I had an issue with my a/c they ran the test and immediately found a large leak. It was repaired the same day. I also had an issue with my passenger side seat belt and airbag sensor. I was happy with the price they quoted and it even ended up costing less than the initial estimate. I highly recommend this shop and will be returning for anything else that I need done.

The worst customer service I have experienced in years. Typical Cleveland personally owned shop. Paid to have a new deck radio installed. Installed the radio perfectly. Blew out all the inside speakers. Would not replace or repair the speakers. My radio was $149 dollars. I paid $552 for it to be installed properly with the steering buttons still operational and onstar to work correctly, which they did. But none of the speakers worked. The owner told me thats how the speakers were when I brought them in! That the car is 11 years old and I needed to replace the speakers. And said for an additional $200 dollars he would replace the speakers on another day. Will never spend another dollar here. Go to Five star audio.Edit: the owner has responded to my post. Had he used this much tact when I was at the shop, he could gotten another $200. But, that day, they were already blown, and, my guy didnt do that. People have gotten in my car and said nice radio, whats wrong with your speakers? After reading other reviews its obvious, they wanted another sale and ruined my speakers. I have two other cars that are older that still have stock speakers and after market radios. 2005 Impala and 2009 Murano. That I had talked with your cashier about replacing the speakers. Taking my business else where.

The Staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. when I had questions they willingly showed me what the problem was. They are way less than the dealer and still provide a quality service. I will go there again if I have any other issues.

I explained to sales person that I need to have my remote-entry programmed to my car. They said I had to leave my care there and I couldnt wait in the lobby. Not sure what happend but the staff they had about three or four years were more accommodating.

This place is so unprofessional! I had an appointment at 12pm. I arrived about 11:30, & waited while both women behind the counter assisted other customers on the phone. While I waited, another customer walked in & they took care of her first before even waiting on me! Furthermore, they didnt even have me on the schedule, even after showing them my paperwork to come in that particular day!! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Id never refer you going to this place!

My wife took my 2015 Chevy Impala to have an oil change and explain to the cashier that she wanted full synthetic oil and the cashier took it upon herself to change the oil type. After checking oil it was dark and low. Will be uploading the documents from Firestone, which is a block down.This has been a constant occurrence with them and oil changes. Beyond, that me and a couple of customers were discussing politics on one of my previous visits and we were disagreeing with the politics of Donald Trump and the manager told us that we could not talk about that in his shop and if we continue his cashiers were threatening to leave and we would not be serviced. I will never patronize this company again. Update: Oil Tech stated the oil was extremely dark for your vehicle to have just had an oil change 24 hours ago. This place is a sham….

I stopped in here with plans of upgrading my sound system. I didn’t really know what I wanted & they young man behind the counter was so rude to me that I just walked out. I had sound systems installed there in the past which is why I went back this time but never again. I went outside & Google other shops that offered similar service & I found NOYZ & TOYZ in downtown Cleveland & that’s where I went & will be going from now on. I called them up told them what I was looking for & he assured me that he had what I was looking for. I left this dump & went there & spent over $7000 on wheels & sounds. These folks here don’t deserve any stars on their reviews not 1.

A professional looking place. I dropped my Toyota off at 8am and it took 4 hours to call and tell me what the problem was. I went there because they had a sign for brakes $199 and of course they said I needed extra services and the final cost was $500. If I had a man around I would of not got the service. I was afraid of them not putting my car back how it was when I dropped it off. Also one of my tires needed air the indicator was on and they didnt even put air in it. No extra customer service. So Basically Im saying shop around first. I didnt like my experience. I feel like they are pricier then most shops but my brakes are good.

No integrityOver chargedI brought in a rim to have it repaired,they called me and told me that the rim was fixed and charged me $35,when I put the rim on it still had the same problem. I took it to another place to have it done and they let me see what had to be done and what they were doing and they also installed a stereo system all for a price way cheaper than Lewis electric,they are too expensive and have no people skills. They told me also I couldn’t wait there for my car,today I went there and a customer was waiting for his vehicle,,sleeping.

Got electrical problems in your ride? THIS is the place to go. Not cheap, but they will get it fixed at a reasonable rate. They do installations of equipment too. Best group of guys you could want working on your car, truck or SUV.

Went up to Lewis electronics to have a key and fob made for my vehicle and I was given the run around by one of the sales associate that he could not do my keys that I got from a dealership that I knew worked for my vehicle the sales associate first stated the key would take ia few minutes to make then it turned into it would take two hours to make I will never use this place of business for any reason I have worked in many place that I have made keys for and to get this type of service blew me from him making up stories to straight lying I will not recommend this company to any of my friends period.

The person who helped me gave me a weird feeling. When I asked about a few radios I could tell he made up prices in his head. Ethical retail would atleast have price matching and with him doin that the prices were sky high. Definitely do not buy any equipment from this establishment.

