Had to take bike in for recall on front brake master cylinder was really affraid .they where the closes to my home never been there before .do most of my own work on my bike with help from u tube . I had read some of the reviews of past customers then i got really worried . I started to have that feeling when you drop your child off on there very first day of school ..However they done what they said they would do in the time they said . drop bike off thursday night around closing .pick up saturday. Pick up bike every thing was fine . (No need for meds) (,on the way back home.

Being from the Westside of Cleveland, I did not want to drive around visiting dealers so I decided to give All Ohio Motorsports a call to see if they could assist in my quest for a PWC. Jeremy (my sales rep) was polite, knowledgable and able to answer the majority of my questions over the phone. I then put down a deposit and scheduled my pickup two days later! When I arrived in store, Jeremy walked me through all the paper work and gave an overview of what I needed to know. Then William “owie” loaded up the ski, made sure it was balanced and I was on may way. Overall a wonderful and painless experience purchase of my first PWC! Thank guys, you are the best!

Very laid back experience. I went in to see a bike that I saw on line. It was there, in better condition that I could have expected. I worked out a painless deal with the salesman and bought the bike. The price was very, very fair for the almost new bike I bought (433 miles on the ODO). On top of this, since its March in Ohio and the weather turned to snow again, they are holding the bike for me no charge until the weather breaks and I can ride it home. I found a new place to spend my hard earned money. I will be back.

Stay away from this place! I bought a 2019 Polaris 570 and spent over $7000. At the time of the sale I was told a 20 hour tune up would cost $150-200. I dropped it off and was charged almost $420! Not to mention I was told I would have it back in 3-4 days. It’s now day 6! I called and was told “oh, he’s working on it today...we only have one tech”. Listen, if you are going to grossly over charge people for a service I suggest at the very least completing it in a timely manner especially in the time frame you tell your customer.

This place wasted an entire day. Terrible service. I called ahead of time and spoke to a man who told me they had 3-4 on the show floor of the 50cc atv I inquired about. So I paid a friend to meet me with a truck in Bedford to pick it up. When we get there the same man who gave me his name on the phone said they didn’t have any of the 50cc’s. Then had the audacity to deny speaking to me on the phone. This was the worst experience and waste of time.

I paid for a sumerization (Oil change) service and some paint work on a pair of pretty new jet skis purchased from this store. After 3 weeks of aggravating phone calls. I arrive to pick up the skis only to find that the hull is GOUGED way worse than originally, I was told they didnt have time to charge the batteries, I also do not trust the oil change. A complete loss of the paint job and service. This repair will cost more than the original. I have pictures to prove. They just do not know whats going on, dis-organized and confused. Service people are unqualified. After all of this, they refuse to refund.

Ive bought two used bikes from Todd. GSXR1000 and Honda Shadow Spirit. We also bought our helmets there because they have a good selection.Great deals, smooth process, very easy to talk too and deal with. Financing was same day. I highly recommended buying there and will buy from again.

Drove in from Ann Arbor to purchase a 2017 Polaris Sportsman 1000 from Jeremy. Could not have been a smoother experience. Great pricing with a straightforward, but laid back selling approach. Absolutely no pressure sale. Very much lived up to the arrive a customer, leave a friend slogan. Very helpful and informative about the machine, and accessories, while never pushing to just try to sell me something. I needed help loading my trailer - sure enough the guy that walked over and helped me out - Todd, the owner. I did not even know he was the owner except I knew a guy named Todd is the owner. Just regular down to earth guys. Look, every powersports business is going to have a bad review. Someone is going to get (rightfully?) upset over a repair/recall/parts issue. If you only have 15 weeks of summer riding, a weekend or two spent in repair seems an unreasonable eternity. And sometimes there are just issues that come up. Stuff just happens. Do yourself a favor and just call or visit Jeremy or Todd and judge for yourself. I know Ill be calling them again when I need my next toy.

