Weve been twice now and something is wrong with this place. We wanted 2 cappuccino blasts and 2 cookies and cream milkshakes the first time. They didnt have any of the proper ice cream for these and everything was made with chocolate or choco chip. We decided to give them a second chance today. We ordered 2 cappuccino blasts with whipped cream,a small scoop of vanilla, and an oreo milkshake. They agreed and we pulled up. No whipped cream, they had to use the wrong icecream for the blasts, the vanilla was jamocha instead, and the oreo milkshake was choco peanut butter instead. We sent back the scoop and asked for chocolate to replace it, they were out of plain chocolate as well. We will not be returning.

I just buy a banana royale today and I asked for caramel topping instead of chocolate, they give me chocolate so I go back and told them that I want caramel cause I can’t eat chocolate so they just remove the whipped cream and put more with caramel instead of make me a new one...so the banana royale on the bottom has a lot of chocolate I spend $6.09 and I can’t eat my Ice Cream...the cashier was Ashley R... I Call to the store to let them know my annoyance they cut the call and disconnected the phones.

I come in to town 2 a year and this is the only chocolate chip ice cream I really truly enjoy.The employees are super nice at the drive thru.Unfortunately they are always out of one flavor or another, mostly chocolate chip. They are super slow.

The store was clean. The sales associates were patient with my indecisiveness, and quick with my order when I was finally ready.

We stopped by for DD Sr. coffee and doughnuts. Gave my DD card, and a 20$bill and asked them to put all 20$ on the card.

Total disappointment. Just bad all around.

First time there and now i see why all the bad reviews. Was in the store looking at cakes almost 10 minutes before i even got acknowledged (mind you, there wasnt another single customer in the store)...and that was just an employee that was standing in the corner talking to another employee saying did ya need something?Told them i was looking for a vanilla ice cream cake but didnt see any and the response was oh...yeah, just chocolateCustomer service is awful. The cakes they DID have looked half melted. Ended up just walking out.

Great people, but wow how they stay open. 7pm on Saturday no Ice Cream flovors and no Donuts. Weird.

Great service, but they did not have a good selection of ice cream at the time of my visit. Not even your classical vanilla. I know they are always switching out their flavors, so it could have been bad timing. Regardless the employees provided great service

Very disappointed with the ice cream cake I ordered online. I ordered a vanilla cake with chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream filling and what I got was a chocolate cake with cookies and cream ice cream filling. How do you screw that up???

12/2/2017 at 9:30 pmLeft without getting any ice cream .. the help there was rude and flat out lied about having chocolate flavor .. when we ( wife and I ) asked, he said they were out of chocolate but, then he served the person next to us with a scoop ultimate chocolate..Then they wanted to charge us $4 for a one scoop cup that they fit 2 small scoops into . yes there were two scoops but, the scoops were a little bigger than a golf ball size .. we just walked out. My wife and I have been there 5 times in the last 6 months but have never been treated like we did tonight.I told him if he didn’t like his job then he should find a new one .. not sure if I’d go back

This place NEVER has what I want. Never have any hot fudge and certain desert toppings. Always saying we dont have. The manger should know what to order for his stock and Shouldnt run out all the TIME.

Most DD-Baskin Robins are good. But not the one on 50 in Courtland. I know why their not busy. Ordered a Banana Split and it had no syrups on the ice cream. When I asked about it, I was told they dont carry any syrups. What? Its an ice cream store. Smallest portion I ever had also. Sad. Will not stop there again when Im in town.

Very bad customer service. I was waiting to order and employees ignored me. Another client that was seated has to tell one of the employee that they have a client.

This store on Route 50 in Clermont, Fl. needs new Management. My husband and I have been there 3 times in last 6 weeks. All we wanted was a chocolate Sundae. First time they said they were out of chocolate 2nd and 3rd times they were out of vanilla ice cream. UNBELIEVABLE OUT OF VANILLA. Love Baskin Robbins but wont visit this one again. There is a nice Culvers in the area.

On November 4th, my sister and I came in to purchase ice cream and some milkshakes. My sister who ordered a banana split was given 3 half-scoops in a cup instead of what she ordered. I ordered a cotton candy milkshake and had to watch as the employees scooped my ice cream without any gloves on and water down my milkshake in the blender to the point of where it had no taste. Once going to pay, we were charged excessively for buying ice cream in a cup and when qusstioned about the charge, they said it was because we did not purchase it in a cone.Ive never had a more disgraceful service in my life.

