I have been a long time customer of Pro Powersports, long story short had some mechanic work done on my Ranger, was so blown away by the professionalism, I told myself when I was due a new bike it would be from Martin Powersports, not only were they $4500 less than Pro Powersports, Leah was awesome to deal with, they gave me an exceptional trade in value, and made sure I was extremely happy with my purchase. I have owned the bike since June 1st, I noticed a center cap was missing after a couple weeks, Leah had me one ordered and didn’t charge for the replacement, these little things Pro Powersports would never do. I greatly appreciate the effort Martin Powersports goes through to satisfy their customers, really enjoy the free details on a service too.
Leah worked hard over the phone to help me get to the bottom of some very misleading verbiage Polaris stated in their monthly promotion but Jim made the deal happen the way I needed it to. Both of them are extremely honest and will be upfront with you. What led me to Martin was all the 5 star reviews Leah has but Jim this 5 star review is for you. Thank you sir for your hard work, professionalism, patience, you extended to my family and I. Leah you are everything the reviews say you are and you can trust both of these guys to take care of you.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. But they didnt sell the parts I was looking for.
Went in on Monday to look at a Ranger. Jim could not be bothered or so it seemed he was to busy to help. The deal was done and all I wanted to do was look at it, Start, and a quick little test ride. Hours appear to be from 8-6, but everything is put away by 5 and Jim will make little to no effort to pull a unit out.

Went to Martin Powersports after pricing and shopping other Ranger dealerships. After just a few short minutes of talking with Leah Miller I was positive of where I would be buying my new Ranger. She was not only very knowledgeable about the Ranger but simplified the packages available and the numerous options available. The first time in,I was just shopping. The second time making up my mind and the third was to make the puchase. Never did I ever feel any pressure to buy or I was never given a one time offer. When I realized the courteous friendly service was real and I was given a deal I couldnt pass, I decide this was the place I wanted to deal with. Thanks Leah
After seeing facebook ads describing the great service and speediness of their shop i decided to drive a little further to have them work on a Ranger. After a month in their shop and me calling every other week to check its still “in line” as they described. If your looking for a semi permanent home to keep your Utv/atv in then this is the storage place for you!!! If your looking for service as described as quick then you might want to look elsewhere as i will be doing.
My husband, son and I stopped in the store this morning ready to buy a four wheeler. We did our research before we came today so we knew exactly what we wanted to buy. We literally stood around the store for at least 30 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge we were even there... no body even came to help us. It appeared there was ONE sales associate and he was in his office with a customer. I’m sure he saw us standing in the store and not once did he get up to come to talk to us. We understand the ONE sale associate was busy, but at least tell your ready to buy customer who is waiting that you will be with them shortly!
After dealing with unprofessional service centers for the majority of my adult life, it was nice to experience an organized, and truly customer oriented repair facility. I had a repair to my buggy that was made very timely and later when I had a similar issue, Mark and the group at Martin were quick to follow up and perform warranty work without the standard hassle it requires for this type of service. I had an exceptional experience with these guys and would definitely recommend their shop to anyone in need of repairs. They stock lots of parts on hand, so minimal down time is also a tremendous benefit to get back on the trails.Great job guys, keep it up.
I recently took my brute force there to have the motor rebuilt and they had it for 5-6 moths and when I got it back I put it in low and it kept popping out they told me to loosen the linkage and so I went for a ride and I was in a hole and I gunned it and boom trans gone only had reverse so we took it back to have them look at it and they kept it for another 3months and when I originally took it they told me they rebuilt the entire motor and charged me 2500$ and then this time they told me 1040 and when I went today to pick it up they told me I owed them 1300 and I said not paying it and got my bike when they had it this time anytime I would call to check on my bike they would tell me they would call me back and they never would and Sun-Times theyd say plz hold and they would hang up and they failed to tell me they couldnt get it running before I got there to pick it up. DO NOT USE THEM THEY SUCK AND THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OT YOU.
We were looking for a 570 Ranger and shopped around. We talked to Leah and she was amazing. She knew exactly what we wanted and the price was lower than the places we looked at before. We are VERY happy with our ranger and with the service we received. THANK YOU LEAH!!

Took range to get diagnosed it wasnt run and check the engine light was on. Two I had to call them to c if they found out something.And they do told me they had to order the part and it would take 3 to 5 working days so I got on Amazon and got the parts in 2 day brought it to them was Wednesday morning. Called them Friday afternoon asked about my ranger they said lol. Oo when did u need it backMe (today)O we can have it really n the morning. I paidIts runs but the Check the engine light is still on an they act like they dont care. And did tell me about it until I seen it smh
Took my 2008 Teryx SXS to them 2 weeks ago. Even though they dont sell Kawasaki, they service them. Mark Nichols was working the Service department counter and was great to deal with. I replaced the belt on my SXS but it wouldnt go in/out of gear. They diagnosed within a couple of days, ordered the parts, and fixed it the same day the parts came in. (I called to get an update and the parts had come in that morning. 3-4 hours later they called to tell me the bike was done AND $100 less than the original quote!!)Great customer service and quick turn-around time on the repair. Highly recommend!! Go see Mark!!

I purchased a 2018 Polaris General 3 weeks ago. I ordered it, waited two months for it to come in, and it didnt have the roof I requested, no big deal... I rode it twice and the check engine light came on. I took it to Martin Polaris in Cleveland where I purchased it and was contacted three hours later telling me its ready. I was told that the belt was burned up and it will be $200 plus labor. My response to them is how is the belt going to burn up after two rides?? They need to find another sucker! Im not paying $200 plus labor every two rides. Very dissatisfied customer

Told me they wanted my atv, i sent pics and they swore we had a deal, i did everything they asked drove an hour and half to get there and they renigged on the deal wasted 3 days of my time, cant trust them.
I brought my rzr in for service and mark the service guy was very helpful and the trailer dropoff is a great option.
