Overall an OK experience. Customer service was outstanding. Wish I could’ve gotten a full full disclosure of the bike before picking it up since I drove from out of town to pick it up. Few misc things here and there but overall I’m happy with the bike. Customer service is a 5 star, the misc bits and pieces of the the bike which is missing a few clips, a few bolts here and there 3 star. So I’d say a 4 star is reasonable.

Just purchased a Spyder Can Am with them and everything were smooth and very professional. Since day one, Sioban (owner) has been very helpful and accommodating to all my needs and concerns. They even went above and beyond by applying a carbon fiber accent wrap on the trunk of my bike, installed the backseat free of charge AND included a gift bag! These guys are absolutely top notch. I made the mistake of buying a cheap pit bike online, put it together and it would not start. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son. I called around to places and no one would see me. Took it to these guys on Dec 23rd, they immediately understood and emphasized with my situation and took the bike in and started working on it and continued working on it today (Christmas Eve). Came in from Georgia just a couple hours ago to look at a bike. Met with Siobian’s husband. As soon as we were ready to make a deal we met Siobian, the owner, and she was super friendly and welcoming. I give Titanium Powersports 5 star because I cannot give them 200.Long story short, I took my Moto Guzzi V7 for service here and due to the pandemic and parts coming from Italy, it took three months finishing the job. All this time they lent me another motorcycle (this was my only transportation) without the obligation to do it, Ali (the owner) looked for the motorcycle parts everywhere even on Ebay just for the sole purpose of helping me and short timing.I just cannot be more grateful to Ali and Sioban. My experience at Titanium Powersports was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I visited the store with the intention that I’d be pressured into a motorcycle that I didn’t want. Being a first time rider I didn’t know what to expect and I was very nervous. As I got there Ali greeted me and proceeded to inform me of the motorcycle I was interested in. I was a bit skeptic to purchase the 2014 GSXR 600. I contacted my friends and got advice about the bike and they told me exactly what Ali said. I felt great at the end of the sale. These folks are the best! I own two Victory motorcycles. Victory ceased production in 2017, which means finding a quality repair shop willing to work on the bikes can be a challenge. After an accident that blew out my entire rear suspension on my 2012 Victory Vision, I talked to several shops in the Tampa area, but most either wouldnt work on the bike or were indifferent about it. As soon as I pulled up to Titanium on my 2006 Victory Hammer, Ali (the owner) came out and said nice bike. We spent the next hour talking about bikes, his shop and how he and his mechanic Jacob would approach the job. They stayed true to their word, keeping in touch with me every step of the way. They handled everything with my insurance company and ordered OEM parts. In less than 30 days I had my bike back and it rode like the day it came off the showroom floor. If you want honest, professional work done, go see Titanium Powersports in Clearwater. You wont be sorry!

We will NEVER do business with this place again. My husband and I were severely dissatisfied with the way these people do business and surprised. Because they had such great reviews. We understand that they are a business and they are there to make money. At first, they were very polite and professional but in the end, when my husband was on his way to close the deal on a sale, instead of complete disclosure, they strung him along. They let him drive 45 minutes there and then tell him that the bike was being sold right out from under him. Why didnt they say anything before he drove all the way there? When he called to let them know he was on his way, that would have been LESS disrespectful, if not completely unprofessional.We really liked them and were recommending them to our friends, but not now. Were just too disappointed in their complete lack of professionalism and respectability. In our continued search for a bike, we certainly wont recommend this place to anyone.

I only applied one time, the interest was to high, I talk to their bank after I left, and then I decided on Friday to try to get approved with my bank, I got approved then after, I called titanium power sports and let them know which was on Friday July 17th. I told them as long as the bike is for the price we talked about I wanted to purchase the bike, I also told them I would be up their on Saturday, I called a hr and half told them that I was coming up their, I had all my paperwork ready to go, so they knew I was coming up their to purchase the bike. Afterworlds I get up their to fine out they are selling to another person, so after 15 minutes I decided to leave. They did call me but I was under a bridge because of the rain, I was really disappointed on how things were handled. When I first met them they were really nice. But what happened on Saturday was done wrong. I looked at two bikes with them, but only did application on one bike that was it. I Did talk to them and let them know I was picking up the bike. I was first on the bike, I would have bought the bike that day, but I’m not going to play a game going back and fourth
