My husband and I we love the coffee there its organic it tastes delightful, delicious . We love going there . Its a blessing it’s a nice walk from our home It’s so close to us and it’s a nice treat for us . There is many ways you could have the coffee there many flavors and just a coffee with sugar and creamer only as well.The staff are pleasant . It’s been around a few years and it’s great to have down the street from the neighborhood . Try it it’s a cute place they have breakfast and lunch and delicious pastries too . So glad I stopped in here! Was looking for a good coffee shop nearby to hang out and do some work. Southie was perfect. Breakfast Sammy was awesome (I’m sure they probably don’t make the rolls it’s served on, but they are fantastic). Great baked goods like muffins and empanadas as well. Several vegan options in case you want that. Good WiFi if you need it.Update: walked in here for just the 2nd time ever and Steven (working the counter) nonchalantly looked up and said “Hi Stu” after remembering my name from 3 days prior. Wow.

I love going to Southie! They have great coffee and really tasty breakfast sandwiches. They even have some gluten free and vegan options so a little something for everyone! They have this seasonal cookie butter latte right now that I dream about. Love them!!

If you want the cute cafe and secret TREASURE TROVE OF VEGAN deserts, emptiness and sammies, this is a real find. What a happy place. Dont let the outside fool you.

My favorite local coffee shop. Excellent sugar free drink options and the breakfast sandwiches are much hardier than what you get from Starbucks. I will miss it when I move home! They also have a rewards program for every dollar spent. The vibe inside the shop is cute and perfect for reading a book during breakfast. They have many good pastry options I can’t wait to try.

We stopped in after finding a punch card in a Geocache, and we were very pleased! Absolutely chill coffee shop vibe, books to read, games to play, and delicious pastries and food options. I had the chicken empanada and it was the best I have ever had (ate before I took a picture!) my daughter had a Southie’s breakfast burrito and said it was very good too. My coffee was perfect with just the right amount of sweet and coffee. Also have vegan and gluten free options! Huge benefit!

Warm cozy true coffee shop. Large interesting coffee menu. They offer plant based milks 😊. My oat milk latte was creamy and delicious. Theyre empanadas were a treat - chicken, beef, mushroom red pepper. Large assortment of homemade muffins. Our choice of banana walnut was a good one! Will be back

If i could give this place 10 or 20 stars i would. The food is amazing, the teas and coffee are great, and customer service is awesome. Such a chill and calming environment as soon as you walk into the building.

My family, we joke that most places around here seem to have raccoons with butts for their faces making the coffee, but this place does not! Always very yummy and smooth! They put the perfect amount of cream and sweetness. And we love the baked goods, especially the chocolate muffins!

Hidden gem. Old gas station converted into a coffee shop which is pretty cool. Inside has a great layout with plenty seating and chairs. Coffee is great and they also have smoothies too. Overall a great coffee shop that I would highly recommend.

Very friendly! Inside is cozy and fun. Coffee was delicious. I had TWO! Different non dairy milks with additional charge but Yay! for us—I’m tired of going to shops and all they have is almond milk. The vegan menu had several options as well which makes is more inclusive because many shops have your stale muffin or typically one other offering. Wish I lived closer but definitely will bring my peeps here when I’m back in the area.

I absolutely love how they use strawless lids!! It always makes me happy to see this. The atmosphere is nice, staff are friendly, and they have vegetarian options.

Great local spot with a nice variety of baked goods and hot/iced coffee. They also have a breakfast menu with sandwiches, wraps, etc. Outdoor seating area and dog friendly...the indoor area has games and books to get people interacting. The coffee and food are both really good, so I suggest stopping in and trying both.

I came last weekend, and it was the best decision ever! She was so sweet and knew exactly what I was thinking when I wasn’t sure what coffee to get. I ended up getting the raspberry cake and it was so good! 100% recommend Southie and especially love supporting local businesses.

The brown sugar cinnamon iced latte was SO good. One of the better lattes Ive had. The banana nut muffin also did not disappoint. Will be back!!

This quaint and community coffee shop is a hidden gem for Clearwater. They offer coffee, dessert and empanadas! Wonderful service, gorgeous atmosphere and delicious food and coffee options made fresh.

So yummy & such great people! I had no idea theyd been written up in the paper! Two other guests shared the article with me! The Southie Latte is my new favorite latte flavor! He was sweet enough to remake it with coconut milk when I forgot to ask for that. Really great customer focus and service! So glad my GPS found this place for me!

I ordered a cold brew, iced tea, muffin and croissant. The cold brew tasted like iced coffee dregs and both muffin and croissant were stale, their suggested tips were 25, 30 and 35% and they didn’t even provide napkins with the to go order.