So I have been bringing my 2 Yamaha jet skis to all Ohio Motorsports for about 10 years now for winterization and storage. At the end of 2 seasons ago I had some tears in the seat of one of my jet skis. I asked them if they could either replace the seat or get it reapolstered. I wanted the front and back seat done so they would look the same. They did this work over the winter. When I went to pick them up...they had done the front seat on one ski...and the back seat on the other. So now I had two skis with both seats different colors on each seat. Since it was already almost June and I didnt want to wait 6 more weeks to use them..I told them they can just replace the right seat over the next winter. I had already paid for all the seat work. Now..as I go to pick up the skis after the winter...they want to charge me $123 for redoing the back seat on the the ski they were suppose to do in the first place. I told them them that as a customer for the last 10 years...and the fact that they screwed up the job in the first place..that I shouldnt have to pay. They said since the new owners have now taken over...that I would have to pay. So I did. And now they have lost a customer. I will never again bring my jet skis in for service. Nor will I be purchasing new ones which I will probably do next season as the skis are over 15 years old. I will also recommend to everyone I meet to NOT do business with all ohio motor sports. I hope the $123 the new owner made was worth it.

Absolutely horrendous service. Know ones knows whats going on. Service department cant even get here 5 minutes before opening. Was waiting 5 minutes after opening time. Had my jet skis for 3 weeks for an air filter. Still here nearly a half hour later as they search for paper work. Oh wait a minute, new news.... This just in, the filter wasnt ever ordered!!! Worst place ever.

Took my bike into the Service Department on 2/24 because it was running badly, as of 5/9 all they did was look for OBD codes and replace the spark plugs which I had already had done. Basically, they had the bike for over 2 months and did virtually nothing. many excuses about getting connectors for their digital wrench not once but twice, 3 week lead times. I expect to see more this in any rebuttal as Ive seen in other reviews. Its hard to believe a dealer doesnt have the basic tools to work on the bikes they sell.

Purchased 2 new Yamaha EX sport waverunners in July of 2017. They had the colors I wanted in stock, trailer on a short backorder. Sales was great! Gave me a better deal than Buckeye sports and threw in discounts on life jackets and free dock lines. That was the end of the good. Im not sure if it was just because service was busy this time of year or didnt have very good people working it. Pick up was delayed by just short of a week because they just never got to them (uncrate, run for 5 min). Picking them up there was no tounge jack that the manufacturer claims it comes with it. Boats were sitting sideways on trailer because bunk boards were never adjusted( had to do at home while on trailer). No rear tie down straps for either boat. I would have brought some if told to. Last but not least, an outdated/expired(by four years) roughed up fire extinguisher installed in one boat. So I would buy from again but service, from my experience, definitely gave me a scetchy feeling.

The worst service department to service Jet Skis, do not bring your Jet Ski here for anything! Not even an oil change.They had my ski up there for 8 weeks, and never were able to even finish the job, if they say they have a marine guy they are lying!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!! They have a guy that does it part time once a week if that....The managers are never there to speak to anyone, and they know how to give people the run around, not to forget their exaggeration in pricing once they knew that this was an insurance job!!!Avoid at all costs!

Do not get service done at American powersports, (Ohio motorsports). I had two jet skis serviced winterized and summerized, they managed to never replace the oil the removed or connected the air intake filter. They refused to refund the full amount of the oil change they lacked to do. Terrible customer service and do not value maintaining customers.

We have been long term customers and have purchased many vehicles from them and have varying degrees of service handling with our units. We have had two units with them for winter storage and they have them for 6 months plus, for many years. They do nothing with them for the time they are there and when you call, they have a huge backlog and cant get to them for weeks. Now, again, they have been with them for 6 months plus. They offer the Keep Me Riding package which should be done by pickup. Oil changes and other things... go to pick our units up, nothing is done. They just came out of storage today! They clean them up but no one is keeping up with them when it comes to KMR! Whats the point of asking for them, being told 2-3 weeks out and then they just come out and nothing gets done! They had to look at the paperwork and then saw the request while I was there to pick them up after I asked about the work that was done. Really!? Wasted a day waiting for these and now have to wait longer. Never doing service again with them! No KMR with this dealership...

Wish that I could give no stars. Took bike in and asked them to try to get it running. They worked on it and I paid my bill. Stopped running while I was still there and they said that it was too bad, they got it running. Asked them to please keep working on it until they actually got it fixed and they told me they were putting back in que and they might start working on it in a few weekday. Awful service! Run dont walk away from this place.

