too they let me drive like this I could have killed someone driving like this. I feel like they just took my money and didn’t care if my car was actually fixed or not I am so upset with this auto repair shop...Today is Monday I hope that they fix whatever they didn’t fix before and that they don’t charge me anymore money

TERRIBLE! I went to get work done here on my Mercedes and John told me he needed until next week to get to it. Then when next week came he waited all week to tell me he hadn’t started working on it yet. Basically cause I’m a female he blew me off and worked on God knows how many cars and left mine sitting there while I had to pay for Ubers and rental cars for 2 freakin weeks! He lied and told me he would call me back every day and never did. Then when I addressed the situation with him he told me I could go elsewhere and was unprofessional. I wouldn’t suggest this place at all I would never go back nor recommend anybody to go there especially not a female.

I had an emergency repair while in CLE on business from out of state. When initially opening the hood the first impression was that the engine was toast. But the owner looked further and determined it was just a fly wheel. It was Thursday. I had to return home over the weekend. He repaired the vehicle on Saturday at a very reasonable price . He put me ahead of others because of my circumstances. He kept his promises and did a great job. LMP is is an honest, competent, reasonably priced repair shop.

I was in desperate need of getting my brakes fixed. An the mechanic John was a sweetheart and did them for me even though he had a lot to do that day. They are very reasonable as far as pricing goes and I can honestly say I was very satisfied with the results. THANKS JOHN!!!!!!!

By far the most caring and decent mechanic there is! I had gotten a flat tire on the way to work and had roadside assistance help me chanhe it but they broke 2 lug studs. I was in a huge mess and was on the verge of tears. It had been a long day and I was leaving work at one job to head to work at another. I was frantic, lost, helpless and in a huge hurry since Im a nurse. Luckily, I was able to get off the highway and by Gods grace LMP auto was right there on the corner. However, with the time being 5:55pm my shot at getting service was slim to none. Miraculously, the owner was/is an ANGEL and was quick to get me in and fix my disaster regardless of their orginal closing time of 6pm. The owner even offered to help me get to work and then pick me up after my car was finished! This is the stuff customer service dreams are made of and I cannot recommend this place enough! This has become my go to shop and a place I know I can trust!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!! 😆😆👍👍👍🛠🚘🌟🏅🏆

Highly recommended. Did extra work and ordered new OEM part for the failed aftermarket part I brought them, at no extra charge. Stuck to their quote even though they had to do extra work.You can tell the shop is well run.Will update with a longer review later.