Went there for the first time today, can’t believe we’ve lived nearby and it took us a year to visit! Amazing coffee, great espresso and fun holiday drinks. Great assortment of pastries and GF and vegan friendly!! Also great staff! We will definitely be going back!

This place is delicious and I will be going back as often as I can. My family and I just moved to Clearwater and it was honestly a bit sad to realize that we had no coffee shops within walking distance from our new house. However, Southie is 2ish miles away, so I will be going back pretty often (though probably not walking). Their coffee is delicious and so are their empanadas. I love all the options they have as well as how environmentally friendly they are.Excited to go back!

I just noticed this coffee shop recently. It reminds me of coffee shops I frequented while an undergraduate student back in the 60s. It has comfortable informal seating inside, as well as some outside seating in front. I had coffee and a blueberry muffin, which was very fresh and tasty. They offer other pastries, burritos, empanadas, smoothies, etc. as well. I also noticed a very clever sign at the entrance of the single bathroom that could be used elsewhere. Ill be back.

Southie is a quaint, little building with a lot of personality, friendly and courteous staff, great service and delicious coffee and GF donuts and muffins! The Southie latte is a must!

Southie Coffee is a gem in the midst of the hustle and bustle of S Missouri Ave. It was just what I was looking for in a place to study. Pleasant atmosphere, plenty of seating, GREAT coffee, great customer service, gluten free and vegan options. Loved my latte and my delicious gluten free blueberry muffin! I will definitely be back even though I live a little ways a way. 5 out of 5 recommend this place!

Literally some of the best coffee Ive ever had. They also have far more than the average selection found anywhere else. They have unique yummy flavored coffee. Their breakfast sandwiches are also absolutely amazing. Again, some of the best I have ever had. This place is friggin awesome!

This place is a gem! I have been coming here now for almost a year. The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. I love the atmosphere and vibe. The staff is very welcoming with a smile . The food..... is so good. They have live music and if you want to bring your fur baby they are welcome too! So come and have your cup of Joe with your bff or have a impromptu meeting this is the place!

This place deserves a 5 star review. It is very easy to missed on a busy street... but what a gem! Great coffee, pastries and food. They have a little bit of everything. The owners work pretty much everyday. Young hard workers, Ive met them both and visited both locations. Do yourself a favor and support this business... you wont be disappointed. ☕

I was recommended to Southie Coffee by one of my friends! When I heard they had a vegan breakfast sandwich I had to try it out. First coming in you get it with the soothing aroma of coffee in the air, the lovely and unique decorations; I love that the menu is written on a chalk board. So many options, especially if you have any dietary restrictions or vegan! The staff are welcoming and sweet. I ordered a Dirty Chai with oat milk and their breakfast sandwich. It was delicious! Southie Coffee is close to my house so Im excited for future visits.

Delicious food and drinks. 2 Outdoor areas, inside is cozy and well decorated. Super clean, friendly staff and they have a cool loyalty system. Will come back!

Adorable!! Super sweet staff and amazing theme going!! They have good coffee and they grind it fresh! A huge vegan selection even their pastries are gluten free and vegan! Anyone could eat/drink here! They even have breakfast burritos and a pet menu! The environment is so comforting I could chill there all day! Owners are great people!

No words other than amazing. Sam was so sweet and helpful, my fiance has a few dietary needs and the fact she could find all of them there was great. Not only was the staff genuinely nice people but the coffee was superb. We also loved the fact that the shop was full of the owners culture, almost all the products had some connection to the local area and supported the local economy. 100% recommending to everyone who decides to come to Clearwater that they need to come to Southies.

I have been coming here almost everyday and I love it! The environment is cute, its pet friendly and the staff are all very friendly. I always order the breakfast borrito (delicious) and they have tons of delicious gluten free desserts. I was actually surprised at how good their chocolate muffin was! Also, they are the only place on door dash that has good coffee and good food.

I forgot to take a photo because I was too busy eating, but the place looks super cozy. Southies outside looks totally different from its comfy interior with spots to eat and lounge, games to play, and books to read. The prices are good and they have a great selection of options for vegetarians, vegans, and people with certain food allergies. Also, their lavender latte is to die for. I havent tried their other location, but Im definitely going back!

Fantastic locally roasted coffee with an especially great talent for flavored drinks, giving just the right amount of sweet to complement a well pulled espresso.Also, their talent for baking cant be overstated! The gourmet muffins, cinnamon rolls, donuts, and more are universally great. To top it off, most items are GLUTEN FREE. For those of you, like my wife, who must avoid gluten you will be amazed. For those you, like myself, who can/do eat gluten dont be alarmed. You could easily put any of the things Southie makes gluten-free in a taste test with the best normal baked goods and theyd win, no odd tastes or textures, they are great!
