This place is great. Jim was a lot of help on the phone, made it an easy decision where to take my car,for a windshield.

Very nice people! I got my passenger car window fixed because the little motor broke to roll up the window. They told me to buy the part and they would install it for $90. Took about an hour. They only do these kind of repairs early in the morning starting at 8am.

I have had four windshield repairs over the years and by far I enjoyed my experience the most with Advanced Auto Glass. The ladies that answer the phone are delightful and the technical work they do is the same or better. They fit me in last minute because I found a chip that had not spread. Overall, I am extremely pleased by their service. I was in an out in a half hour.

I had scheduled mobile service to my home to repair a chip in my windshield on 11/3. The time frame given to me was between 9am and 4pm. At 4:05 pm when the technician still had not arrived I called to see what was going on. I was told by Linda who answered the phone that the technician was behind schedule due to the fact there was a call off and the technician was from Canton. I was upset by the fact that I stayed home all day waiting because of this time frame that was given to me. I also felt that Linda should have called me to say that there was only one technician on and that my service would be delayed. The technician did not arrive until 5:50 which was fine. The other issue was when it was time to make my payment the technician could not take my credit card because the office was closed. I had asked when I called about using my credit card and I was told this was accepted. The thing that was not told to me by Linda was that after hours you could not use a credit card. Luckily I was able to come up with the cash to pay but if I did not have the cash then what would have happened. Due to this experience I would not recommend this place for glass repair and I will not be going there if I have future needs for glass repair.

We have worked with Advanced Auto glass for over 20 plus years. A real local business that does A+ work and will stand behind it. Its a true pleasure to work with them and always our first choice for auto glass.

They use bad materials to fix your window they promised to come a certain day and then they dont I had to call another windshield company to come and do it the same day. I have no idea how these people are on business.

Called Jim about my CHEVY TRUCK WINDSHIELD gave me a great price to replace it and did a GREAT JOB very happy with ADVANCED GLASS in Cleveland jim and his crew will call him every time THANK YOU !!!!

My fiance had a rock hit the windshield a week and a half ago. The windshield cracked right in the sight of drivinf abljt 2 foot long, so I call my delearship to see how I go about getting the windshield replaced. They recommended me to advanced auto glass . I called them and set up the appointment . The first appointment day we had to reschedule because it was raining where I live . So we reschedule and the day comes around to get our windshield fixed and its about 60s sunny all day and I get a call at 8 in the morning saying they cant come do my windshield because its raining why they are . When I live almost an hour away from where they are. I even told them it wasnt raining where i live and its not supposed to until two days after the fact . Well granted they rescheduled my appointment again. So i call my dealership to see if we could use their garage to get it done and they were more than happy to let us use it . I call advanced auto glass back and they tell me that the spot was already refilled. But how are you going to replace windshields if its raining ? Long story short I was not happy with this company and I will not be coming back or recommending anyone to them.
