I bought the same drink here, 2 employees sold me 2 different prices. I showed the bill I bought the other day to the staff member and asked why the price was higher. She replied that she did not know. I have tried a few more times to double check but still the same. My English is not good, but the attitude of the staff member was not happy when I asked the question.

The Starbucks in Target in Clearwater is the best! Employees are friendly, efficient and always happy. Customer service is excellent!Corporate Starbucks really need to learn from the Target Starbucks.

This is the most poorly designed layout of a new store property. You actually have to walk across the pick up lane to get to the store entrance. Hope Starbucks is ready to pay out big bucks when someone gets hit by the car speeding away with their coffee. When I mentioned this to one of the new employees they said they make more money off the drive up window. What kind of an answer is that?

One of the baristas needs an award for his flat whites and pours in general. We use to live a lot closer and still go out of our way cause he is just the best at it. Feels good he remembers our order and takes a moment to strike a conversation with us when we go in. Overall the staff here even when hes not there is great!

I no longer go to this starbucks. Even though its almost walking distance from my house. And theres an Einsteins next door. I refuse to go to this one, the drive through batista. I didnt catch her name, but she has blonde hair, so perhaps thats why my girlfriend and my drinks are perpetually screwed up. Were simple coffee drinkers, we usually get a iced venti red eye, and a chai with a shot of Espresso. On separate occasions together or not, the lady mustnt have a good attention span, because weve gotten plain black hot coffee. Please re-train her. Or we ask for a caramel machiatto and we get a plain black hot coffee what is going on? We drive away in regret because they cant read or comprehend simple instructions i love starbucks but this one is terrible please re-train her

This Starbucks is always closed because of “staffing issues”. I put in an online order and have to go through drive through to pick it up? What’s the point in that? Needs more staff. This location is constantly busy.

The girls that typically work here in the mornings are awesome. They remain calm under pressure and serve up customer orders with a smile. Kim is always a pleasure to talk to and even though I dont work over in this area anymore. I would go here just for her and the rest of the staff. This is the kind of Starbucks that leaves a lasting impression and gives you a great start to your day.

Wonderful manager. Friendly staff.Woman came in with her dog and was asked very nicely if it was a service dog and was informed of the company policy regarding animals being allowed in the store.KUDOS for nicely enforcing the policy.

The parking lot is horrible. If theres no spots youre forced to go through the drive thru or attempt a three point turn (good luck on that its a tight space)It is very spacious inside but not worth the parking headache, or lack there of. What was the designer thinking?

When you ask for LIGHT ice and you receive a drink with the ice ABOVE the top line. That’s extra ice. I didn’t have time to have them remake it as the one and only person in front of me must have ordered a non-fat shaken every spice latte upside down with freshly ground spice and milk freshly squeezed from a two headed cow by a virgin doing the hokey pokey while blindfolded on stilts because it took them 7 mins to make it. I was not expecting the drive through to take that long with no line and was going to be late for work if I had them redo it. The girl at the window was very pleasant and I liked her but I’m very disappointed I paid over $4 for ice and an ounce of drink.

Another great Starbucks! My Barista was very helpful. Couldnt drink coffee this a.m. because of an upset tummy. He listened and made wonderful suggestions! Feeling better sipping my green tea and listening to jazz right now. Cool spot!

Starbucks has disappointed me. I was in their reward program for years and loved it! Then they revamped it and Ive had a 25 dollar gift card, and not even one free drink. 25 dollars in coffee purchases and not one free coffee? Something wrong there!

This location has been one of our meet ups for a couple of years. The last time we visited we were very disappointed, the store was messy, the napkins were out, the toilet paper was out and the baristas spoke at the cash register for several minutes and did not greet myself or my friend when she came in. (We came in at different times and only discussed this later) I do not like to post negative reviews but our experience was so different then the level of cleanliness and friendliness we usually receive from Starbucks that I hope this will help the store strive to be better.

This is a busy Starbucks, and seating is very limited! While the layout is ok, given the long, narrow shape of the unit, theres just not much open space for seating here. Outside, they have lots of tables and chairs, but this is Florida... those are useless for at least 6 months of the year. This location is the most-mutually-convenient Starbucks for meeting a friend for coffee-time. Ive actually searched for alternate coffee shops nearby but have found none... as we both work in the hospitality industry, we hate to take up space at a full-service restaurant for just coffee. So we meet here & stalk the one table not against the west-facing windows (again, this is Florida - a girl can go blind from that late afternoon sun). Also, they only have one bathroom, but its large & clean, and usually fully stocked.Beverages are always good and the service is decent. Sometimes I have a pastry or bread, and am never disappointed. They also carry a selection of other snacks, as well as sandwiches.

The store was clean, well stocked. staff was great -welcoming and fast. I am in love with their holiday design this year. It looks great!!!!

I love the coffee but this is indeed the slowest starbucks youll find in Pinellas county. Always end up waiting 15 minutes no matter what time and theyre not busy

On SEVERAL different occasions Ive come to this location after using the mobile app to place my order and driving 10 minute to still wait 10plus minutes for my ONE drink. This location is completely understaffed and waiting 15-20 minutes for a drink is absolutely ridiculous! Do yourself a favor and drive to the next one!

Amazing baristas, with kind dispositions. Had my coffee in less than 5 minutes and it was definitely a chill atmosphere to study and go over classes with my tutor.

Brand new location! It is beautiful inside and had plenty of space to work or just enjoy your morning cup of joe! The baristas are nice and it is a plus that mobile ordering works just days after opening. They lineup the mobile order drinks on the counter close to the door. The drive thru wraps around the side of the building and although there are always a bunch of cars, they get you in and out. There is a main area to park in and then an easy access lot as soon as you pull in. The bathroom is always clean which is defiantly a plus!

Good coffee and friendly staffLike to stop by at this location of Starbucks when shopping at the plazas Target or Costco. It can be crowded during the weekend. But the wait time usually not very long. Keep in mind that the restroom requires a special code.

Good service, lots of parking. I usually go in and out in less than 5 minutes. Employees at Starbucks is always helpful and courteous. Also this plaza has almost everything you need, from Target to Ulta to Home Depot.

My favorite Starbucks in the area for just hanging, chatting and people watching. Great baristas too. Only small round tables, though. For business meetings there is only one table big enough for more than a single laptop, and it is almost always occupied.

I absolutely love Starbucks, but this particular Starbucks messes up my drink on a consistent basis. I had to go inside on more than one occasion because the drink they gave me didn’t come out right . Employees have great attitude and they are fast but they deffintly need to be trained on making Macchiatos. This is the only Starbucks I’ve been to that doesn’t deserve 5 stars.

This mini Starbucks is located inside of the Super Target. The service is friendly and quick. The coffee and pastries are what youd expect from a Starbucks location. The small seating area is kept clean.

This is an amazing store that I come to every time I visit Clearwater Mall especially the two people whom you would call baristas Sheena and Clarissa are always very pleasant uplifting and fun to be around. The store makes the Starbucks experience unique for this part of the state!!

This place is like the Cheers sitcom...but for coffee; everyone knows your name. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and likeable, I wish I could give them 10 stars. For a lil Starbucks inside a department store, it has the heart of a full dedicated coffee shop. Cant like them enough.

Was busy when visited, typical small starbucks. could use a dusting around the light fixtures. Takes nothing but a few min a day to keep the dust bunnies away. That is my only complaint. People do look up and see how dirty it is.

The girls that were working in the Clearwater mall Starbucks location today, were paying more attention to their stories and each other than customers. I will never return. This is a serious coffee house, not a high school playground.
