Absolutely amazing store. I go in for a quick minute to pick up one item and I get lost for an hour. They have wonderful crafts to do yourself and finished items to buy for friends and loved ones! I love this place!!!

I wanted to take this opportunity to say how much I enjoy shopping in your store. The selection and variety promotes creatively and I feel that whatever project I am working on, I can be confident that I will find what I need. The staff is always helpful but I wanted to compliment Ms. Ruthie as she was so exceptional in assisting me with my needs. She was patient and professional and showed true interest in assisting me. Customer service to me is extremely important as I prefer to shop where I can ask questions and feel comfortable. Her attention to detail and her knowledge of the products was what impressed me the most. It makes for a great shopping experience.

Always a great place to shop at. Customer service and experience interacting with staff is always polite and a pleasure. Its a very warm and inviting place to shop. Customers are very polite and friendly too. Prices depending on sales are quite good.

1 of the things I like the best about the Clermont Fl location is they always have a lot of registers open and they have the store well stocked at all time.

The store itself is one of the nicer ones around. My complaint is the staff in fabric. Not knowledgeable and quite rude in my opinion. I actually dread having to buy fabric there. Rest of the staff are quite friendly and helpful, especially front of house staff and cashiers. Around the store its hard to find help but I rarely need any.

Probably my first time in this store and I’m very impressed. Everything was neat and it smelled good inside. One staff member helped me find what I was looking for without any issues and my cashier (Karen) saw what I was buying and found a coupon for it. I asked if she’s worked there a long time and she said she has only been there 6 weeks. That’s very impressive for being that new. I’ve been with Publix for 10+ years and from my experience, she did an excellent job.

I think Mary Abby should be coached on customer service. I was not allowed to return an order item even though I didn’t even walk away from the register. I had the receipt obviously since I didn’t walk away from the register and Mary Abby would not allow it. She kept claiming the policy wouldn’t allow it since I had opened the item however the policy was right at the register and did not support what she was saying. Even though we stood there and read it together she looked confused (because it stated I could return it) however she insisted we couldn’t. She could have at least offered to apply a discount so it wouldn’t have been a total loss for me but no she did nothing to fix my situation. It’s a $5 loss so yeah it’s like nothing but it’s about customer service in a faith based store. No compassion at all but telling me other way I could use the item. Like no I have my receipt and I want to return it. I worked in retail in my high school years and yes the return should have been accepted as I had my receipt that stated I could return if unsatisfied. I ended up buying some other items that I needed and there was a lady was so kind and sweet so I do want to thank her for making my trip to hobby lobby better. But to Mary I hope you take some customer service courses or learn reading your store policy. And if not please update the wording in your policy.

Large store, yet easy to navigate and find what youre looking for. Large selection and variety. And very friendly and helpful staff; there when you need them and enthusiastic to help you, but not intrusive, just available!

What happened to 40% off coupons?! Now they wont even give you the measly 20% off that Michaels offers weekly and will not match any competitors coupons either. There are no deals to be had. To go from offering 40% to nothing is like a slap in the face to teachers and crafters who do our best with what we have!!!

If you like Michaels then youll love hobby lobby!I was expecting more hobby in the lobby (RC, rockets, train, etc). They do have those... but... not what I was expecting. I guess they had to adapt and grow to offer more of a selection for the vast majority.

If you have to build a dollhouse, might as well come here. Prices on some of the accessories are actually better than Amazon. Unfortunately, you have to walk through the endless aisles of fake overpriced decorative garbage to get to the craft stuff. And Christmas fully deployed on August 4th? Really?!? Who is buying this early?

Hobby lobby has to be one of my favorite places to go not just for their craft ideas and their sewing machines and all of the awesome products and displays that are up they have the most amazing way of making the store look like a easy place to shop, for a craft store that is very hard to do, well they have made sure to Mark the sections for sewing and materials and then painting and then art and then I mean theres just so much there you cannot beat hobby lobby if you like scrapbooking if you want to make a really cool picture or if you want to learn new sewing ideas or need help with making anything their customer service is impeccable as well I havent mentioned that yet but they have the best customer service that I have ever encountered in a store before and they are all willing to help

So many beautiful house decorations. A glore of items that you can choose from for your home. You can spend hours there. ☺

This hobby lobby is well organized and clean, the staff is friendly. My only hiccup is when I go in for fabric it always take a while for someone to come help me. Aside from that, the experience is good. I always love the music playing and the smiles from people there. They offer a wide array of products, I always find what I’m looking for. I’ve made some fun things from items I’ve gotten there.

Hobby Lobby is a phenomenal store to go to for the home. It is set up so well and wonderfully organized. They have so much Christmas stuff! And yes its REALLY early but at 50% off...yes Ive already bought an ornament. The place, if nothing else, inspires you to decorate your home inside and out. And the prices are really good. With good old fashioned values Hobby Lobby is closed on Sundays.

I love Hobby Lobby! Theyre selection of Christmas decor is amazing and at 50% off is perfect for these times. They have a fabulous selection of home decor..you just feel like redecorating just stepping in the doors! Plus the art supplies...yay! And Hobby Lobby has traditional values and dont open on Sunday.

I LOVE Hobby Lobby! My only complaint is that they dont offer motorized carts for handicapped people. Hubs had part of his foot amputated and needs a defibrillator pacemaker. He wanted to buy a model, but he had such a hard time getting around. I know that a lot of people would be greatful if they had them.

Helpful and polite staff, clean and organized store, easy returns, and even a nice music soundtrack overhead.

Every time I go I spend much more time and money than I expect to spend here. I love the fact that each section has a different color matching theme to it, gives me ideas for my own house and combinations that I wouldn’t had tried before. Great store, great selections, awesome location and impeccable service. Will return again.

I came into this crafting store feeling like a. Alien. Completely out of my element. I’ve been told by many to “get a hobby” so I assumed this is where I would go. It seems I was correct. A young lady (Mary Abbie I think) made me WANT to get crafty and paint things because she exudes joy when explaining specific “tools of the trade” (Circut for example- I want one due to this experience) furthermore most do not have (I can only assume) an “experience” when walking into a crafters store. The sunshine, enthusiasm and patience this girl exudes for crafting makes me think it’s a fine art. I’m sold and should likely by stock in Hobby Lobby now that this “experience” feels so normal! It takes one person to break your faith in the human race and one ray of sunshine to restore it. Thanks HL for employing such helpful and empathetic humans. You hit a home run with this girl. I can’t wait to come back.

Rustic style Christian crafts store that also sells other odds and ends. Just about what youd expect of Hobby Lobby, very friendly, very well kept, and always a calm and peaceful environment with just about all of what youd need.

This location is pretty decent but the company has some pretty backwards thinking (Im not even talking about the hot topic issues). In order to check out, they have to hand ring everything, which of course takes a longer time but also makes me wonder about inventory and the other things that end up costing us as consumers more in the long run.

Ran out of decorations for a tree that I wanted to be seasonal. Wanted Valentines day, St. Patrick day, Easter and so on. Additionally, your prices need to be set on the economy right now. Stores dont need to make a killing right now. People are wanting to brighten their day, and so many cant afford prices being higher. Think about that Corporate!