Im so upset that I waisted my time coming to this place! The staff could not help me order a cake or even get me in contact with someone who makes their cakes. I also wanted to speak with a manager and rhe staff refused to let me speak with a manager. I took my business somewhere else... bought a much nicer cake at Ritters

Horrible...No bananas, no waffle cones, no chocolate chip cookie dough, no names on ANY of the ice cream!! Cashier could not figure out change to give me!! Total was $9.07 gave her $20.07 she had no idea how much to give me back, had to use her calculator on her phone. The lobby was a total mess!!! 4 employees working, standing around talking!! We will not be back!!!

They are always out of something. Tonight, a Friday night at 6pm, they were out of ALL cones (sugar, plain, and waffle) AND they were out of Chocolate Ice Cream. No matter when we go they are always out of something and we have to modify our order. I give up with this place. The franchise owner should lose their license with Dunkin. They make the brand look bad.

They never have ice cream hardly ever, this place very unorganized. They really need to get better inventory control and customer service. Its a shame when I have to go all the way to Groveland Baskin-Robbins just to get anything because theyre always out of everything..Update: year later, no progress on Improvement, typical no ice cream or blender does not work they never learn, well at least it will keep Brusters Ice Cream in business they should just close the store down.

Out of vanilla ice cream and they said we dont make malts here. Headed down the street to a REAL ice cream shop!

Update Novemeber 9, 2019: Went back after almost 6 months and the place was clean and trash bins empty. The ice cream section was fully stocked with ice cream as well as a variety of waffle cones. Turns out they have a new manager as of 2 months ago and she is doing great! Keep it up guys.This place is always out of cones, ice cream, caramel, etc. As far as cleanliness and maintenance are concerned, even though its not filthy, its not well kept either. Probably the worst Baskin Robbins I have ever gone to. I live here in Clermont and it has been this way for almost a year now. This place needs new management ASAP. In the meantime I will frequent Brusters Ice Cream.

This place is terrible, been there a few times something is always broken or no ice cream. Last night they had no chocolate and the shake machine was broke. How can an ice cream place have no chocolate?

Worst dunkin donuts ever visited. Ask.for 2 hot lattes. When they came and my daughter and i sat down they were cold.Took them back and ask.if we could have hot ones. What a farce, waited 20 mins still no lattes. One girl started to do them then left to serve on till, two other people serving carried on seeing to other people. I was mad, eventually young man said he would do them which he did,.older lady was quite rude in my opinion and told him machine not working right not to use it. This was after she had seen me standing there for some time and ignored me. He did give me lattes eventually bit warmer than before. I always go to Dunkin but wont be going back to that one ever.

Their milkshake machine has been broken for so long and they still haven’t replaced it. There are still signs advertising them though. Overall, disappointed wouldn’t come for milkshakes.

On Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 10:06 I entered your store to get coffee for myself & ice-cream for my grandaughter & was told by the 2 employees that were there that they were not serving anymore..This store does not close till 11:00 pm..these 2 employees perferred being on their cells then taking care of me a regular customer. I will take my business somewhere else

It was sad. The ice cream cooler was cracking, there were icicles hanging from the bars in the box, the ice cream labels were not matching the tubs of ice cream they were supposed to be representing. There was a sample spoon inside the ice cream case. It didn’t look very sanitary and it was just disappointing overall.

Well im finally done with this place. Everytime we go there is a problem so tonight I decided if we go there I will make it simple and just get an icecream waffle cone. What could go wrong? Well my girl wanted a smoothie pretty simple right? Well after we were told there was no banana the other ingredients that went into was expired. So there goes the smoothie. After 10 min of b/s i say ill have 2 scoops of chocolate in a waffle cone. Well I got a smerk and was told all the waffle cones were broke like I should of known that. Well even a broken clock is right twice a day but unfortunately this location cant even do that.

Lousy customer service. Went to get three milkshakes. Had to wait for 30 plus minutes. Shakes hardly had ice cream in them. Rotten experience.

Staff is always friendly. Need more waffle bowls and dipped cones staff immediately apologized for not having any.
