I have ordered over a thousand dollars worth of equipment with an expected delivery date almost a month away. That was three months ago. I have received two new expected delivery dates. Today was the third and LAST expected delivery date given. Now they expect my equipment October 29! That’s over eight months from original order. I am canceling the order. Ridiculous waste of time. I will not be using them in the future.

Johny and Antuan are exceptional workers. they were friendly at the front, knowledgeable with the questions I had and help me load my materials fast and safely as I purchased big items. great customer service from those 2!

Grainger Industrial is the BEST!! Great service! Great quality! If they dont have what you need, they can usually get it the next day or two.

Not a great experience. After waiting multiple days for my items to arrive at the local store one of them doesnt show and I have to extend my completion date. Then I show up the next day to wait outside for over 30 minutes with at least 4 other people for a pick up that should take 2 minutes. There needs to be some serious improvements made to this work flow.

He couldnt fix the fact it wasnt in stock but cross referenced my part with others and sold me an equivalent motor and saved me $ . Meaning an 80 yr old women has A/C today instead of 3 days from now. Thank you . wish I caught his name but all I got is employee# from reciept

Standing outside with one person running the counter is not a good way to run a business

The employees are great!! The manager not nice at all and was very rude!! Might have to start going somewhere else which is sad because Ive been coming here for years ☹

Very poor customer service. The employees didnt even look me in the eye. They did not have what I was looking for nor did they want to help me find what I was looking for. Im very dissatisfied with my overall experience. I just ordered what I needed off of Amazon and now get it in a couple days.

I have went to local stores and have no problem.If you call on phone good luck. I tried 2 times in a row different person in different state.

I normally only post good reviews but i had to review this experience. I called ahead and asked for an 8 platform ladder. Person on the other end said they had it. I get there they did not. Ok not a problem. The current person helping me made me feel like I was asking a walmart employee for something. Bottomline I wasted an hour out of my time and no one there could care less. Good thing for hd supply I guess.

Everytime I come here, theres a line out the and 1 person servicing the whole place and then taking literally over an hour on some people just browsing for item instead of helping everybody thats ready and giving the customer which is holding up process the book and page as to what theyre looking for and letting them look and make a decision as to what they want. instead the only employee just sits there loly gagin and waisting time with the customer that come in here on a hurricane preparation day to waist valuable time. 1:18min and counting

I can see why there ratings are horrible as a business Ive ask them to fix my pricing a number of times I was told because I dont spend 10k they cant help me with 3 stores they dont know the volume I could or could not bring stay away from this place unless u are forced to buy now employees look at you like your crazy poor management wish i could speak to the owner

Walked in, took a number. After waiting 20 mins they started helping people that came in AFTER me. Didn’t bother to call a number, so I have no clue why they even have that system.
