They were great! Dr. Brill was thorough and answered all of our questions! The vision center it self was great to! Good selection and the associates were very helpful and patient with us!
This place has the WORST customer service. I’d give them a zero if I could. The doctors may be great but their opticians are HORRIBLE. It seemed like SUCH and inconvenience when we asked for their help. When we arrived, we waited patiently outside of their roped off area and they were not at all interested in helping whatsoever. I asked if they took my sons insurance and the man who was less than obliged to help said, “oh I don’t know I’d have to call.” Okay, that’s acceptable, I thought. Then he proceeded to be rude to the insurance representative and I could hear his whole conversation with her! While he was on the phone, another optician came out and made the comment, “ ugh, I just don’t understand why there are so many people in here right now.” It was myself, my son, and his father, NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THERE. I inquired about pricing for my lenses, and while he was explaining pricing, the same rude woman stepped right in front of me to speak the man about something TOTALLY unrelated to what him and I were talking about. HOW RUDE! All-in-all, I walked out and will never return to this location. I mean, for opticians that work at Walmart, if you’re sitting, ALL YOU HAVE IS TIME. You’re in sales and customer service, don’t make people feel like an inconvenience.
Great service! Dr. Brill was thorough, patient and friendly. Staff was also very kind and courteous. I also appreciate the extra precautions being taken at their location due to covid19. Thank you for keeping your customers safe!

Donald has gone beyond the call of duty twice to help me with my glasses. I can’t thank him enough! Big 5 ⭐️ for him.An older lady employee “scolded” me for trying on glasses and then putting them back in the rack instead of being nice about it. Not sure what her problem was.Good experience with the doctor and his admin assistant. They were very nice. I have anxiety about going inside anywhere these days with Covid but Donald and the doctor/assistant put my mind at ease.Thank you!
The best experience I ever had. Kathy the manager of the vision&glasses department was outstanding! When I was unhappy with my pair of eyeglasses, I got full understanding and great recommendation of the new one. The new glasses are my dream one. The quality is amazing. I would strongly recommend Kathy and her staff. I definitely will be back! Thank you for your great service!
Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and bullying. I watched a disabled man standing patiently while the whole staff ignored him for over fifteen minutes, until I brought him to their attention. Donald ordered my glasses incorrectly and instead of apologizing, became angry and tried to bully me. Kathy the manager told me to come back to get my glasses when Donald is not there, an inconvenience to me. David tried to help but determined my glasses werent even bought at Wal-Mart. Sounds too crazy to be true, but you really cant make this stuff up. Wilfred finally stepped in and cleared things up. Hes usually not in this location from what I was told. In the end, Im told Donald and Kathy have scratched each others backs for the last twenty years at this location. Time to change things up, Wal-Mart... Youre losing more business than you realize.
We visited this particular Vision Center on 08/17/19 and 08/21/19. We met two different kind of people there: Dr. D.Brill was great and attentive to our neds, Gabriel (receptionist) was answering all the questions with politeness, respect and smile, David (ordered glasses for us) was wonderful to talk with, taking his time to advise the particular glasses, giving his recommendations. But when we came today to get our glasses - it was really unpleasant surprise to see gloomy, unhappy faces of the different team of employees with the expression: What do you need? . I would recommend this Vision Center but just be aware who you are dealing with. Some of their employees are not very excited to see you there.
I came in on a Saturday around 3:30 pm looking to purchase contacts. One customer was receiving assistance while Kathy sat at her desk working on paperwork. I stood and waited to be assisted for minutes before she acknowledged me or offered to help. The store didnt even have the contacts I needed.
The staff that works this optical store is outstanding. They have amazing service skills, and went out of their way to let me know exactly what I would spend on the glasses I chose while just stopping in to check the place out. They have ther best prices for their frames, the selection is wonderful, and the products are very stylish. The gentlemen who repair, and assist with buying frames and such are pros at what they do.
Have been to this vision center a few times. The staff and Optomotrist are great! Very professional and thorough. Good prices! Highly recommended! :D
I went there for a vision Exam. In all my 15 years in USA this was the first time I found real value on dollars spent on HealthCare. For $65 bucks you get a 5 star ophthalmologist a very comprehensive eye exam. Thank you for your services and business Dr Brew. Please use their services. Our community should really support this type of business.
Dan has completely transformed my opinion of Walmart products and services. When I was unhappy with my pair of eyeglasses, I was ready to write it off as a Walmart quality issue and just return it. However, when I came in to return the pair, Dan was sincerely concerned and took quite some time to tweak the glasses to where it it would be more acceptable. When that didnt help, he waited on me with the patience of a saint while I looked around for other glasses even though theoretically, the type of frame doesnt make a difference in the vision. He even got up to suggest pairs and offered his opinion on them when no one else was there to do it for me. And when I got my new pair of glasses, I felt much better about it. He also adjusted the frames to fit my face without hurting me or slipping off in record time. If you want a personal and quality experience, I definitely recommend paying Dan a visit.

Went to pick up my eyeglasses this morning before work and arrived around 9:20am. They normally opened at 9am but no one was there. I was assured that it was strange behavior but no resolution. Someone finally showed up who worked in the office but stated she couldnt do anything either. She continued to say how she couldnt do her job as she scrolled Facebook rather Tha attempt to contact someone to fix the concern. Now 9:50am, I had to leave for work without my new vision and will have to return later in the day. Dude... we come to Walmart for prices and convenience, I know, but would it be so bad to have a little customer service?
