The staff here is amazing. Great energy. My daughter could spend hours here and cant wait to be old enough to get a job here. The staff really are great.

I loved the variety but they werent as size-inclusive as other locations. Only had a small section that went up to 1x and most ran small.

I was looking at the nose rings and a worker came up and told me to move so he could use his ladder to grab something, I understand he had to grab something for someone else but there’s a way better way to approach someone that’s looking at something. Will not be going back.

This store has been one of my favorite stores to shop in for many years. I love the pop culture and gaming section. You can find so many gifts in here. It tends to be one of the places I love to shop for others during Christmas... they have Disney stuff too, for those who are not aware. You can find great deals from time to time. I also used to spend a lot of my Hot Cash here! Hot Cash is like a discount where if you spend a certain amount of money during the time they have that running, you get a coupon to spend within a certain time period. The coupon could be $15 off of $30. Its really cool!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They informed me of great sales going on that didnt help my wallet ouch but my teenager will be very happy. They have decent variety of items including small items for fun.

The material is very cheap to be so expensive, if your going to buy clothes from there, expect them to not be very long lasting.

Very helpful staff with a great variety. One thing they are lacking is size selection. My son wears a 2X in shirt size and it was slim pickings on anything available above large. The website wasnt a help because the band i wanted to get him a shirt for as a Christmas gift only went to medium available on the web site. It wasnt any help going to the store because it was the same problem.

I like the variety of T-shirts. Erica was very nice and helpful. I liked all the new items that they had on display. I love this place I am such a nerd.

Me and my cousin will go here almost every time we go to the mall. The staff there are very helpful, friendly, and happy.They will also help you when they can. The types of people that mainly go in there would be people who like anime, music, and lgbt people(like me). The music they play is upbeat and usually songs that youll recognize.

Ordered a product right from the store..they even price matched for online price of hot topic to the store and the guy was informative and i felt welcomed there😊

Pretty cool store. They have so much fun stuff here! Good prices on Tshirts. They have a lot of nice jewelry here. A nice selection of collectables here too!! I love to get my Arctic Fox hair color at Hot Topic. This location had a very poor selection of the hair color products. Shelves are stocked neatly here. Other area locations have a nicer layout and a bigger selection of products. Still a nice store to shop in.

Always well staffed and decently organized. My only issue is staff isnt proactive in welcoming you in.

I used to go here all the time, but gotta say this store is becoming increasingly disappointing. Their clothes have not only become ridiculously expensive (65$ for the cheapest hoodie Ive ever seen?), but material wise Ive never had more defective clothes in my life. I absolutely love what they sell, they keep up well with trends and such, but ever time I order items (mainly hoodies) there is always at least one issue. One time the sleeve was sewn completely upside down and another time the adhesive from printing was so sticky I nearly couldnt rip the two sides apart. Its just a waste of time for so much money.

Used to love this place since assistant manager Paul left - I dont shop there anymore. Store manager Russell is a pain and talks down to you or about you. Why waste your hard earned money for that kind of service just shop else where or online. But if crappy service and rude people are your thing I suggest this store. Happy shopping.

I am a l w a y s ignored in here, whether if the store is packed and even if I am the only one in there, every single time, not a single “Hey” or the usual “looking for anything?”. Employees will acknowledge out of place moms, the jocks pokin fun of everything in store, the old metal dads, but they always ignore the gothy/grunge trans woman, hot topic of all places. Even have been asked about and questioned my trans status by an employee which was very unprofessional. Speaking of I have applied multiple times and have been denied multiple times due to my trans status, but they rather hire boppy high schooler try hards who couldn’t care any less about their job or customer service, who just sit on their phones and scoff in front of customers. I have diagnosed high general, social, and panic anxiety, I’m pretty cynical and I have to tone it down quite a bit cause I work retail that’s not hot topic. I still acknowledge and happily greet EVERYONE and help them find what they’re looking for, regardless of race, gender, disability, sexuality, etc. Used to be a place of acceptance, a home for all the mall misfits, the demon spooky store to most parents. Now it’s an unaccepting watered-down cheesy disney trash hole. Been shopping at HT since y’all sold og Tripp pants (even the ones that zip off into shorts), Living Dead Dolls, Demonia shoes, when it was actually spooky and awesome, looks like it’s the end of my days here, I’ll take my business to online stores from now on. If you don’t like having a good time and love to be treated like absolute trash, this place is great for you.
