Do not do business with this company. They had my car for two months and did absolutely nothing on the car. I called this shops numerous times while they had my car and received a different excuse each time. During my first call on 12/4/16, I was told they would have the car sent to the mechanical shop by the end of the week. I called on 12/11/17 to follow up. During that call, I was told the mechanical shops would have the car for a week. It would then get transferred back to the collision shop for body work. They estimated that the car would be finished by Christmas. On 12/29/17, I called again and was told, the car has a lot of mechanical work that needs to be done. They gave me a two week estimate at that time. I was told not to call again as they would call me once the car was finished. On 1/8/18, I contacted my insurance agent to have her follow up. My agent and I were told the car would be finished around 1/17/18. At that time, McNight offered to help with my rental car coverage because the car was at their shop for so long. On 1/10/18, I received a call from the insurance company that my car would be totaled due to a crack in my transmission. If they were in fact working on my car, they would have found the cracked transmission at the beginning of December. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car and wasted time from work dealing with this. Please use caution before using them. This review will also be forwarded to the BBB.

Very friendly workers, the office staff is very helpful! All around a pleasant experience, no matter what I may need!

For 5 months we are trying to get paid for items that Mcknight Collision Centers Inc have ordered from us.When we call Mcknight Collision Centers Inc to ask for help and talk to a manger or billing they make us wait on hold for 10 minutes and then the call drops. After 3 or 4 calles they say not a manger or billing are in the store today (Every time we call same answer)Mcknight Collision Centers Inc do not have good or any customer service.I will not recommend to work with them as business to business and I can only recommend to customers to stay away from a business that is not honest at all.We will really appreciate if the owner or billing will get in contact with us to solve this matter as soon as possible.I have left my information a few time, i have sent faxes 2 times with all the information . Today I did not leave my information with the girl that have answered the phone. I do not know what is her position in the business but she was not there to help or give customer service at all, you could hear the attitude in her voice, this is not a pleasant way to conduct an honest business.
