Had a Sundae today and it was really nice. Fun and interesting looking location. Staff is very friendly. Also a huge selection of flavors!

How can you not just love a chocolate marshmallow milk shake? I have been getting them there for years and love every one. The girls are awesome that work there and the ice cream good, Great place. Get down to The Cone as we call it and get ya some!!

Takes me back to old days of When Mr Softee and Carvel cared for their customers. They are so fair with the prices and their portions. Always nice people and I have never had a bad experience in this gem of an Ice Cream parlor.

This is my first visit. I usually like Dairy Queen but there werent any near. Twistee Treat is right off the highway very visible and very easy to get to. The banana split tasted as good as it looks. It was exactly as expected. I got their right before they closed at 10pm and service was still quick and all the items were still available.

No complaints at all.Good shakes and ice cream sundaes.

Place was really busy. Cars lined up to road at their business entrance. Considering everything is made to order, service went pretty fast. Wait staff was courteous and had their stuff together. All 5 items made just as requested. Will definitely return again when in the area.

We reward our kids for doing their chores all week without being reminded and with good attitudes. This week we went to Twistee Treat and it was amazing! So many different flavors! It was a huge hit for our family.

The ice cream didnt taste right for us and it was not as good as the other Twistee Treat locations that I have visited. Paid a lot more and received less ice cream amount. Sadly, it was my first and last visit as I wont be back to this location ever.

Really good. We each got a simple small hot fudge sundae and I can say they definitely do not skimp on their hot fudge. Friendly service and prices are decent. Would recommend!

Worst ice cream place ever!!!! This place gives you the smallest and cheapest ice cream cones for max price. There shakes are all made of ice with no substance in it. There ice cream cones are super small. I don’t understand why the staff and owner have to be so CHEAP but I have spoken to several people and they thought the same thing. They are paying for a large ice cream cone and getting a super small size. They fill the ice cream two inches above the cone top what a joke and it’s always melted. Is this another cheap way to save on there electric bill? Let’s not forget the staff not really nice or pleasant just looking to scheme people into high prices with cheap returns. I’d rather go to baskin Robbins or pdq you get a real shake that’s not all slushy ice and tastier too! Save your money and go somewhere else!

I didnt have any ice cream because I can lactose intolerant. However, my two family members didnt enjoy their ice cream cones.

Amazing value for fancy ice cream - with different comes and toppings. Coming from Toronto where good ice cream cones are super overpriced these have great value and taste.

Twisty treat is always fun, I went here with my grandmother and we noticed that all of the staff were leaving this 1 woman to keep the place afloat, but she managed. We managed to get the flavors we wanted and it was a nice experience.

We enjoyed it. It was a treat for our young daughter. Also they offer a nondairy substitute. Which is very important for a lactose intolerant person. They should still us almond or coconut milk icecream for a substitute.

It is real ice cream and taste great.Was very slow in the drive thru and walk up window.

The coconut shake just tastes like vanilla ice cream. Very disappointed.

Usually friendly service and great ice cream.Today there was no line, no other customers. I got a to go order vanilla cup of ice cream for my dog. She handed me the ice cream without a lid. I asked politely Can I get a lid. She replied Well now I just wasted a spoon ugh and made a big ordeal over it... Was very perplexing. At a drive thru... ice cream place...anyway. No receipt. No thank you have a great day or anything. Rude. Maybe shes having a rough day but someone needs to speak with her about it.

I absolutely love twistee treat! The lines are usually long as their treats are liked by many. No matter how busy they get, I am always greeted with a smile and a great dessert!

For those who are looking for a new place to try ice cream, then look no further. A decent variety when it comes to the flavors that are available. Staff was incredibly friendly and courteous throughout the whole experience. Our orders came out tasting amazing. Definitely one of the best ice cream locations in the Clermont area.

Elderly gentleman taking orders added a lot of confusion and delay to our order. When our order was finally ready the person at the counter knocked over one of the ice cream cups, picked it up, wiped the counter off and tried to give us the icecream that fell over. I had to asked them to make a a new one.

Always delicious, friendly service, good price. Not necessarily the fastest place just by its nature, but come on, its ice cream... Just slow down and enjoy!

The rudest girls work here. I’m not understanding why they feel the need to be so rude. Coming up to the window they were rude taking the Order. Then My order was incorrect so I went back and the girl leans forward and says with the most attitudes he can muster “what do you think cookie dough is....”. I was just in shock that teenagers feel they can speak to adults in this way. The owners need to do better with who they hire.

The ice cream was amazing. The flavor and the presentation was excellent. I ordered the real bananas in the ice cream, I dont know how they get it in the Ice cream so evenly, but it was amazing. The amount wasalso very good, ordered medium. The two girls inside handled walk up and drive thru with excellent precision, very fast. This was my first time. Will definitely go back!!!

My favorite location

The ice cream is always great but they cant seem to handle the volume fast enough. While we were waiting in the drive thru for about 30 minutes for our turn I saw at least 10 cars decide to leave or just keep driving. When we arrived there were only about 7 cars ahead of us and 3 groups of people had gone to the window. The layout of the location really cant handle the volume going through the drive thru.

I am new to the Clermont area and my husband and I wanted to stop by for a sweet treat. The store itself is shaped like an ice cream cone which is unique. The ice cream was tasty and we even got some tiny cups of ice cream for our dogs to enjoy. The prices are fair and the snacks are unique. We went after 7:00 pm so they weren’t serving snacks any longer, but they had a good variety. I can’t wait to go back and try a pizza stick!

Finally.... a great Twistee Treat right around the corner. This one is by far better than the other one in town. The staff is always great. Jasmine always greets us with a friendly smile. We love visiting this Twistee Treat!

What a treat on a hot day! Our pups LOVED their visit. There was quite a variety on the menu, with hot dogs, colas, and to top it all off with a choice of banana splits, cones, shakes, my favorite candy infused Twirls, along with many other cold deliciousness. :-) If you cant have ice cream, there are many Slushie favors to choose from. The service was fast and friendly.
