Dont go here if you may need to return something. Boyfriend bought me a jersey with tags still on for Christmas but got the wrong size. Went to return with receipt in hand, and they said due to covid, I couldnt return it for my money back. But I could return it for store credit. They dont have anything in that store that I want. And what is the difference between returning for my money back or store credit? Cause if they were really worried about Covid then they wouldnt accept anything back. I already contacted corporate and I did call another Pro Image Sports store and they were fine with me returning for my cash. But they are too far. So now I am stuck with a $150.00 jersey that I can never wear. Oh and I will be posting to all social media in regards to the Countryside Mall location. I would have been fine with they dont accept returns due to covid but the fact you can exchange is just wrong.

Tried calling when they opened multiple times but got no answer, i had a questions regarding if they had an specific item so I could come and purchase it in person but they never answered the phone and Im not gonna drive an hour and change to not know if theyve got it.

The man working here most of the time clearly hates his life, poor overall people skills

This is a good place to go to if you want Tampa Bay sports paraphernalia or paraphernalia of other major teams and players. They have a fun selection of merchandise for browsing. The only problem is that if you are a fan of a non-local team that doesnt have a superstar player or doesnt have a large Tampa Bay following, you wont find a lot of stuff here for you. Although they will order stuff for you, but you could always do that yourself via their website.

Stay away from this place. They are happy to sell you something but will not return or exchange the product if it is not right. I was lucky enough to have someone buy an item for me as a present and when it was the wrong size they would not exchange it or give me a credit. I would have taken a lessor value just to get something that fit. Being a Vet and a business owner I make it right for someone that can not use a item. We do not make the customer go ask the person that bought it as a gift to get the receipt. Terrible business etiquette and horrible customer service. Give us your money and get lost.

This place has almost all teams. Prices are very competitive and the staff is usually very helpful. If you cant find a team elsewhere in the mall, give them a try.

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY !!!! I bought two mugs for my parent for Christmas one was glass and one was aluminum. They did not wrap the mugs in tissue paper to protect it. When I was carrying the mugs they were clanging& it broke. I called the store to let them know & the wonderful owner had the nerve to say what would you like me to do!!! Really??? Thanks Chip for all your help!! You will never see me in your store again!!!