I currently would not recommend for motorcycle work. It took over 3 months to get my bike back. On June 13th I made the appointment and was told it would be 3 weeks before they could look at it. The appointment was to replace front tire, replace leaking fork seals & a KMR tune up. The bike was picked up on 6/23. This was ok so far. I didnt hear anything and so went back on 7/20 to find out what was going on. My work order was on the bottom of the pile and the person at the counter said Oh, youve been here for a while. We better move you up in the pile. Went back again on 8/17 to check again since I hadnt heard anything and was told the tech that was working on my bike wasnt in and they would call me back later that day after talking with the tech. Never called so I went back in on 8/31. Tech again wasnt in until 2:00 and they would call me back. This time they did call back and told me the tech had found that one of the fork seals was leaking, front tire needed replaced (stated by me as the reason for getting work done) and the rear tire also needed replaced. I gave consent to do the work. They were going to order the tires and would start working the next week after the tires arrived. I finally heard back on 9/23 that the bike was ready and we made arrangements to have it delivered since I was paying for that already. The bike was delivered on 10/9 as I was home that day and we couldnt work out another evening time for delivery. As a side note when I went to take the bike out after work that day I noticed that the front fender was on backwards. I know this is a small detail but it just added to the frustration that I had with this whole process and I did take pictures before correcting it. Ive had work done in the past years and was fine with it. This year was a complete departure from what Ive seen in the past.

Called in and asked for help with one of my bikes, whoever I got transferred to was rude as all hell and gave me quick little stupid answers that were not even worth my time of being on the phone. Recently purchased a used utv from all Ohio motor sports, completely bad experience. The sales person over the phone got me approved for a loan, great! Went there and took a look at the machine, it was a bit rougher looking than in the 20ft away pictures sent to us. There was a plug in the side wall of the tire and the sales man told me that was fine! For some reason the bed would not open, it was jamming on the roll cage. I test rode it down there 1000ft road of test area. Rode fine. Purchased it and took it home. Took it on its first ride and bam, once it gets warmed up won’t run. Also a terrible sound in the drivetrain. Take it to a repair facility, and it needs new spark plugs, and fuel filter, and the front and rear diffs are full of water. When I asked the sales person about service oils he said it only has 500 miles what kind of service could it need? Also the roll cage is bent from being rolled and is unsafe for my family now. Have to purchase new one. I forgot to mention that the sales person told me he personally used this machine for fixing snowmobile trails and it runs perfect. Also the sales person entered my bank account information wrong and the lender could not process my payment witch cost a 25 dollar late fee on the first months payment! Also either the dealer or previous owner added aftermarket accessories and wired them up incorrectly making the machine think it was on reverse all the time limiting all gear speeds to 15mph. Now I’m looking at 2,000 dollars worth of repairs and have only made the first payment and put 3 miles on it! I would not dare to ask the dealer to fix this as I was filling out the paperwork at the counter and the salesman was mocking customers wanting work done to their utvs. I know I should of looked more into the machine before purchasing, but coming from a established dealership I did not expect these kind of problems.And worst of all they wouldn’t even fill it up with gas!

Sales staff seems great, but terrible service department. .Took my brand new 2016 Rzr in for a blown/bad fan motor. Told them the fan motor was fried. I had it out of the RZR already and had already tested it. It spun but slowly.They tested it and said it was fine. Then proceeded to tell me it was going to be $525 for them to look at it, test it and reinstall it.Lucky for me the fan died again when they were trying to load it on the trailer for me to pick it up. This was around 12/5. They had my RZR until early January 4 -5 weeks. They said the holidays slowed down the parts order.If it was order on 12/5 or near there, then its before the holiday and the part should have been there in a matter of days or 2 weeks at the most.Bottom line they forgot to order the part.So they had my rzr for well over a month for a blown fan motor (this is a 30 minute job). To top it all off they charged me 1/2hr service ($45) to install the initial motor for testing purposes.No one ever said they were going to charge me for this. Had I known I would have taken the 15 minutes to reinstall the 4 bolts/brackets.When I brought all this up to the service manager Bill he shrugged his shoulders and that was it.I have the 5 year extended warranty on my rzr and this is by far the most convenient location for me to take my rzr, but I will NOT be back. I will go out of my way to avoid this shop and I would suggest you do the same.

I will never purchase another item from these people again. Purchased a new Polaris RZR XP4 900 from them and i had a problem with my engine not starting. So i took it back to what i thought was a authorize polaris dealer to get it fixed. After 3 weeks i got my machine back and shortly after i find that i blew a piston do to there service department not putting a clamp on the air intake which allowed debri to get into the engine. I have contact the owner Todd and he refuses to take a call to discuss this matter.

Three weeks my husbands snowmobile sat there and they did not order the part for the recall. He had to pick it up UNFINISHED and ride it in Wyoming with the recall not done. He asked them to order the recalled part a week before he dropped it off and still weeks later it was never done. This dealership is horrible.....go anywhere else!!
