The staff here at THG are super professional and ready to help. No job is too small for these guys. What I love about coming here is that they treat you like family. You really don’t get that kind of treatment at the big stores. That being said, these guys certainly operate like the big stores and have everything you need. Come by and check them out. I certainly will be referring them to all the contractors I know.

My experience at your business was no less than perfect!!! You were four minutes from my job site, I called worked out all the details over the phone and when I arrived at noon my machine was ready. While I was at your store it was nice to see all the other supplies you have to offer contractors. So I was able to spend a couple hundred extra dollars getting some things i needed. I think that the prices you have on your equipment and supplies is more than reasonable.So in the future Im sure we will be doing more business together.Thank you again for taking care of your customers the way they should be taken care of.

The staff at THG rentals are amazing! My Air-conditioning was out and I needed to rent a portable unit that worked great! It was too large for my car so they delivered right to my door at no cost.Thank you for your great customer service!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The owner ran around the business for three days with COVID while awaiting test results and refused to wear a mask. When I shared this on my FB page (without ever mentioning the company name and with NO company social media policy OR employee handbook), I was terminated. The company was never mentioned before but it sure will be now in the newspapers and on the news. I will do my best to make sure everyone in Clearwater knows how irresponsible the owner of this company is. He is a plague rat who doesnt care about his customers.....which is obvious because he is afraid some of them might have seen my private FB post (which was shared with him by someone who pretended to be my friend).

We rented a 4 x 4 lift from them to do some tree trimming in our yard. The people here are incredibly friendly and helpful. They loaned us a trailer ball when ours wasnt tall enough, taught my husband how to use the lift, and were all around good people. You cant beat the price or the service!!

THG equipment rentals on Hercules and after Bay is the best rental company and the Bay area I have used them all! For always on time they do their job properly . I used THG this weekend for the first time. I rented a stump grinder to remove a 55 by 27 by 9 inch stump from my yard before installing a perimeter fence. Equipment functioned great, instruction on its use allowed me to finish quickly, people were great! I highly recommend and will use them again.

I originally planned to rent a dehumidifier from Home Depot but quickly realised it would not fit into my car, and with HD offering no delivery or solutions I called THG. Within an hour it was at my home. The staff were extremely helpful and the service excellent. They even came out on Sunday to collect it from me. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone. Thank you for making a terrible situation more bearable.
