Purchased cabinets and granite from Lowes. A+ Signature Design was the granite people involved with the granite. Went to the business in Clearwater to view piece of granite I purchased. It was beautiful. From start to finish the people there have been very professional and down to earth. Laura Garcia has been helping me with all needed to get it to our kitchen. There are not enough words to say what a great first experience this has been. Had been to 4 other places and am very happy to have gone with Lowes and A+ Signature Design for the purchase and install. Everyone in granite is very busy, but it was well worth the wait. Kudos to all there.

A PLUS Signature design installed two different countertops in my kitchen.Laura the sale woman promised to replaced the countertops but when we call the next day she will not return our calls.Warming! Warming! BE AWARE THEY ARE IN BUSINESS TO CHEAT YOU!

This family owned business is The place you want to do business. The installers took their time was very professional and courteous. The job looks awesome. We have purchased from other companies in the area and A plus is the best. I Now understand why Lowe’s uses them for install. Skip the big box store and Go straight to the source. Sorry but my review is not going to be favorable. First person who came to my house to measure was rude and condensending. I asked to have a second person come and remeasure. He was more polite and did his job. However the installers broke my walls and scraped up the paint job. I am not happy at all just glad it is over.

I do not recommend A+ Signature Design. Many delays because of inaccurate measurements and “ re-do’s”, re- scheduling difficult, and this was a very simple installation of master-bathroom countertop. The finished product is very nice and turned out well, but the experience was exasperating! I had used A+ to replace an upstairs bathroom countertop in 2015, and the experience was excellent and quite different with absolutely no problems! Dorothy Banker

Huge selection of remnants for if you just need a small countertop for a bathroom, etc. Friendly staff, good prices, speedy service. They have a huge number of smaller left over pieces from full slabs in almost every style of quartz and granite, so when we needed a 5 wine bar countertop, this was the perfect place to go.We also recently built an outdoor bar and kitchen, so we went back to A Plus and found the perfect slab we were looking for. They did a great job measuring and installing, and we got a really good price on it as well. We are very happy and would highly recommend A Plus.We will be back again when we redo our guest bathroom.

I can’t say enough about APlus Signature Design! They modified my quartz countertop so that my kitchen sink could be properly installed. Professional, courteous and the end result is perfect! I will be recommending A Plus to all of my friends, family and co-workers!

A Plus is a subcontractor for Lowes and they are horrible at customer service. I tried for weeks to get them to come out to measure my cabinets for the granite I bought through Lowes. They didnt return my emails or phone calls. I finally hired someone else to do the work. Now, a month later, theyre calling me again. The granite was purchased in July and its now October! Look elsewhere. These people havent got a clue how to correctly run a successful business.

Kelly and her crew were amazing to work with. It was their first time fabricating Louis Blue Quartzite which has a ton of movement and bright colors in it. Her fabricators were able to match up the veins as well. The kitchen was tricky. But, they did a fantastic job. Prior to this kitchen, A Plus installed window sills and vanities throughout our home using Emerald Pearl Granite. We purchased slabs from ISQ, who recommended A Plus to fabricate. I would not hesitate to use their services again!-Mark

Recommended by my cabinet folks and I couldnt be more pleased! The price, quality, courtesy, quick scheduling of the install and follow through for my kitchen quartz counter top was amazing. I had a question about removal of a small glue area and the owner personally came out to clean it and make sure I was satisfied. Ill be back when I add a counter in my laundry room. Although theyre closed on Saturdays they will schedule you a time and open up the showroom.

Went today to get back splashes for our bathroom sink/vanity. We didn’t buy a lot but we were treated very well. They took their time with us and we were on our way in less than an hour. Nice people!

I regret wasting my time driving 40 minutes meeting Kelly Gonzalez who told me she would text me the estimated cost to my kitchen countertop by noon 2 days ago. I did not hear from her, although I texted her and also i left a voice message. I never go with a company who does not respect the words and their appointment. I wonder about this company who does not care about their business. Do not waste your time with a company like this.

They did an amazing job with my kitchen and bathroom countertops. They were attentive and detailed. Someone was always available on the phone. Wonderful craftsmanship with great integrity.

Heidi is amazing. She had wonderful insight to what I wanted and gave me expert design tips.

We had 4 undermount sinks installed, all the same manufacturer, free sinks included with Lowes cabinet and countertop purchase. Sinks are obviously the lowest quality available from A Plus,. One sink was molded defectively and they still installed a crooked sink. We had to point out the issue and have another installed. Problem is all of the sinks are made with a well/dip area at the drain area where water collects. This standing water starts to smell in a day or 2 emitting a strong rotten smell. Aplus came out to review the issue then claimed they would compare the sink drain formed area to their higher quality sinks. We offered to pay the price difference for the better quality sinks but they did not agree nor try to help resolve the issue with the low quality sinks. Very sad way to do business. We do not recommend this company.

A Plus Signature Design has now installed marble countertops in two of my homes. I wouldnt use anyone else, and recommend them to friends and family all the time. Their level of professionalism and expertise is unmatched!

I bought my quartz countertop from Lowes, and these guys were the installers. It has not gone well!The countertop arrived some weeks later, and the installers did get it all in. BUT:1. The first issue was that they could not seem to clean it (it was VERY streaky) and left it that way for me to deal with. Whatever was on it was NOT coming off, and it took a few days to find chemicals that worked. I actually thought it was not going to come clean!2. My countertop was black, against a freshly painted red wall. They installed it with bright white caulk...which made it a pain to cover properly with paint. For $4,000, perhaps they could have afforded a dark/black caulk?3. The hole they drilled for a soap dispenser was drilled at perhaps 15 degrees off vertical. It worked, but, wow...sloppy work!4. TWO YEARS LATER, the sink began to leak from the stainless undermount against the quartz. They sent someone out, who said Oh, these need to be re-caulked every year or two.. REALLY? Ive NEVER heard that before, and cannot imagine most homeowners expect to recaulk their sink every year or two!!!
