During a family medical crisis, I needed gas and my car indicated I had very low pressure in a tire. It was pouring rain as well. When I went inside to ask for quarters, a very nice woman running the register insisted she would just start the machine for free and Michael, the general manager, insisted on coming it to fill the tires for me so I wouldn’t have to get wet. On an otherwise stressful day, their kindness and kind words made all the difference. Thank you!

I live close-by and just wanted to leave a positive review because the people that work there are ALWAYS super nice and I don’t typically find that at any other gas station. I don’t know their names, but they were working the counter at about 620pm on Halloween night. There was a darker skinned gentleman that I see there pretty frequently and is ALWAYS smiling and asks how my day is going. The other cashier had a darker complexion as well and beautiful wavy dark hair. She was dressed in costume. She was the one to ring me up and was super friendly and even offered candy since it’s Halloween. That may or may not have been a company direction, but I thought it was really nice. We put our dog down today... they have no way of knowing that... and I didn’t tell them. I had completely forgotten it was even Halloween. At a time where the world has gone crazy, it was nice to walk in and be greeted warmly and treated as a friend by complete strangers. ❤️Thank you for hiring good people and please thank them for their kindness and excellent customer service skills.❤️

How is this location 24 hours but the past two times Ive tried to go inside they have two chicks stocking with head phones on and the doors locked with a printed out closed sign. Does corportate know about this?

The gas was good but this place is a hangout for hoolagans and the undesirables of clearwater i would not wear nice jewlrey or fine furs to this place because one of the hood ratz will steel it.

If you value your safety shop elsewhere. Were in the middle of a pandemic and corporate actively discourages mask enforcement and there is no social distancing enforcement either. Frequently see multiple people with no masks and employees with incorrect masks as well. A complete lack of the extra cleanings they say they do as well.

Excellent convenience store ; my favorite item to buy is the coffee . . . because the machine grinds the coffee beans in front of you for each cup! You can smell the rich aroma as your cup fills up, and as a coffee lover, thats worth the price of admission each and every time! Also, the store is very clean - from the parking lot to the restrooms - well-stocked, organized, and well-managed. In addition, all of the staff are friendly.

I stopped by after getting back from the plains and a long period of chasing severe weather and gathering meteorological data. Upon arrival my phone was completely dead my backup charger as well, when I came in to the racetrack on Gulf to Bay Natalie and her manager Lynn were very hospitable and helped me by charging my phone and providing me with light funny and engaging conversation. I enjoyed their company and I think I will always stop by this particular erase track on my way out of the state. Thank you.

Clean convenience store with a lot of pumps and a good selection of food and beverages. The employees are pretty fast at ringing you up. Overall it’s one of the better gas stations / convenience stores in the area.

This is my local store that I frequent many times a day. Service is great and they get you in and out quickly and courteously. They are always busy and the prices are reasonable.

Needed a receipt for proof of fill up and the lady working refused to give me one.

The store, parking lot, fuel pumps and the rest of the property are all maintained very well and seem to be clean upon every visit. Extremely competent fuel prices at this location. Tobacco products are sold at state law minimum pricing. Lottery and beer sold here. Friendly staff on duty, well lit parking lot, open 24 hours and located in safe part of town.

This place is a dump outside. Nasty, garbage everywhere, trash cans full etc.

This is a gas station near my apartments. There are a lot of places there and only two cashiers(dont always work at the same time), consequently every time there is a line of two hree people. The service is good, one time I returned after two hours to get a final receipt, they found it in their computer and printed it for me, I was surprised. On the downside - I cant always print final receipt on the street because terminal doesnt have the paper or doesnt work, second time the same terminal doesnt work again, nobody cares. So, there are still things to improve, 4 stars from me.

Decent place to get gas and road snacks. Plenty of stuff to choose from. Junk and fruit. Usually have decent bananas for a quick snack.

Outstanding gas. It made my car run and it was sold at a fair price. Would definitely pump here again.

Great customer service

The bathrooms were super tidy and the work crew was friendly. The store was immaculate throughout. Overall, this was the best gas station and rest area I visited this month out of about 35 different gas stations and rest areas. Cudos to the team at this Race Trac. They really go out of their way to make the customers comfortable.

Happy friendly employees.. Very clean place.. Yummy hotdogs and I love putting the fluffy whip cream in the many delicious choices of cappuccino coffees!! Gas prices are good too !!

Not open 24hrs closed from midnight to 5am so go somewhere else during that time

The employees are always very friendly/happy (and cleaning!). I go at least once a day and have never had any bad experiences. Race Trac is lucky to have these employees!!

This gas station was right around the corner from the church we went to. They had buy one get one free Powerade which was great because we were going to a work-out session at the church!

Older lady working tonight seemed to hate every minute of it. Walked up to the counter and said uhm and she immediately says Well what do yu want?! I said hold on im checking what you have. And she gives me a big sigh and proceeds, well could you hurry a lil? im the only one working right now. I moved to the side and said theres noone behind me? She proceeds to sigh again and say nothing. I then got what I needed and another customer came in line, she immediately starts to whine and complain to her as well. Ill probably stay away from here for a lil while, employees like that dont last long though.

Location and prices of the gas is always low and nice store, coffee is good, bathroom clean .I recommend this gas and store .
