I live 2 hours north of this place. I inquired about a bike and Kevin got right back to me with a quote. There are multiple Honda dealers between my house and West Coast PowerSports but they either dont call back or they rip you off. Kevin saved me $600 over my local dealer so I took the drive and picked up a new Grom. Not only did I save some money but Kevin was cool to talk to and we had lots in common. Go see him!

Ive been contemplating buying a motorcycle for a couple of months now, so Ive been checking out local bikes in the area and planning carefully. I wandered into West Coast PowerSports for the first time and walked out with a great bike. Normally, I am a go home and sleep on it kind of guy, but they gave me a great deal on a bike brand that I was very familiar with (owned a CBR600RR previously.) The crew there is great, very friendly and knowledgeable. It has been a while since I have ridden and I have not kept up with the latest tech/bikes. I am also new to the area, so I am unfamiliar with the laws. They had no problem breaking down the bikes and helped me with questions I had in regards to the Florida rules.Chris Brown did a great job, such a nice man with years of experience and advice. He stayed late that day to make sure I was taken care of and provided key points in the bike manuals that I should review. He also broke down the way the bike should be ridden the first 0-1000 miles.Chevy did a great job delivering the bike, he was right on time and even stayed for a few to walk me through some things on the bike as well as provide advice.They gave me a great price (better than any I could find in a large radius,) provided delivery at a time that worked for me and I do not think they said no to anything I asked of them. It was an easy experience and they have earned my trust, I will be back for sure when the bike needs serviced.

Stopped by at West Coast Powersports in May to check out the 2021 Can Am Sea to Sky Spyder. I was greeted by one of the sales crew Luis Serrano, who I immediately found to be pleasant, knowledgeable, very friendly and completely non aggressive or pushy. Even though the dealership is approx.100 miles from my home and there are 6 or so dealers that are closer I decided to do business there. Luis helped me with my sale of my 2013 Spyder and gave me a price that couldnt be beat for the new one. Everything that was agreed on went off as promised and any minor glitches were resolved to my satisfaction. My experience with Luis and the dealership have been First Class and would say that this has been one of the best vehicle purchases Ive done in my 67 years. I would recommend Luis and West Coast Powersports to anyone looking for anything in their product line. It is definitely worth traveling the extra mile.

Not the best experience. The sales guy was good... Thats about it. 1. My ryker was delivered with only one key and no temporary tag. 2. I had to drive back to the dealer to get my tag and spare key. 3. My temporary tag expired August 6th and to date I havent received my permanent plate. 4. Called dealership today and guess what they have my plate. Ask guy why it was not mailed to me??? His response...Ugh I dont know... Really get it together people! FYI they didnt even fill up my tank on the new purchase after sales guy told me they would. Take your business elsewhere.

Morgan was the most helpful person during my visit today! I am taking my endorsement on Friday and was in need of my equipment. She helped me find a jacket that fits great, despite the challenges faced by female riders to find good jackets. I was also able to find good gloves that actually fit my small hands, and Morgan was able to order the helmet I wanted in the perfect color wrap. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be looking at West Coast Power Sports for my bike in the coming weeks!

Just bought a bike the other week from Kevin, the bike when i went in to see it was transfered over to the Tampa location, but he assured me he could get it over back to this location, I left my number and with in 2 days he called. Bike was in great condition as described and presented. Kevin took me through the process and explained everything, i put a deposit to think about it over the weekend, and make the sale not a few days later. Hes a stand up and honest guy, if it wasnt for him I probably wouldnt have bought a bike.

Unprofessional dealership ever. One of their employees took a picture of myself and sent it to the person I am struggling with and being scared of even coming outside of my house. Saying I was there to buy something and I saw the picture this employee took of myself. Called and spoke to the manager and he said could’ve been another customer. But guess what? Dealership was completely empty by the time we got there, just one couple arrived 5 mins before I left. How a professional sales man would do that? So upset and super mad. Don’t ever come to this dealership. So disrespectful 100%

I had a very good experience with the service department. I took them an ATV that was not running probably and they diagnosed it correctly and completed the repair in a timely manner. Brandon at the service desk was friendly and kept me informed of the repair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for accurate service and repair.

With a shortage of Jet-Skis everywhere, we were impressed how quickly Garret was able to give us a call to let us know that they had inventory in. I took my 2012 Can Am Spyder to service about 10 months ago and since then have only been able to ride it 3-4 times. At that time, on top of the computer issue it had, which by the way was replaced by a not oem computer, I also asked for a FULL TUNE UP. On the last intent for a ride with my spouse the bike just died on us. I had it fixed somewhere else, however found out that the problem the bike had was filthy injectors and spark plugs that appeared to be the original plugs. I decided to call today to get some kind of an explanation and a manager by the name of Zack decided to give me the run arounds to justify their lack of responsibility and professionalism. Apparently if youre taking your bike to service with them, you also are expected to know all the technicalities of services required. I always thought that FULL TUNE UP meant that everything was checked. To top it off, when I told him that they had potentially lost a customer, he said, well Sir, that is your choice..... Lucky me that they are no the only ones in town. NEVER EVER going back to that dealership. I will not put my trust and safety in the hands of such people.

