Today is Monday Feb 22 @ 7:48pm. The ladies at the subway making station are absolutely rude and disrespectful, I was waiting saw my food ready on the counter and they made me wait and even gave food to people that ordered after me, at the end I approached them again and they said “oh yes it’s ready” I saw the food sitting there for long, of course I didn’t pick up the food. STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLEs time. I DO WANT TO SAY that the lady at the smoothie station was fast, courteous and prompt, she actually gave me the smoothie order part of my order timely.

Ive been stopping at Wawa for over 20+ years ever since I was a kid growing up in Philly and Ive had a few stops here in south Florida as well as central Florida and over all I love the place however this location..... You better have at least 20+ minutes to wait on your food. They really need to step it up big time on the turn over time when serving hot food out hoagies. I also encountered some very rude staff here on more than one occasion. When I asked one of the girls to please prepare some breakfast sandwiches she heard and acknowledged me but after waiting for 10 minutes I asked again and she rolled her eyes, sighed and walked away as if she was disappointed that she had to make them and when they were done she didnt inform me she just left them off to the side opposite of where you normally pick up your food so they were cold.

I have been going to this Wawa for a couple of years now. Always had good service here.The staff is friendly and the sandwiches they make are real good.

Much more than a gas station. Much more than a convenience store. Great coffee, great sandwiches. Awesome milk shakes. Best price for gas. Herrs potato chips. Tastycakes. And so much more. I almost forgot to mention the soft pretzels.

Great store, good staff and Wawa is overall an awesome place with a huge variety of options. However, the ticket times here are abysmal. Make sure you have plenty of time if you plan on ordering even just a sandwich or custom drink. I try to come here sometimes before work or during my break and to often I fall into the same pitfall of ordering and having to wait 10-15 minutes for a sandwich. Obviously heightened ticket times are to be expected during busier hours, but at this store it’s the norm regardless of the time of day. At the end, the product is good and the staff are pleasant but I can’t help feeling let down when my junior meatball sub takes 16 minutes.

This Wawa store overprices drinks to $2This is ridiculous, stop overpricing the drinks! If Circle K can do it for $0.79 you should be able to do at least $1.50, just go to a different Wawa.

Specifically called to make sure their smoothie machine was working after it being down. Was told it was so made a special trip just for them to tell me its not.

I was at Wawa in Claremont today and was greeted by Desiree her works in the food service she was very friendly and eager to serve she made our meal fast delicious and had such a positive attitude we will definitely go back and look forward to seeing her

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WAWA LOCATION. I stopped using them along with the SHELL on W Highway 50 a year and half ago due to fraud charges on my card even when processing it as a credit. This was my first time back with a $22 gas charge and immediately there was a $99.23 charge at 7/11 in Winter Garden!! Fortunately my bank locks down my card and will refund the charges immediately. Thankful I have a good bank but disgusted that this still continues at gas pumps with the technology we have today with all types of transactions including ipay, etc..

We always get gas at Wawa because the prices are great. Also I love their menu to grab something quick to go. Nice people that work here! Recommend highly!

1st time experience was exceptional. The coffee bar Arista was very kind and welcoming and helped me navigate their very nice coffee bar.

My Experience in the store with the manager was horrible,that’s if you can even call him a manager, Jordan was very rude to me when I went in to make a purchase I also told him about the pump not working on my vehicle, and he laughed in my face and said to go to another one that will put the gas for me since I don’t know how to do it myself, he walked off saying stuff and laughing and I told him I would speak with the store manager and he said to go ahead that he didn’t care and walked off, I will rather go to a place that treats their customers with more respect.

I love Wawa, but my most recent experience getting lunch at the Clermont location was rough. We ordered and didnt receive everything we paid for, and when we pointed that out, they wouldnt give us our missing items.

Ordered breakfast burrito and then they say the dont have scrambled eggs. 🙄 Smh

Quick, accurate and tasty! They make your sandwich while you wait! We are not talking about just sandwiches either... they have a lot to offer. The menu is user friendly and everything can be made to order!

Love wawa but this, place is a joke. you order food they take forever to make and once they make you wait. They tell you they are out of half of what you order. Supervisor on 09/26 midnight was pretty rude too bad this are the people representing this company.

They need to have Mac & Beef as a side more often. Its one of the best tasting sides they have because lets be honest the Mac & Cheese is terrible. The bread was better in the past, go back to the old way of baking it. You guys are missing some of the best items from up north. Months ago I got a sub with paper inside the hoaggie. Tonight I got a chicken salad bowl WITHOUT THE CHICKEN. Imagine coming home hungry and tired at 12:30am ready to eat before going to bed to see your bowl is just lettuce and ranch. Absolutely atrocious.

We went to Wawa this afternoon for Siptopia today. We got 7 drinks in like 5 minutes, great service! This place is always super clean and staff is very friendly. Thank God for this Wawa!

Wawa is my favorite gas station, I know thats a little werid. Not only can you fill up your tank but you can get delicious coffee or espresso drinks and hot subs or amazing mac and cheese. Plus the other regular gas station fair like candy bars and fountain sodas. The staff is always friendly and the restrooms are always clean.

Their coffee/drink menu is my weakness! Everything Ive ever tried is so good. Ive gone out of my way to snag a bowl of their rice and beans.Its always clean, stocked, and the staff is very kind. The pumps are also clean, which is always a plus.

I cant say enough about this place. I work in Clermont, and this is my stop every morning. This place is VERY clean, well lit, great grabandgo treats, best has station, period.

I love wawa coffee and they are pretty good at keeping the coffee station stocked here, although it tends to get messy they do seem to try to keep it clean. Hot food comes out pretty quickly, if you check it before you go, you can request corrections or additions if you like. Staff is usually friendly aswell. They also have prepped food readily available and cold food aswell. Staffs is usually very friendly and polite.

Apparently with them the customer is never right with them. Have a sign that says 2 for 1 go to pay its not 2 for 1 and then starts arguing with me. Sorry but your sign was misleading and she was really rude

The store is reasonably clean and stocked but the management needs work. While I was in the store there was a line of people out the door to use the ATM and the rear door was locked after I had parked in a handicap spot in the rear lot. This meant I had to walk around the store to the back to get back to my car. It makes me wonder why bother with handicap spots if handicapped customers are going to have to walk around the store to return to their vehicles.

The sandwiches are the best sandwiches around. I feel they beat any other sub stores hands down. Wawa rocks.

Their were two registers open so I went to the shortist line (I was only the second person at this register) and put my soda on the counter. A few seconds later the cashier placed a red sign stating that her register was closed. She then finished with the customer in front of me and walked away without saying anything. I stood there for a few minutes thinking she was coming back to check me out. After I saw her walking around the store I asked to speak to a manager. About 5 minutes later a manager came to the front. I explained what had happened and he apologized then asked me if I had already checked out and I stated that I had not checked out or paid for the soda yet. He then said ohh ok and pointed to the back of the line. Now I have to wait for this cashier to check out the 5 customers that are now in front of me. Is this the norm for Wawa? If so, I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Everyone brags on Wawa, and I dont understand it. Every time I go to that store something like this happens. I dont have any problems at other Wawa. I guess customer service is not high on the priority list for this store.

I just left the location on Hwy 27 where I had the worst service... the sandwich I get every week was not made right and the short girl, brown hair could’ve cared less when I questioned that being mine. I will now think twice before coming back!

Wawa is the wrost place to come for food. First you have to stand in line to pay and wait another20 to 30mts for the food, by that time my 30mts lunch was over just took it from the lady and threw it away. Waist my entire lunch time.
