I like the store has a wide variety of furniture to meet your needs. The store is clean and inviting. However I dont like how the sales people follow you around and hover over you. I do get that of course if you need help you could ask for it. When people are paid commissions it always makes me feel they are working in thier best interests instead of mine. Its not that I dont like people but I dont like people asking me a ton of questions drives me nuts. My experience.

I recently visited Rooms to Go Clermont location looking for a couch to purchase. Paul immediately approached me to see if I needed assistance and directed me to take a look around and to take my time. He visited me frequently as I ventured around the store attempting to make sense of how the furniture would fit into a living room I have not yet seen in person. He was the most accommodating and gracious salesman I have ever encountered. He was patient, honest, and most of all did not make me feel obligated at all. He attempted to help me by taking measurements, bringing me paper and pen to draw out a sketch, and brought me samples of colors after learning how picky I am! He made my experience at Rooms to Go such a pleasure! I will be returning to buy more from him in the very near future.

My wife and I bought a coach and love seat. Both had 2 recliners in them. We paid for the full extended warranty. 5 months after we got it the leather all started peeling and the recliner button broke.(so no recliner) one would think since we paid alot for the extended warranty all I would have to do is call them and they should send someone out.WRONGThey tell me I had to come into the store. They told me that the color is not available any longer. I had to pick out a new color AND LOVE SEAT. THEN THEY TOLD ME IT COST ME $1250+/- AND I HAD TO WAIT 6 MONTHS FOR DELIVERY... NEVER AGAIN!

Best experience! Icyline helped my husband and I find a bed and mattress set. She was very patient with us while we made our decision. After delivery, the foundation was much too high. One phone call and it was picked up and a new one delivered with no hassles at all. I’m giving 5 stars because this store has wonderful customer service and the people are very nice. A rare combination nowadays. Thank you, Icyline for your help! We will definitely return to purchase more.

My husband and I had been shopping for a couch for months. Our first choice was rooms to go, and we visited the Millenia location - HORRIBLE experience. When we walked into the Claremont location we were greeted by Trudy, and instantly she began showing us what we asked for, and suggested styles that fit our needs AND our wants. We were so lucky to have Trudy help us find the perfect solution, she was patient and truly LISTENED to what we needed - this is not a quality we had encountered in our two months of furniture shopping. Went in to purchase a mattress today. My sales lady (Teresa Carr) was very helpful and really listened to what I wanted. She also kept it in my budget. So a big thank you!

The place is nice. The salesperson was nice and not pushy. Delivery is where it went south. Salesperson asked if we needed help putting the beds together, we said no just need it delivered and put into the rooms. Spent over $8k and upon delivery I was told we only have doorstep delivery and if I wanted then to carry the dressers into the rooms upstairs, itll be $300 on the spot. I said no and as they brought in all of the furniture, one of the delivery drivers was taunting my wife while I was in the other room working and laughing saying good luck about moving the items up the stairs. Ive purchased lots of furniture and bedroom sets from other stores in other states and Ive never had this kind of experience at delivery. Luckily the cable guys from Summit offered to help carry the dressers with me the next day so the wife wouldnt get hurt. I wont ever be shopping from this place and I warn others to be careful with the 49.99 delivery charge youre sold if you dont need help putting furniture together (because everything is already together but beds).

I dont normally include specific names when writing a review but I have to say Paul provided me with an excellent shopping experience. I appreciate the space he gave me to shop while also so checking in at the appropriate times. I like the fact that when we came back the next day, he remembered us and what we wanted. I will definitely go back for future purchases.

This place is great and priced well all the sales men were very helpful didn’t feel like I was being watched. The reason for my low score was because I wasn’t told about the protection plan and had I’ve know about it I would have declined now I’m stuck paying $500 more for a service that sucks. Next time be more upfront with your customers.

Rose was a great saleswoman.There is a big variety of leather sectional sofa with recliners. There are very few things in stock. You are going to have to wait to get your furniture. There were plenty of sales persons.

I’m on my 4th delivery for a living room set I purchased 3 months ago and paid $4500. My first delivery they damage the furniture but dragging it on the ground, my second delivery the driver and helper where unprofessional and rude, they dropped my living room chair on the ground which caused a large chip on the leg and the dust cover ripped, so I refused to the delivery so the driver and helper drove off without saying a word how unprofessional and poor guest services, my third delivery rooms to go wrapped everything in blankets so my set didn’t come in plastic, why would you wrap it on blankets how do I know it’s not used, how do I know it doesn’t have bugs or bed bugs so again I refused the order now I got another delivery attempt in August. Spoke to Matthew a supervisor so hopefully I can get great guest services and no damage furniture, oh I was never offer a discount for all my troubles. Go elsewhere Rooms to go is garage. They use a 3rd party for deliveries, no guest services, don’t resolve concerns and issues.

We have furnished most of our home with Rooms To Go furniture. We love the section, service and financing options available. We had a couple issues with our sofa cushion and dining set and they were quick to respond and resolve.
