Went in early Saturday morning right after they opened. Terrible housekeeping, very dirty toilets with last supposed inspection sheet signed in last Thursday, slip and fall hazards. Need new management!

They have everything that I love to create incredible things and designs...

Michaels is so much more than crafts! The store is laid out nicely and aisles labeled for convenience. They have items for baking, home decor, which I purchased yesterday, a professional framing department with just the perfect frame for your artwork and a FABULOUS amount of art supplies. They carry all mediums and skill levels. ***Plus theres so much more! Brides-to-be...great selection of last minute necessities. Trendy glassware...jars and vases and beautiful flowers. Holiday decor....and on and on.

Typical for a Michaels location. They had a nice selection of craft stuff. Nothing overly amazing, but not basic either. One of the staffers was kind enough to tell us where to find something when we asked, but didnt offer to take us to it (sometimes theres a lot there so it can be overwhelming). We did fine, though. Check out was quick also, which was great!

Michaels absolutely had nothing on the shelfs that was Halloween related. Everything was scattered and even in the Clerance sections there was an abundance of new stock with clearance stock. I could not find anyone on the floor. I know many retail stores need staff to work and I am trying to buy from local stores to support our mini malls but this is why I purchase on Amazon because it prevents me from driving and looking at stores that not only are there people coughing their lungs out but have no mask, like this early afternoon in Michaels. Even if you have the flu, bronchitis, or walking Neumonia you should not be put there shopping and you should wear a mask to prevent the spread of what I just mentioned or this virus that has been lurking around for more than a year. It just doing the right thing.

Just about anything you need for crafting. They also have some pretty nice clearance sales on a few items here and there, but try to get them fast because the clearance items sell out pretty quick.

I love Michaels, but recently I havent been finding what Im looking for in there. I guess Ill have to start ordering online 😐

This store was a toss up for me. Yes, they had a lot of cool stuff. But, it was also tightly squeezed in there. It seems like everything is just crammed in with no real method to the madness. Not a lot of signage so better have some time set aside if youre looking for something specific. And the aisles are narrow so if someone else is in the same one its hard to maneuver around.

Michaels is so much more than a craft store! Michaels has home decor...things that are super cute. I cant count the amount of times Id stop at Michaels to get a project to do over the past few months especially during quarantine. Ordering online and picking up curbside is so efficient and easy. Michaels is definitely a cure for boredom during these times plus you get the opportunity to be creative.

In and out. Had what I needed. Went to pay and cashier polite & courteous. Even had a 10% off coupon she offered.

I can never complain about Michaels. Its affordable, usually in stock, and the staff is amazing. As an avidly practicing artist, it is the perfect place for me to pick up some much needed supplies. Perfect for every hobby.

I love this store and customer service has been great but don’t offer curb side pick up when you can’t get the order right. I have a baby and an older parent that lives with me. Therefor I got curb aide to avoid bringing anything in. But when I got my order something was missing. My canvas wasn’t in there. I had to park the car, take my baby out of the car seat and go in just to get it. The point of curbside pick up is to not go in. So upset that they couldn’t get it right

Lines to check out can be long but this location has more stock than any other around. Hard to find an employee on the floor to help and buy online, pick up in store waits can be long.

Its been crazy to go in there. The store looks so disorganized and maybe is not the personnel. Who knows! Also, every time I give them my rewards code on my phone, they tell me that I have to enter my number on the keypad. I thought having the barcode on my phone would be easier and quicker as they just have to scan it and one more thing. My family and I over heard one employee tell another to take off his best so the customers dont talk to them and the other replied I thought I was supposed to talk to people. Haha made us laugh but it showed how little people care for their job and it shows. Also, for pick up in store, employees do not clean tablets between customers and we are asked to sign on them when picking up our products. During Covid times, poor choices in the safety department. Love Michaels for their reasonable prices and the fact that I always find what I need so instead of going in, I decided to buy online and have it shipped out or drive pick up.

Not stocked well. Grab boxes were nothing but pine cones, I could get those from my yard for free. Never can find anyone on the floor to help you find anything. Prices not marked on items on sale, just says buy one get one. That doesnt tell anyone anything. This store needs better management for certain.

Went to Michaels today for some art supplies and came out with lots of items and paid very little. If you can get coupons it is well worth the trip. Sign up for app for deep discounts!!!! 😊

Love this place. My only problem is, I tend to spend more then I intended. Love the craft classes for kids.I bought an inexpensive dress for my niece and boy did I get my moneys worth. It has held up for over a 1 year and she wants to wear it all the time. Daily. I appreciate the coupons. My go to craft store. Love Michaels! This one is very nice.

Michaels isnt what it used to be. But in all fairness I did get an excellent deal there on a storage cabinet the last time I visited. I wish theyd go back to having more sales on their beads.

Micheals never disappoints. Employees are nice and helpful. Store is always clean and organized. I can always easily find what Im looking for in this location. The clearance isle is always my first stop. There are always great items on clearance.

Love getting my yarn from here. The location at the Loop seems to have the best selection and assortment in yarns. Especially since i have three stores to choose from this one is the farthest but worth the drive.

This store is so much fun to go in. I could spend hours week on this store. It not only has everything u need for making crafts and projects. It has classes offered also. It makes your creative mind let loose, so it theory it is making you smarter.

The deals they have here are always great you should always make sure to check online to see if theres an 50% coupon. Also look in the local paper that they carry in the front of the store always have good deals. The customer service here is excellent always a friendly smiling face waiting to help you most of the time their picture frames are 50% off.

Not always the most stocked, but I still always end up leaving with more than I intended to! And everyone is so friendly!

Easy to find every art item youre looking for! They have an awesome rewards program, so sign up! Even if you leave a coupon at home/your phone wont pull up the website, they sometimes have coupons for members on hand. Lovely staff, clean facilities, all around great craft store!

Who doesnt love Michaels!!!! I have loved going to different Michaels for years BUT I have to say the prices are crazy, with this new world of Amazon I dont see these places staying open for too much longer. Still its a great place to get your craft needs met locally.

Frame work is good, but stood around for 15 minutes in the frame section and nobody helped us. We pushed the assistance button multiple times and nobody came. Not a good sign for longevity of the location.
