My car got broken into and my window was smashed. They offered me the lowest price for my side window compared to anybody else in the area, service was excellent, staff is very very very friendly and nice. Quick and efficient, definitely more than your moneys worth. Highly would recommend!

Brian and Scott were awesome. They gave me all the information I needed which made the transaction very smooth. I waited about a week to see if I would have any issues with the new windshield. Excellent.Car window was smashed and stolen from. I called first thing the morning after and was gotten in within the hour .It took them less time for the entire process including sweeping out the broken glass from the car than it takes for most simple car services(oil change, etc), was less than an hour.The cost definitely is reasonable.The customer service was what I expect from other businesses but the others dont deliver like Signature Auto Glass.It was my only call for a quote and likely will be the only one for you as well!

Signature Auto Glass was great. My wife called in the morning and by the time I dropped off my Jeep, they had the new glass on the way to the shop. They were fast, friendly, and fairly priced. Signature Auto Glass beat out all of the surrounding competitors and were the only ones able to get the job done that day. They had the glass replaced in less than an hour! Great job guys!

Brian the owner was extremely helpful when I needed a window replaced. He was very accommodating with my work schedule and left my car in great shape, not to mention the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Brian and his staff to anyone who needs any type of glass repair.

Had a large crack in my windshield and happened to be visiting the area. I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to have it taken care of by Saturday morning. This included them picking up the windshield and the owner coming to the shop just for my vehicle. Overall, extremely happy with my experience with SAG.

Really friendly people. The service provided was fast and good too. Got a kick out of there being me and one other Alberta license plate all the way in Cleveland at the same time.

Unable to preform scheduled service. Was told my appointment was only tentative and I needed to call to confirm. Was quoted 300+ for my windshield here and was able to find the service for less when my appointment fell through here.Location does not appear safe as evidenced by barring on the shops windows. Patrons are able to wait in a closet size space with no air conditioning while employees are on the other side of a glass window clearly not melting from the heat.I cannot speak to the service because it was not preformed, but I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to this location perhaps there mobile service is where the 5 star reviews come from.

THANK YOU GUYS FOR SAVING ME!this am on 90w i had a rock that shattered my sunroof spraying glass everywhere. Every bump in the road was more glass in my hair and in the car. I called at least a dozen places and NO ONE would either work on it much less tell me where to get it fixed until i called Kamms Auto Body and they referred me to SignatureSignature fit me in same day with incredibly fast and amazing service, their price for the part and install was half of what the insurance company would charge me for a deductible and in an hour, im back on the roads!Very very clean facilities and great staff.You guys are an AMAZING life saver!

I went there for a full windshield replacement after they were recommended to me by AutoNation Ford Westlake. Service there was amazing, I was in and out in 20min. The price was the best I could find anywhere, trust me I looked everywhere. If I ever need my glass repaired again they will be the ones I go to.

I called Signature Auto Glass about replacing a back windshield. They quoted me a lower place than any other places Ive called. It was quick, efficient and very customer service oriented. High quality at a low cost.

All I can say is that someone busted my window out for petty change, and an hour and a half later I had a brand new window. Great customer service, quality installation and they dont bust your balls on the prices. Hopefully, I never need their service again, but if I do Ill be going back.

Brian and his team at Signature Auto Glass were very helpful. They were able to get my car in for a same day repair after the window was broken. They cleaned up all of the shattered glass and replaced my passenger window in under 45 minutes!

Yes the receptionist was nice but I didnt appreciate her saying it would take twenty minutes, took way longer and while we sat there waiting forever....She put some lady in front of us, because she was on her lunch break, that was very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
