Definitely one of the best Asian grocery stores I’ve visited. The market was fully stocked with everything my heart could desire. They had the staple items you typically will find at an Asian grocery stores including noodles, sauces, fresh fruits and vegetables, seasonings etc. But also had Korean skincare, ceramic teapot sets and an assortment of sweet treats which are things I typically have to buy online. For sure a hidden gem just minutes away from downtown Cleveland.
Super crowded on Sunday. Otherwise Ive been here a decent amount of times and they have a great variety of many food items. Deff worth checking out.
Easily my favorite Asian Market. Excellent selection, great prices, friendly staff.
Super clean! The floor was clean, everything seemed orderly. Bathroom was also super clean. I was surprised to find fresh longan time of year. They were sold on the stems, the fruit was felt firm so bought it. They were really delicious. I wish to give this place 6 stars if I could! Was greeted by a very friendly uniformed woman who directed me to check my own temperature. What a stark contrast from the huge supermarket madhouse the road.
Great Asian market; Ive been coming here on and off since I was a kid. theyre currently requiring masks and doing a temperature check on entry. theres a particularly great variety of frozen foods
I am grateful for Helen, a young woman who works there and is efficient in showing you location of things. She is willing to give advice and recommendations when asked. For me who is not Chinese and I wonder in bewilderment not knowing many items or what to do with it, her words of advice are so appreciated. My recommendation is to have duel language labels so at least we can Google them. I would love to shop there more if I knew what more things were and how to use them
Excellent selection, a bit dirty, which is normal for this type of grocery.
I like this little smelly store because it has alot of variety of Asian food, and snacks that I like. Prices are cheaper to than some other Asian market around them (China town we call in the area). I just hope that one day they move to a bigger store so they can air out more of the raw meat smelly section.
Always carry a variety of things you wont find in other stores. Weve been here a number of times and will return
I liked the selection but not how I was looked at when I was paying for my items.
Its very clean, the staff is very nice. The only bad thing is certain parts of the store reeks of fish and some of the prices for stuff was pretty high but I wouldnt mind going again.
One of the larger Asian grocers in Cleveland. I mean where else can you find 30+ different instant noodles, great pork belly to go, and sheets of fresh rice noodles?
The security guard ruined our entire experience. She was an older blonde lady. Extremely rude when we came in initially. We were told to take our temperature. No issue with that. We waited to take it because it was mounted on the wall and didnt know if it was a forehead scanner or not. She began to yell at us condescendingly and had a horrible attitude.I dont know if she was having a bad day or what but you dont talk to customers that way. Never coming back.
Pretty good, wide selection of east Asian products, mostly Chinese though. Just wish the fish selection was better...
This location has still managed to create fantastic food at a reasonable price through the pandemic! Friendly service and delicious food makes for an absolute yes and go there if you love Asian food like my family does!!!
Now with a Upgraded Vegetable section! One of my least favorite things in here was the vegetable section. It was a disorganized mess. Now, they put in some shelves and I love it. Check out the pictures. The produce is super high quality too. The place still smells fishy when you walk in but their fish section is quite expansive too. This is definately my favorite asian store in Cleveland. I have been to them all.
This is a fantastic Asian market. They have a huge variety of foods from across Asia. They also have a large selection of vegetarian meat substitutes. The store itself is quite large with many varieties of each item. They meat/seafood department is quite robust.
I like this grocery store they have sale vegetables which it good once in a while
We received terrible service at the fish department, so unfriendly impolite...didnt feel welcome...thats not the way to treat your customers, shame on you
They have a good selection of produce and dried goods. Could do better in the meat and fish area. Parking is a bit of a pain.
One of the many Chinese grocery stores. Friendness, freshness, cleanness, pricing are all just okay. There are two better Chinese grocery stores nearby.
Wonderful place..my family loves this Asian market......beautiful experience
Has everything from cookware, dining ware, cooked food, fresh seafood, good produce, and imported asian goods.
Tink Holl is arguably the best Asian market in the area. Very clean, and great inexpensive produce, with a great selection of Asian staples.
Its ok could be cleaner
Where else can you get a LIVE king crab.
I went in the Tink Holl to pick up a tomato. It looks like a nice place to shop at if your from China, Japan, & other places like that it would be a good for them people to shop. Looks like they have everything Chinese like food.
My fav place for quality seafood. I look forward to a return visit. Prices are decent.
