I took my car to three body shops for estimates and Martin’s was literally half of the other two. The repairs were done quickly and the quality of the work is absolutely fantastic. My car looks like brand new. There were some additional repairs that were required but weren’t included in the original estimate, yet Martin only charged me for the original price. I can’t recommend this shop highly enough

Need a little auto body work. The is just down home. A friend had his car worked on and gave me the directions. My little Volvo wagon had a fender bender and these folks got it up and running. Nice folk doing great work.

Very awesome experience We have ever had. We had dealt with some bad garage before. The owner, Mark, is a very honest and good person. He will tell you everything he knows. If he does not know how to fix something, he will let you know and suggest you to go somewhere else that he got relationship with. He is an easy-going but the shop is pretty busy though. I recommend to go early morning.

This is the fourth time in 20+ years that Ive had occasion to use Artisan Bodyworks. Its never a happy time when youre taking your car to a body shop but they make it the best experience possible. They are FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGABLE, CAPABLE, EFFICIENT and HONEST. Every time. What more can I say?

Martin is the best. He is honest and does his job very well in a reasonable price. Though the name says it as a bodyshop - he can pretty much do any kind of repair work and the regular maintenance service including the brake pad changes and oil changes.

This body shop offers wonderful service. They never charge you additional fees. I went to this body shop several times to check my car to get estimation. They never charge me, while fire stone wants to charge me hundred dollars every time. If your car is good enough, they will always tell the truth and never try to charge you more!

Martin the owner goes above and beyond to help his costumers . The only Mechanic body work guy I ever 100% trusted . His staff are great and helpful and I cant say enough for the things he did to help me and truly cared . something you just dont find nowadays .

Martin is outstanding. For major repairs, he will undercut the price of dealerships often by 50%. If you bring in a jalopy that doesnt warrant significant expenditures, hell creatively figure out a way to make effective repairs at the absolute minimum cost. When the brakes went bad on my college aged sons old, beat up Prius, he came up with a junkyard-part solution, recruited a local college-town garage [who had previously given us a high repair estimate] to perform the repair, and saved us $1,400. Even the local mechanic was impressed. Cannot say enough great things about this man. Always has your best interest in mind.

Artisan Bodyworks gave us two estimates on the broken back window and dent that prevented a simple glass replacement - good-as-new or functional fix. The good-as-new was cheaper than buying a a used hatchback door (complete with glass) in a different color and the functional fix was less than quotes I got for the glass alone. Very happy with the results.

I trust Martin more than I do my own brother.

I had the wheels stolen off of my car in Lakewood, OH and wasnt sure what to do. A friend recommended Martin over at Artisan and he was a god send. He took care of communicating with my insurance company, going through the order, making adjustments based off of his expertise, and when the insurance company forgot to include something, instead of going back through the insurance claim, he just took care of it out of his own pocket. Once the new rims and tires were in, he had an employee come to my car (which was still sitting on blocks in the street) and put the rims and wheels back on, took it back to the shop and inspected it to make sure there wasnt any other damage from the theft. Cant recommend Martin and his crew enough.

Martin is provided a quote thats fair for a touch-up work. Hes honest on my needs and recommended what he would do if the car was his. I would probably visit this place more regularly for my car repair needs if this was closer to my house.

Pulled up couldnt even find adequate parking on this busy Main Street. One of the workers were very rude and told me I can leave because of not being able to find parking. I will never recommend this place to anyone I dont care how close it may be to them!
