Others positive reviews, a good BBB and industry rating, and the fact that John, the owner, called me back late on a Saturday afternoon just minutes after my online inquiry made the decision rather easy. Cost is a good value based on service and quality. The crew was professional, worked fast, and left the job site clean every evening and when the job was complete. I highly recommend Suncoast.

We used Suncoast for siding. I really appreciate the communications and the way Aaron worked with us. It was a lengthy process due to product delivery issues not related to Suncoast. Once the materials were delivered the crew begun work and showed up every day consistently for 4 weeks solid. They started at 9 and ended at 5. They were very polite and communicated well during the install. We made changes on the fly and they were very accommodating. We had a great experience and the job looks beautiful.

They never called back, after a few messages left on voicemail. It maybe due to workload, so its unfair to say they are not a good company. But they stink at returning calls for sure.

John was very direct and informative and he did an excellent job measuring for new doors and windows. His prices were very fair compared to the other companies that I had give me estimates. Aaron guided me through the entire process, and even expedited my install to accommodate me for my wedding scheduled the week after completion.Carlos was the crew leader who was responsible for all work performed. I have a 1920s home with not a single level wall or straight cut window. The guy is magical with metal and siding. My house has never looked better, in fact it looks like new construction in most areas.My home, schedule, and demands were very challenging but these guys killed it! Call John at Suncoast Windows and Siding. These guys are straight up, smart, and have a really good installation crew. We put in Simonton Windows at TWO houses, a rental and our primary. The price was right and here is the big surprise - - - - the custom ordered double lifetime windows came in, amidst a pandemic, in about three weeks. None of the others could match this and some were out FOUR MONTHS. Suncoast is a preferred dealer of Simonton and so the company can turn windows this fast. They are listed as such right on Simontons website. Im telling you all, this company has got the secret sauce and you wont go wrong. Dont fall prey to the high pressure mega companies around town, go with this guy.

Competitive pricing & responsive. They did the siding on our townhouse complex & it really gave new life to the exterior. New windows only took 1 day to install & I have not had any problems. They came out months later when one section siding wasnt holding and promptly fixed it. Don did a great job on the siding installation.

This was the easiest and honestly most enjoyable experience with home improvement that Ive ever had. John and Aaron worked with me throughout the process of installing all new windows in my new home. They were extremely personable and made sure I was comfortable with all choices before they installed. John came out and personally measured my windows to make sure I would have the perfect fit and they would be easy to install. The windows came in about 3 1/2 weeks all the while Aaron was checking in to make set an installation date and they were able to install all 13 windows in under 6 hours. John came out after installation to make sure I was happy with everything. Then they set up the inspector to come out at the next available day and everything was done. Suncoast is trustworthy, dependable and uses an experienced team. I hired them for new siding and my home was beautifully transformed. They suggested Mastic and an insulation underneath which I chose and it makes my house look completely new. Their process was professional, beginning with an excellent quote - lower than three other companies I quoted in the area. Upon contract, the team showed up on agreed date and time and worked full days to get the job completed. Aaron - the owner, showed up to inspect and approve the work along the way. In addition they addressed construction details and crafted white textured metal sheet work around my old window sills. Sometimes when I pull up in my driveway, I still cant believe its the same house - thanks to Suncoast and a job well executed.

Our home was badly in need of exterior work, with the 30-year-old original clapboard fraying, rotting in some places, and quite ugly. I received a number of quotes, but price wasnt going to be the only consideration: customer service and quality workmanship all would go into our decision for what we knew would be a big job. The response from Suncoast was five-star all the way: Our salesperson, Jake, was knowledgeable, friendly, on time, and actually listened. He explained what the costs would be, and what the additional costs might be, since they wouldnt know until they removed the old clapboard siding and saw what was underneath. The contract was clear and straightforward. I was surprised that they also offered the best price! The project was off to a great start. The challenge came when water damage was uncovered in one area, underneath the clapboard. Structural wood and structural repairs were clearly necessary (we werent surprised). Suncoast had me at their mercy at that point. The additional cost for wood and labor was significant, but I believed very fair - the work that needed to be done was plain to see. They told me that they were only charging me for actual labor and materials (not profit), and the pricing backed up that statement. Duane (the main carpenter) and his partner, Susan, took the time to show and explain every detail. Duane and Susan were nothing short of outstanding. On time or early every day. Delightful to talk with. Professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Where we had a couple of options, their recommendation was always on the side of what we would be happiest with, not what would be cheapest, fastest or easiest. They took their time, which we had no problem with, even re-hanging a section three times because the original windows were not exactly even and it was throwing off the measurements - they clearly wanted it to be as perfect as we did. (Sometimes Susan would challenge Duane about a section as if it were her own home.) One objective testament to their quality workmanship was the county inspector, who told me: This is a perfect job... I wish all my inspections were this easy. That made us feel good! From the sale to the office support staff (including the owner, John, who personally came out to take a couple of special measurements) and especially the very talented crew, we couldnt be happier with the project. It looks like a new house... one were proud of, after so many years. The work with Suncoast represents a great mix of quality work, fair price and excellent customer service. (And as far as customer service goes, Im very particular, as Im a professional customer service consultant.) We wholeheartedly recommend Suncoast for siding installation.