Have been a huge fan, bought 3 bikes there. Then a Soyder Rt with warranty. 4 trips in, every 100 miles or so, and sold it. Extend warranty refundable given original warranty was still in effect. 6 months latter, thevwarrantu company is still behind. Will get back to you next week. A month and a half latter, not a word. Bill visit next week,vand am sure I will here 5lthe needed person is 9n vacation....again. thought they wrote great, now 8bviously refusing to honor they sold for big bucks. Look elsewhere! Took my Honda Goldwing GL1800 in today 1-2--2020 for an oil change and replace front and rear tires. Service dept and shop were excellent to deal with and their prices were very reasonable.No hidden charges or extras I didnt need, I will be taking my bike in without hesitation in the future and recommend this dealer to anyone who asks.

I contacted this dealership to ask them a simple question about tire pressure for both my sons 2019 Ryker and my 2013 RT-S SE5. The service advisor acted like he was put off by my questions. He said it would take several minutes to look the information up. I had also asked him about rough costs for an oil change and brake work for my bike. He said I am a Seadoo guy and just started here 4 days ago. My advice to this dealership is to hire knowledgeable and competent people especially when people are buying $30K motorcycles.

I canceled right away (two months ago) and they still havent refund me for the $622.00 dollars they charged me for it. I have been shopping around for a 2019 Sea-Doo rxt x 300 for several weeks calling everywhere from South Florida to Georgia. I went in there looking to trade in a motorcycle and to hopefully get on a new one. Once you walk in you’re greeted by everyone there and make you feel welcome. For a long time I had my heart set on the new CBR1000RR. Mike was a huge help with showing me the motorcycles and my different options and gave me so much information on all of the different bikes. Didnt go in with intentions of buying anything as I was just tagging along with a friend and ended up leaving with two amazing jet-skis for my roommate and I. Paid to have my oil and plugs changed on my ski. Found one of the old spark plugs sittin in the bottom of the ski (months later) Id love to know how many things that plug dinged since it was dropped. One of the bolts that holds down the engine bay cap and its grommet was missing. Lastly the o ring for circular piece in the deck was missing.

I had bought a bike from another dealer and they were terrible in every way so just expected them all to be a little sketchy at this point but then I came here. I needed a new rear tire put on my bike and they were absolutely amazing they gave me an awesome deal on the tire and got it done fast! The sales people inside were very polite and happy to talk with me about bikes while I waited EVEN THOUGH I said I had one and wasnt buying anything they still treated me no different than a customer in to buy. My next bike will definitely be from here 100% guaranteed. Not one part of the business from the parts department to the sales to even the technicians gave me a bad experience! I even came back a few days later to check on something with my bike and they DID NOT hassle me nobody gave me the feeling I couldnt ask questions about it and they just got me right in and made sure to show me everything was OK and thats a good feeling to know they care. If you are on the fence, dont be because they are great!

Was interested in a 2019 Can Am Outlander 1000R they had listed, called to see if the vehicle was still available, was told Yes we have it. So i made the 1 hr drive to the dealership with trailer with intentions of buying, arrive to find out there is a SOLD tag on the bike. I was not even apologized to, defaulted to i didnt know it was sold and immediately started asking if id like another vehicle. I wish i could have my 2 hours+ back for wasting my time.

I have always had good service here at West-coast.. I bought 2 motorcycles from here in 2016 and 2020. I never felt ripped off when buying a motorcycle. They helped me and I will continue to buy motorcycles and use their services here. The last guy I bought a motorcycle (2020) from was Chris Brown and he seemed very knowledgeable about motorcycles.The only thing I hate about West-coast is I wish it was in another location. You literally could drive right by it and not even notice it on US19. So if theyre reading this I hope you can move closer to Westfield mall in the future.

Do yourself a favor. If you want a jetski, atv, or motorcycle go see KEVIN. He is honest, knowledgeable, and very sincere. I bought my first jet ski (SeaDoo Spark) a couple days ago and Kevins recommendations led me to the perfect ski. I would have short changed myself had I not listened to him. I sell cars for a living and know how dealers have a reputation for general shadiness. Not here! At all! The desk managers Jamison and Zack worked quickly and efficiently to get me the financing I wanted, despite my Equifax score being less than the minimum for the special APR.