It REALLY stinks in there! Bad
Its wonderful market.. cheep price spacial 🐠🐟🐠🐟
This store has a large variety to choose from, dealing with food.. cookware...seafood... and other cultured specialty items
Great atmosphere good deals employees were great help
Love the herb tea and seasonings here
Great source of Chinese food products. Lots of hard to find vegetables and a great selection of live fish.
Love this place. Where I go to get authentic asian ingredients and all my live fish
Wide variety of real Asian food products at great prices, but your typical suburban Anglo might be turned off by the odors and lack of modern facilities.
Good place here best people, good food, nice and friendly people, all of the asian people are nicetink holl is goodbtw theres a line the left one cashier can speak english the right is chinese and cantonese only
Tink Holl has an excellent selection of everything, but since the remodel their prices have increased quite a bit. An item I used to buy for $4 a box is now over $8 a box. Items that used to be X amount for the entire package are now X amount per pound; make sure to watch out for that. Ill still visit for hard to find items, but for regular Asian staples Ill go to Nee How in North Olmsted.
Its ok not the best place in town for Asian markets
A very large grocery store, with a large frozen goods section. Lots of seafood in a great variety. Snacks, instant noodles, and staples are abundant. It takes a significant amount of time to go through the store to look at everything. Exclusive-English speakers are basically on their own, which can be a little frustrating when youre trying to find products you only know the spoken name of. Lots of interesting things to buy and eat. This place does smell a little due to the live fish, but the handful of times Ive been it hasnt been to the point it drove me away. Isles are very narrow as theyve packed a lot into the space. Nice prices. There is a shop in Asia town that is larger, but is only worth going to if you have considerably more time to find what youre looking for.Update: Ive recently bought produce from them on a Sunday. Normally I end up with some food waste as a single, but the veggies stayed fresh for a very long time. I might come more often.
The best Sea Food restaurant in town, I really love your fried shrimp
Wonderful variety of all things Asian. Temperature tested at the door.💓
This is the best Asian grocery store in Cleveland. The staff are always willing to help me find what Im looking for and explain how to use any of the food. They have a great variety of any kind of food and they have other things as well like cutlery, plates, bowls, knives, etc.
Amazing market with a huge selection! They have a variety of products and brands that is truly tremendous. I am certain you can find whatever it is youre looking for in an Asisn market, from fresh food to sauces to kitchen utensils, and at great prices! Even if you dont need anything specifically, it is worth browsing, and the staff is very friendly!
Best selection of Asian groceries.
A great place to visit and buy some strange foods. The drink area alone kept me there for 15 minutes for all the different things they had. You definitely have to check out the basil seed drinks. Very trippy.
Tink Holl is as amazing as its been, and it is now in a new location on E. 36th street between Payne and Perkins. Fresh fish is there every day, as well as everything you would need to create authentic Asian cuisine. Additionally, there are East Asian snacks, like Japanese candies, sodas, and other treats. The staff is always courteous, expediting payout.
Absolutely delicious. Great groceries, good selection and many brands to choose from. Great produce. Sometimes have ready-to-eat pork buns, etc. These are to die for. Cant find them anywhere else! Soooo good. Prices are best in the area.
It was like stepping into a different world. It definitely made you feel like you were on another continent. This place has everything Asian you could possibly think of or want, and even some stuff that you dont 😂. I really enjoyed shopping here. Its one of the few places Ive been able to find jackfruit. Most of the employees are helpful. Its worth a trip just for the experience. Its the West Side Market meets Asia.
Smell of fresh fish is welcoming as a sign of a true hidden gem grocery store. We found HUGE watermelons for $4.99, smaller ones were a dollar and some change. BEST place to get loose leaf teas hands down. Recommended as a rite of passage for ethnic groceries here in Cleveland and trying to fit it into my weekly routine.
Everything youre looking for in Asian cuisine.
This is by far the largest Asian grocery in the area. The variety can be somewhat overwhelming unless you either know what you are looking for or are willing to take a chance on something new. The fresh food selections of produce, seafood, and meat double on the weekend, but are ample during the week. Finding English speaking assistance is about average, as in challenging. There is ample secure off street parking. Everyone has been curtious on my many visits. Give ample time if you plan on perusing the entire store.