Ive been a loyal customer here for years, never had a problem, always kept up the maintenance, would only take it maybe 2 time within a year to keep up oil changes and fluid top up, unless if was minor repair issues that needed to be fixed, not sure what happened differently at this shop but the year 2020 was the year they were exposed, i started to notice that everytime my car was in the shop for something minor, not even a month later something else went wrong, i would take it back to the shop and have it fixed, they always diagnosed it and i would have them fix whatever was the results of the diagnostic test pulled up, once again not even a full month or 2 later another big issue, i have a habit of recording phone calls so i started recording them, ive had odd conversation with the older lady at the front desk and its almost as if she was giving me hints because she was surprised that i kept bringing the car back to get fixed so she stopped charging me for diagnostic testing. last straw, i had gotten my brakes fixed, 2 weeks after that my car stopped, but the lights and sounds were still working, id gotten it towed there, same day i got a phone call saying it was the starter, i gave them the okay to do the work, i didnt receive a phone call after that, i called them the next day talk to a guy who kinda stuttered on the phone and was told that the starter didnt work, that they found out it was the engine and he immediately quoted me between $3000 and $4000, i refused the work and they asked me if i want them to take the starter out, i said yes, the car stayed there for a few days until i was able to get a tow back to my house, they called me and offered me $70 to sign my title over to them, after id gotten a good amount of work done with them weeks prior. when the car came back the lights werent even working anymore, the window was and still is down, i filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently going back and forth with them, they are lying saying they told me i should invest in the car anymore, when i stated that i had recorded phone calls, they now are saying they have no understanding of my complaint.Do not trust them, they are huge liars and they will mess up your car just so you will come back and spend more money, they took advantage of me as a woman and got more than what they bargained for, i am very alert and ready to take this to court unless they resolve this themselves.

Customer service, communication and customer satisfaction is below average. My first mistake was using a Groupon here. Made an appointment for a Monday morning (9am), was told about 4hrs for a remote start install. Car wasnt ready until 4:30pm, but wasnt completely done. Not to mention, I had to call the shop to check on its progress. Brought the car back on Weds to finish the install (8am), was told about 4 more hrs. Called the shop, no answer. Called the owner, given the run around & told another 30 mins. Still no call back. Arrived to the shop 30 mins prior to closing and front desk said car had been ready, we was gone call you. When?? Was only offered a free oil change for my troubles. Would not recommend to do business here in the future, Groupon or not.

The representative was not going to tell me how much tint Im going to put on my front window and the representative never said how much warranty it was going to be she just said 300 out the door police Noise and Toys gave you a little bit more details or what you getting for your money and lifetime warranty on the tint. So I would not recommend Lewis Electronics to know why that everyone else who wants to go there keep going there

Owner has poor customer service skills. I was told one price and price was changed to $100 more. This is after I had spent about 3k over years at the store. I wont step foot in store again even though its close.

I moved into the Lee/Chagrin neighborhood over a year ago and started using Lewis initially for oil change because it was convenient. Ive since started using them for wiper replacements, tires, balance/rotation etc. Price is always fair, work is done on time and Joe/Debbie are really great to work with. I love having them in my neighborhood. Im getting a remote starter installed for a Christmas present for my wife and Lewis is handling that too. I recommend them.

Have brought my 86 Dodge here for repair multiple times. Reasonable rates and rather quick turnaround time. When they replaced my serpentine belts, the power steering belt was loose but they tightened it for me for no charge. Highly recommended.

Lewis Electronics recently replaced our catalytic converter for much less than the cost of other estimates. Their service is excellent and pricing competitive. Every time weve had our vehicles serviced by Lewis weve been treated well and have left satisfied.

Contacted Lewis Electronics and spoke with someone about tint installation. I’ve contacted them four times and have yet to receive a call back.

Very money hungry. Tint is $250 for a car. Thats ridiculous. They tried to charge me 600.00 for an alternator. Which shorted out because of their HID lights that they installed into my car. Took a week for my car to be fixed. They do horrible work. If you get any service here you will be back up there in a week or too in order to have the issue fixed and yes they will charge you again for something they messed up. The staff is very rude especially the owner and his sister/ cashier. Had several disputes with them. I would advise no one goes here unless you want to be ripped off and want your time wasted. BBB will be contacted about them.

They can be careless. Had my oil changed there in my Cadillac drive within the time frame of the next. Went to Perryburg Oh in that car got the oil change there. Lewis Election had put the wrong oil filter on my car it wasnt locked in place. My screw or plug was stripped which should had been changed. I was lucky I didnt mess up my motor.

Great Place! I bought Rims and Tires for my WRX. They found a nice setup and had them there next day and installed that day.Ken was very helpful!

Had the a Viper system installed a year ago, and the installer was professional. It didnt take terribly long (a few hours). Went back for a relay they replaced. They charged for labor, and parts which is fine (door lock relay). Went back because the system stopped working. They quoted me $70 to take a look at it, and wouldnt listen to my detailed description of the problem. It has since been serviced a few different times by a different dealer. Couldnt possibly be less satisfied with your service, or the product. The range was improved by the other dealer as you guys wound the antenna cable, around the antenna. The antenna cable has shielding, which grounds the RF signal.

We bought a remote start 2 years ago. It has never consistently worked. I have taken the car back at least 3 times for reprogramming etc. with no avail. I recently took my car elsewhere for evaluation of the remote start. The analysis and recommendation was that the year of my vehicle is very finicky and that the remote start that was installed did not work well so a new system. Who would of thought less than two years I would be buying another remote start.On the positive the people at Lewis were very nice and trying to help fix the situation, but I only wish I was sold a system that worked with my car.

Dont shop here. The put an alarm on my car & wired it wrong. My car wont start remotely or w/the key. I had to pay for an Uber & a tow bcuz of their error. And David (owner, mgr or whatever) is a know it all who knows nothing. Save your money& save yourself the headache &shop elsewhere