This company and their windows are amazing. The company is friendly, professional and courteous. The windows and sliding door are solid and noise canceling. I had my windows installed in August and then was hit by hurricane Irma the following month. I could barely even hear the storm. Needless to say, my windows held up beautifully. We had all our windows and exterior doors replaced by Suncoast. They also replaced a section of wood siding on our house with vinyl siding. The whole process with Suncoast was fantastic. They were very thorough from start to finish. Our rep. Aaron was great to deal with. The installation crews did an outstanding job. They installed everything as if they were installing them in their own house. They left our house clean when complete too. Definitely use these guys.

I hired this company to install new windows and sliding glass doors. They came in later than promised and when they did arrive one window was the wrong size, one was damaged and one sliding door was damaged. it has now been 6 months since my original order date and they still arent completely right. They say they will get back to you and seldom do as promised. This company said they would give me money back for my troubles which hasnt happened. They even went as far as cancelling coming to my house stating their installer was injured however when I questioned the installer later he denied being hurt and stated he had another job to do. The owner John became argumentative when I told him I didnt appreciate being lied to and he blamed it all on the installer. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My windows are absolutely beautiful and they kept my house clean when they installed them and theyre very easy to clean because their double-sided and Im on the second floor of a condo that makes my life so much easier ! I definitely recommend this company to all my friends

Interviewed 5 companies and selected Suncoast based on their knowledge, presentation and overall gut feeling. Very happy with my decision. Entire process from start to finish was as close to perfect as you can get. I have been in the business environment for over 30 years so I know a quality company when I see one. In todays world I do not find many opportunities to make reccomendations but consider this a big green light. An added plus is our home is much quieter. So quiet, I can barely hear the yapping dog next door!

I purchased new windows, 13 Simonton Stormbreaker plus from Suncoast and it was the easiest, most hassle free improvement project we have done on our home. Aaron was informed and provided us with research about our area near the beach, and our windows look great! Exactly what we were promised, on time and professional, would highly recommend, aaa plus!

They installed new vinyl siding on my house. They were fairly priced and did a great job.

I bought a very, very ugly concrete block house in a great neighborhood. Bottomline, I bought it at a great price and knew that I needed to do some major renovations, inside and out. This poor house (including its gutters, soffits and fascia!) had been painted a poo brown and had been similarly named the Poo House by the neighbors. Oh brother. The thought of living in such a dreary hole would never do, so the first renovation task that I tackled was figuring out what to do with such a visual nightmare. Should I paint? Should I side? What should I do? I let price be my guide and went out to bid for both siding and painting. (I should mention that along with the exterior renovation came a full replacement of roofing and the rotting and offending gutters, soffits and fascia.) Well, after seeing a troop of paint and siding vendors, I knew that considering all factors, siding was the way to go for me, yet I wasnt truly happy with the vendors that I had vetted until I came upon Suncoast Windows and Siding. Holy moly! Before even calling them, I fully vetted them as a well-known and respected company with a great track record. Check. That done, I made my call and had the great fortune to meet the principal of the company, John Franks. He guided me through the entire weighty process of getting my place done. Now this was no simple task, but let me break down what services he provided for me: Full siding of my house, replacement of a hurricane window that needed to be replaced because of the homes interior renovation process, full replacement of my gutters, soffits and fascia. PLUS, he and his talented crew, closed up another window that I wanted disappeared and covered by siding. Ive made this list sound quick, dirty and simple, havent I? Well, it wasnt. Not by any means.... This was not a simple job by any means -- for painting or siding. The exterior walls were in great need of repair, the back exterior wall was covered with slate -- are you kidding me? -- and the front walls were not smooth, but had concrete projections that needed to be meticulously chipped away in order to be properly covered. Getting this house ready for siding was a ridiculously tedious and taxing problem, but John stayed exactly within his quote, the job was done by a courteous and talented crew who worked early to late in exhausting heat, and the result? I cry every time I drive up because its not the same house . . . its beautiful!!! It has character and charm and is not ready for full landscaping. Funny, our electrician who is also a friend, actually drove by the house because he didnt recognize it. Ha! The neighbors are happy and Im ecstatic! John and his folks went above and beyond to get this job done. He even fought for me to figure out solutions for problems -- like getting engineering drawings because of County permitting requirements -- while keeping us within budget and on deadline. You want to have your house be the star of the neighborhood, call John! Call anyone else and I just cant promise youll get what you pay for.

This company has great customer service, shows up when they say theyre going to show up and does an absolutely excellent job. Had them do Windows Doors, siding and stucco work for me in the past and I would use them again without question
