Has kept my truck over two months. Won’t answer phone. I went to pick it up and it has 1500 more miles on it. Then the crack head working there told me he didn’t know where my truck was. When I saw it the bed was filled with trash. Do not go here these people will scam you.

Guys don’t come here.. they’re had my car since September and it’s now the middle of February. Last month in January they said they needed to send yet ANOTHER parts list to insurance since they already sent one when they supposedly “found what was wrong” with my car in September only to get a call from insurance yesterday (February 15th) that they still have yet to send it! This place does not do their job and ignores my texts and calls and only gives my insurance company the same repeated information. I wouldn’t have even known they didn’t know what was wrong with my car or that they moved my car to a different mechanic shop without my insurance company telling me! I don’t even know if what they told insurance was even true considering it’s taking so long because this makes no sense. They don’t let you speak to who is working on your car so that means you have to talk to the same people who don’t even have an idea of what car you drive. I’ve been told so many times by them my car would be ready so much to the point that I don’t ask anymore and they don’t try to contact me. (And now that I think about it they have never contacted me about my car I always had to chase them for answers) They told me in October they wouldn’t work on my car anymore if I didn’t pay them something so I ended up giving them the insurance company money and yet it’s still not done. Sometimes the person that tells me the car is ready that week doesn’t even remember telling me when the day they told me comes and now all of a sudden my car only needs “one more part to fix” just to be told it’s still not finished when I wait another week. I just want my car back, fixed and honestly no professional excuse can be given as to why it takes almost 7 months to fix a car made in 2016. You may not have known what was wrong with it at first, but 7 months?? That’s unheard of and can only be caused by a shop not doing their job. My insurance company said yesterday it would take another 7-10 days to fix when two weeks ago they were told I shouldn’t have to wait more than another two weeks on top of already waiting 5 months at that point... so you tell me who’s doing their job. Especially considering the parts list still hasn’t been sent after a MONTH. Cause honestly to me it sounds like I’m not getting my car back within 10 days. Telling you guys don’t come here I wish my story was fake. I wouldn’t be surprised if most of the 5 stars reviews y’all see on here are people doing favors for them to keep their stars up cause look at the consistent 1 star reviews lol. There’s a reason why mostly all the 5 star reviews only have a review for this place. If anything changes I will gladly take my review down but I highly doubt it. It’s just honestly ridiculous that my parents and insurance company even suggested I file a police report just in case they messed up my car since no current information can be gained on the vehicle. I just want my car back!!!!!!!

Just found out they haven’t touched my car from September to February after months of lies that it was almost finished. Finally found a guy from another shop and even he’s saying they’re running a scam. Taking money before the car is finished is unheard of! Definitely bad business at this shop and they don’t even do good work so I’m so happy they didn’t touch my baby!

You know you’re a bad shop when other shops hate to deal with you! A lot of games and they’re definitely running a scam here. One day they’re going to mess up the wrong persons car. All those guys in there are definitely too old to be running a scam business.

Is there a working number for this place ? They’ve had my car since May 3rd. Said it would take 10 days, I would just like to see what’s going on, can’t reach anyone.

The WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL body work ever. Never removed the rust- less than half a year and the rust has reappeared worse! No refund -no offer of repair- the people have changed their phone numbers and will not respond. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

Worst body shop experience I’ve ever had. Not on time, not professional, finds something new wrong everyday with a car they evaluated already. Inconsistent communication. WORST BODY SHOP IN CLEVELAND.

Don’t come here, this place is unprofessional. There’s a lack of communication, they don’t know how to answer phone calls or texts and they are not convenient in letting you know what’s wrong with your car. I have had a terrible experience and I know people who has also had a bad experience with this shop. Unless you want 0 communication about your car and them basically stealing your car then don’t come here!!!!

This place is very unprofessional. There is no reason a CUSTOMER should have to reach out to a “business” about their car. And even then, y’all don’t even pick up the phone so someone can get some answers. Pathetic

Worst paint job I’ve ever seen on a car

If i could give zero i would . Dropped off sheet metal for motorcycle and was told it would be done 3 days later . Got them paint to match existing . Came back to pick up not touched . Appologized and said wednesday . Try again ! Took friday off work to reinstall parts that still were untouched . Told saturday, nope !!!! Then monday while i was picking up the still untouched parts 10 days later owner texts me and says they are done n ready to pick up. Wow ! Talk about pissing in the wind n telling me it rainin. Smh

They repaired my vehicle and it turned out amazing!
