If you are in need of repair, go to Crash Champions! A worker by the name of Sal did an absolutely wonderful job with my car and was very professional and honest during the whole process. I was called with updates along the way and my car was done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done!

When I called to take my car in for an estimate for some minor fender damage I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment which should have been my first clue.I dropped my car off on a Monday morning for repair and was told it would be ready for pickup on Friday. They have had my car for over 2 weeks and it is still not done!I will never use them again and will let my insurance company (who recommended them) know how long they took to make the repair.I definitely do not recommend this company!UpdateFinally got my car back and they billed for about 19 labor hours. I understand there is time needed to get parts and curing as well as other things but OVER 2 weeks?? That is 80 labor hours!Also Somehow a half a tank of gas was used!NEVER AGAIN!The business responded to my first review with send us a private message or call us. There was no indication of where to send the message so I called, twice and hung up after 20 rings the first time and 12 the second time....

I brought my car in after an accident because they work with my insurance and I thought itd be easier. They never called me to give me my estimate or reviewed it until I called them and complained. (Itd been there a whole week at this point.) They already submitted the estimate to my insurance before going over it with me. They said theyd be working on it about a week/week and a half. I told them I didnt have a rental and that Id need it by Monday (a week) for work. He said he would call me on Friday to let me know the status, so I could be prepared by Monday if I can get it in the AM. It is now Friday night and no one called. They are not open over the weekend so I have no idea when my car will be ready. They were well aware of my situation and disregarded it to again not notify me of my car. I will not be coming back after this.Update: I called first thing Monday morning and they said itll be another week until its done. I explained my frustration and they never even apologized, just said shed call when it was ready. AGAIN.Update: I tried to call the number they responded to this post with and they said no one named Mark works at that shop.

Took my car here for body work (insurance claim) as suggested by my insurance company. I was given an estimate of 2 days, did not get my car back for almost 3 weeks.I understand that things prolong the process but never once did they call me with an update or give me an estimate more specific than “just a few more days!” When I called to see what was going on.During this time I did not have a rental car, but was told by the front desk staff “not to worry” about it. Fortunately I was able to get buy for the time but I found this attitude very dismissive.UPDATE: Less than a week later, one of the parts they replaced on my car fell off. so I wanted 3 weeks for shoddy work. I ended up paying for the replacement out of pocket so I wouldnt have to deal with them again

I got hit on the highway about a month ago, I was pointed in this direction by the insurance company to get my car fixed. Everything was done quickly and my bumper looks great and as good as new. Everyone there is also really nice and communication was great.

Paint had runs. Trim installed loose and given chances to fix and the run in the paint was buffed not taken out still there . Trim was not taken care of. I don’t have time to keep coming back

Progressive sent me there saying they were one of their repair shops. I called and they told me to bring my car. When I got there nothing was set up, no paperwork was sent. No parking space, bad costumer service.

I brought my car in for repair. They completed the work that was covered through insurance, but we had discussed them also doing other work that we would pay for which they did not do at all. The estimate for the work being done through insurance was different than how much it had actually cost. We were told that if it was going to cost more or if there was more work to be done that they would call to discuss it before doing so. They never called to let us know that it would cost $600 more. The work they did do was done well, we just wish communication had been better and that they had completed both tasks as we had discussed in the first place.

They were quick and efficient and did a great job with my car.

Took a car here. The paint has so much orange peel ( wavy look in the clear coat) you can tell the difference just by looking no need to examine it.not sure how this was handed back to me looking like this. Also missed a spot of clear coat in my door jam. Was VERY disappointed by the work performed here. Called two times about coming to get it fixed and was told to call back because the painter was not there or something to that effect.

This place is amazing! The work is impeccable! I had the pleasure of working with Brandon and he is the epitome of Customer Service. Even though my repair was covered by my insurance company; the cost of the repair was by far cheaper than other auto repair shops that i got quotes from. I can’t say enough about CARSTAR! Geico sent me here for my car repair; it came out good as new in the end! They even washed it and did not rest until they were sure I was satisfied with the job!

Car star coach and collision was supposed to fix slight body damage to my driver fender and bumper on my 2016 Ford Fiesta st upon receiving my vehicle back from them I noticed they had sanded away the body line 1 inch away from the fender liner.. they also did a poor job with the paint/blending job on the bumper there is noticeable orange peel and dirt in the paint . They then tried to say they didn’t do body work on the fender by the body line .. I have pictures that show they definitely did have to . Icing on the cake is they were so rushed to hack job my car the forgot to plug my switch back in for my power mirrors and forgot 2 clips in my front bumper cause of it to rattle around . 1/5 would not recommend taking your car here unless you don’t care about it being the way it should from factory .

Was sandwiched by two cars on the highway and had significant damage to the front and rear of the car. Took my vehicle to CARSTAR and they had it all fixed up on 2 weeks. Excellent work and easy to work with.

Very professional. Kept me aware of time frame, did an excellent job, always pleasant when on phones. Only ding is they left my back seat dirty from obviously parts being in the car. But that isnt a big deal at all!

And after having my vehicle a week, I found the work to be shabby and careless...Don’t waist your money 💴.. this place couldn’t care less about the sloppy bodywork and services performed.
