We have been going to longstreet auto body for at least 15 years. Mark and the gang have always done a fabulous job.He always keeps us informed on the status of ou vehicles and always done in a timely manner.

I stopped in today on May 14, 2018 at 3:20pm I went in to get an estimate on my car.( I went there around 5yrs ago for another car, they did a great job.) I personally know 3 others that went there all were happy, but today I walked to the counter the white hair guy shouted loudly can I help you I said I needed an estimate, once again he shouted at me with a tone its going to be a few minutes. Ofcourse I knew it would be some time, but didnt need to be shouted at with a f* attitude. Please work on your customer service. I left.