This is one of my favorite places to shop. I always get some produce at very reasonable prices, unusual ingredients, and kitchen things I didnt know I needed. You need to know what youre looking for as very few there speak English. this is only ever a problem when Im trying to find something like shirataki noodles that are a specialty item to begin with. My experience with the Asian culture is that they are rarely overtly friendly at first. With that in mind youll find the employees at Tink Holl are nice.
Lots of different things fresh food friendly people
If you want Authentic Chinese anything, literally find it here. Know English is not well if even spoken here, so theres that. Fresh fish, they filet on spot, sauces, dumplings, Jack fruits, squid, herbs, cooking supplies and trinkets. I saw a king crab half my own height! A must visit for sure!!
Good place to get hard to find Asian products in other parts of the city
Between Tink Holl and Park To Shop, we were able to find everything we needed at the best prices. I loved this market!
Good food
Great stuff
Variety of Asian grocery, seafood, vegetables and fruitsHerbs, drinks...you name it! Will be there 😅I dont like the smell in the store and the staff arent friendly... few speak English ...I buy fresh fishes from them :)
Large Asian grocery store/market with everything you might need. Fresh produce, meats, herbs/spices/roots, many different types of ramen, cooking and eating utensils, snacks, sweet treats, just about everything you would need in one place. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.
Great array of asian products, decent prices
It’s pretty cool and but it just have a weird smell
Some items pricey but at least everything is fresh and not spoiled. Some good deals too. Best one stop shopping in my opinion.
Best asian supermarket in Cleveland! Plan to spend time there, its HUGE!
Tink Holl is a Asian Grocery Store. The prices are great. The store is very clean. The store is expanding. If helps if you know what you are looking for.
Of the 3 bigger Asian grocery stores in the area, I usually avoid this one. Parking can be pretty cramped and this one is kinda dirty but I still love the selection here. I do come here for the bulk candy every so often. The other 2 dont offer this.
Awesome Asian store!!!
A pretty good place to get all the essentials I need in my home. Rice, noodles and other various items. Usually busy, try to come early. 👍👍
Been here many times. Fantastic prices. fresh produce and lots of extra little bits and pieces. Love it!
Good comprehensive asian grocery store. Can be crowded at times but their selection is better than other stores in the area.
Good. Lots of native asian foods, including Filipino. Doesnt look like much from outside. Big store. Fresh fish and vegetables. Many Asian only.
Very SLOW customer service ! If you wish to call it thatand food Sucks!! Seriously its BEST to go to Siam Cafe! If you want real food in area and customer service
Great place!! A translator would have been great too. LOL
Just about anything an Asian-American kitchen could need. (incl. Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, etc.) Popular Asian cuts of meat, asian fruits and veggies, spices galore, and a large frozen section for pre-made and/or bulk items. All things canned or dried/packaged. With a decent variety of asian kitchen tools and utensils as well. The atmosphere is clean and organized. The staff are helpful and courteous. And the prices are reasonable and competitive. Some seasonal items are seasonally available. But, if you cant find it here, you will have a hard time finding it any where else.
Inexpensive price, live seafood. Crab price is amazing when it is on sale!
Good seafood
3 things I want to emphasize. One, clean the place. Two, make sure it shows the price for each item and shpuld be written in English. And third, can they speak basic English. Those are just the basic standard of every public business place here in America.
Great store with a huge selection. Good prices. Watch expiration dates, many expired items remain on shelves. Can be hard to find help if you only speak English.
Nice to shop every now and again. Can get claustrophobic sometimes.
I havent been to Tink Holl in about three years. The place has changed, and not necessarily for the better. Their selections for dry goods, ramen/noodles and most other commodities have dwindled, there are even fewer employees around than I remember from before, and the entrance and check-out areas smell worse than ever. Suggest that you hit Park To Shop, C.A.M., or another Asian grocery for your weekly shopping.
Enjoy shopping here and checking out all the different food offerings they have.
Varieties of things to choose from. And price is reasonable.
Love it
You can get most of Asia goods here. Staffs are friendly. They also have discount vegetable for only 1 dollar on random days
Great Asian Grocery Store. Noodles to Peking Duck. Spices and fresh vegetables. Fresh Fish. Frozen Seafoods Galore.
Such a cool market will be back for sure.
Wide variety of Asian cuisine nice customer service
Nice place shopping for Asian groceries.
This is the place Asian people in Cleveland go get their food. Must try crabs, snails and lobster. Veggies are fresh .
