The experience started off good. Steve the sales person came out and was patient as I worked with other suppliers to get quotes. After talking to many people I selected IG&S even though they were slightly higher. The next step in the process appeared smooth. They came out to get final measurements. He measured the Kamado Joe and all the angles needed to fit. Eventually they came around to installation. This is where the wheels fell off the wagon. The wait till 10 AM the day of installation to let you know when they will arrive. I received a text saying by 2PM they showed up at 5. When it started to sprinkle, they said they couldnt install because the seams wouldnt dry. They packed their stuff up and left and said I would get a call. They did not come out for 3 more days. This time they called and said they would be there by 4 and they showed up at 7:30 and had to work into the night. The installer Alex (who is the best part of the experience) said this should have and could have been done Tuesday even in the rain. They had to do a lot of cutting to make things fit. During the installation, the stucco was scraped off one of the pillars due to the tight fit. The seams do not come close to matching up and i was told they would do a great job making it look close. Even Alex admitted he would have flipped the cut on pieces. Once they left I began putting pieces in their location and noticed the Kamado doesnt fit. I noticed there was a lip on the edge that needed to be cut. I called to have them come out and again Alex came out to help. It was late again 8PM. He cut the top so the grill could fit but then the edges were too tight. We then determined the sample I was using from Steve was 2CM and the top was 3CM so the grill would not fit, and I would need to mill the pieces down. IG&S could not slot me in to do this and even if they did it would be another incremental cost. The entire time even prior to installation I was receiving emails to pay the final invoice even when the job is not complete. I am now left trying to find someone to repair the stucco and match the paint, mill the 2 pieces to complete my set and polish the cut they made on the top. By far the worst home project experience yet.**** Update 9/25/2021 Seam is now coming apart and moisture is getting into the stainless steel door. Called and left a message to see if and when it will get repaired

IGS DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON A VERY LARGE KITCHEN COUNTERTOPSAS USUAL ON ANY LARGE PROJECT THERE WERE UNFORESEEN ISSUES WHICH IGS HANDLED VERY PROFESSIONALLY …HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I first contracted with IGS in March 21. Due to a variety of construction delays my countertops were finally installed in September. IGS was very responsive to my questions and understanding of the delays I couldnt control. During my measurement phase, the tech was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Installation day was flawless and very professionally done. Very happy with the results. I would recommend anyone contact them for a quote.

Great customer care. Listened to my concerns and my wished to a better counters and back splash. I wish I had this option of hiring my own contractor for my kitchen. We have a lot of customers in my community I will pass your card to them at our next HOA meeting It’s a great new community. Now that the builder is leaving I am sure once they see my results. My neighbors and friends will be asking for cards.

Stephen came by and did a terrific presentation but initially we felt that it was a tad expensive but as we proceeding to look at other options we soon came to realize it was a very competitive price. A guy came out took the measurements in a kitchen and two bathrooms. All bench top replacements. A couple of weeks went by and then we were advised of the installment date. I am NOT a DIY type so I was a tad nervous about doing the water disconnects. Stephen reassured me that on the day it would be just fine which of course it was. William and his partner arrived at 9, we did a quick walk through and then they started to do the install. They worked quickly and efficiently and William offered a couple of very good suggestions with regards to faucets.They had finished by 3, they cleaned up and did a walk around with us.I can only say that we were gobsmacked.The quartz tops look totally magnificent. The kitchen bench top came in two parts but you just cant see the join at all, brilliant. The install has made a significant difference on the look of the kitchen and bathrooms. They look just so what and updated we are just so placed that we choose to do this.Thank you Stephen and the installers a job well done.

