First of all the office staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rates were more than fair being cheaper than a climate controlled facility but slightly higher than the pig sty storage place I had been using. The grounds were well kept and CLEAN. The unit I rented was in good shape. My only minor complaint is that they require insurance coverage for contents and my home owners didnt cover off property storage so I have to spend an extra $12. a month for their insurance.

Very pleased with the customer service from my initial visit with Jessica to my signing up with Kimberly. Both of them were very informative and very professional. I chose StorQuest because it was the best pricing available and very close to my home. The 10 x 20 unit is perfect for my vehicle storage for the summer.I was very impressed to receive a call from them within 24 hours of reserving the unit online. I would recommend StorQuest to everyone.

Not bad for the price. Large size storage place. Staff is friendly. The only thing is they gate system always had issues with us and our pass code. I would literally type it in correctly 3-5 times and still wouldnt work. I would tell them about it and it was as if I was the one missing up while typing in the code. I would agree if I only typed it twice but I did every time and looking at what I was doing on the screen and still not working... hmmm the system was acting up. Maybe listen to your customers?!?!

My unit is always clean. I have never had a problem accessing the facility and the office personnel is very nice and polite.

From the moment I walked in to the office to my current move into the future, I have been nothing but overly happy and impressed with this facility. The manager Tammy was incredibly helpful to meet my needs and to give me a top quality storage unit. The units in the building are immaculately clean, safe, well lit, and great for my home and office storage needs. I highly recommend the StorQuest facility in Tarpon Springs on US Hwy 19 for anybody that has short or long term storage needs. Without reservation I give them my highest ranking and grading.

My fiancé and we’re in search of an affordable storage unit to fit some household supplies as we downsize temporarily before moving into a house. We booked this storage unit online, not really sure of what to expect but going off of the great reviews. We were very happy to find that the storage unit perfectly fit our needs and that there will only be minimal yearly increases in the price compared to some other places that almost double in price after a few months. We’re happy we found StorQuest!

I needed a storage facility as soon as possible called them they said they had one went up and actually less than 20 minutes I was moving my stuff into a storage locker the whole building was very clean very well lit and very secure I appreciate everything StorQuest

I have rented storage spaces here many times for fishing tackle and camping gear, and car or two. Looks to be rennovated since my last visit. Friendly, cheerful staff!

Even though I did not end up renting a space here, I am highly satisfied with the service I received. If they had had a large enough parking space for me, I undoubtedly would have rented here. These ladies called me a couple times about my reservation which was helpful as I have a busy schedule. I am very grateful for their help and will call in the future if I need a storage bin or a smaller parking space.

My experience with U store was excellent. The reason that I needed storage was a family health emergency. Misleading at most. When said and done the 50% off special was really NOT a special because of $25 admin fee and tax. In the end, company’s “special savings” promotion ended up being only $6 dollars less than original pricing.

I helped my friend move her stuff into a unit here and I was so impressed by their customer service! They brought me a bottle of water while we were moving things (and Im not even their actual paying customer). If I need to store anything, Ill drive the extra couple of miles to come here. Its obvious that these people really care for their customers!

They were very friendly and knowledgeable...Completing the contract/renting a storage unit was fast and easy. The move in special wasnt that much of a special after all the fees and taxes..... But it is a block from our home so very convenient.

Inexpensive, Fast and Easy to Get Going, Friendly StaffI went in on a Monday morning and got everything done in about 30 minutes. Filled in the paperwork, setup auto-pay, checked the unit, put on a lock and I was gone in a little under 30 minutes. Could not have asked for a friendlier person to help. She was courteous, helpful, low pressure and easy to talk to.Its a sharp right into the parking lot, but other than that, its convenient, inexpensive and clean.

This is a second review I’m leaving on a previous note. The ladies are wonderful at the location we go to. They are always on point. It’s close to home and it has helped us when we had a side project that we were doing. No hassle what so ever. We had to rent another space to accommodate our business. And we didn’t have enough storage room in our other unit at the time. We got the additional unit which helped, keep our stuff separate. Then when we were done using it that was it. We cleaned it out and we were good to go. So if you like a clean well kept property, no hassle and if you have questions ask they are not afraid to answer. If they can’t answer it they will find a solution. The price can’t be beat either. I find it very reasonable. There are no hidden fees, or anything they tell you how it is and what it will be. Straight up front and forward company and services. Very respectful. Thanks again!