My wife and I spent over a year researching different options for remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms throughout our home and after all the study and research we decided to interview two companies so we could compare price and quality of workmanship. Our choice was International Granite and Stone because of their professional presentation by sales manager Jessica Albright and Nate Faiella. They listened to our needs and gave advice where needed throughout the process. After the work was started we were informed by the project managed Robert Reda each step of the way what work was next. It’s not very often I feel entirely comfortable with a salesman in my home. It was different with Nate from International Granite and Stone. Very polite young man who my wife and I enjoyed talking with. He brought everything we needed to choose our counter top, plus accessories. He has a video program that pretty much explains every step of the process from the first in home visit, fabrication, and installation. After he explained the process and warranties, we were sold. I located IGS through Cambria. A sales rep came out however I didn’t hear back for a couple weeks. He was very good & knowledgeable so I wasn’t sure what was happening. I called and found out he had left the company. They immediately sent out another rep, Joe. Joe was a 180 from the 1st guy who I had thought was good. Joe was the most knowledgeable, helpful and able to give us a quote that day. He gave us so much more information. I am very happy with the IGS customer service so far. Since Joe’s visit IGS has been on top of calling and setting up next steps. Our quartz won’t be installed for several weeks yet as we’re waiting on the counter tops to be delivered.

We were interested in replacing our kitchen countertop and I hadshopped around a few other places. Finally we had decided to contact International Granite & stone to hear about there products and process and was given Cameron one of the representatives. Cameron even was able to bring over a few samples that he thought we might like. As he introduced us to the company, I had felt totally confident that their work would be top notch as IGS offers a complete process from 1 1/2 days, reconnecting any plumbing, removal and disposal of existing counter topand touching up and preparing any sheetrock that might need to be repainted depending how your kitchen layout was drawn. I called International Granite and Stone to get an estimate on kitchen counters. Tim was the design consultant. He arrived on time. Came inside and told him what I was looking for. He brought over several samples and gave me some great ideas. He took measurements and gave me a great estimate. At that time I told him I was going to think about it. He called following day and I asked him to come back with a few more samples. With his help and expertise, I decided on the best fit for my kitchen. Tim spent several hours both days to make sure I was happy with my selection. If you are looking for a professional, caring, considerate with lots of patient, look no further and ask for Tim Townsend. You will not go wrong.

Love the look of the Cambria quartz countertop but it clashes with my cabinets. Joe McCarthy, the salesman should have been experienced enough to point this out. After installation I brought this up to Joe who replied they have cabinet painters. I told him I had an estimate $3000. to which he replied I should use them because they dont give estimates less than $4000. I paid $8650. for this countertop so Im not happy.They used laser to measure but failed to take into account the bullnose edge finish should start at the wall, not 1 inch away from it.. very unprofessional.Ive signed their installation jobs that I wasnt satisfied but they dont care.Think twice before using this company.

We called International Granite & Stone for a quote to replace our old kitchen counter tops. Nate Faiells was our sales representative. Nate is one of the best professional people we’ve ever met. His presentation was perfect and his quote was fair and correct down to the penny. Installation was on time and painless. The only reason I’m giving 4stars is we weren’t expecting the process to take so long. We would have scheduled differently. You should inform your customers of how involved the first meeting will be and how much time to allow. But the meeting is very thorough and selection is great. I liked how Pedro noticed my style and color preference so he was able to narrow down the selections which I’m sure saved some time.

It was a pleasure working with Joshua today. We talked about my kitchen, what I was interested in regarfing the color and style if quartz I am interested in that would match my tile accents wall. Greg was a great salesman. He came to our house d spent about 3 hours explaining everything and making sure we were getting all of our questions answered. He was the from 6-9 pm and even though it was late and we felt bad he still made it his objective to make sure we were completely happy before he left. Pedro was Extremely professional and made me feel comfortable enough i didnt look elsewhere.

Pedro is a real pro with a great eye for detail.

They suck and cant even communicate like professionals. They dont even know the rules of their own finance. They knew for a month that the amount that my wife and I wanted to finance was lower then the qualifying amount. They didnt staying anything about it, but kept asking for payment of 1700 when we did pay that amount we had to call them to a response for installation. least then 12 hrs before the installation they called and say that we own them 671 and that they will not install until they got it and say we are keep our 1700 and not see the counter top if we dont pay, They are not honest and would not wok with us and kept telling us lies.

Everyone that I have talked to has been very friendly and knowledgeable. They could answer any question I had.
