Chad Jump was very helpful in helping us make the right cell phone and service level we needed. He was very knowledgeable and honest with all the details of every option we needed to consider. Definitely recommend him and his office to do business with. We paid less and got a better phone and service than what we went there for. Better deal than Amazon or Best Buy. Not only did he take the time to thoroughly explain my options, he worked hard to make sure I had the best deals and promotions available. He even ran several theoretical situations to make sure I was happy with the route we chose. I was a bit upset and concerned as to why my bill was very high and I had not been made aware of the recent charges on my bill during the activation of my new service. Father and I have an account together. I am the primary. My 83 year old father went in for a case and clip to a new phone and since they didnt have one, Kodie decided to talk my father into buying a tablet without getting my permission. He clearly took advantage of an elderly man who did not even know what a tablet was. I brought the tablet in to return a few days later after learning what happened. Props to Gonzalo who apologized repeatedly for the conduct of his fellow employee. Beware of shady sales people.
I came in to this store specifically to talk with Gonzalo Padilla about upgrading my wireless unlimited plan to a new premium unlimited plan in order to take advantage of the Disney+ bundle. He had been very helpful in the past so I was glad to see he was in today. I was also interested in purchasing a new iPad with both Wi-Fi and wireless. I expected to have to pay a quite a bit more for all this extra service, but by the time Gonzalo was done finding promotions and discounts, I got more than I could have hoped for and for much less than expected. In fact, he saved me $200 off my new iPad, upgraded both my wife and me to premium unlimited plans and my final wireless monthly bill increased by only $10. I could not have been happier. Thank you, Gonzalo for being so helpful and being so cheerful as you worked your magic. Youre the best!

They call me and tell me I can preorder the 12 max pro. I ask for financial details and they look at my account and tell me that all I’d pay is an activation fee if I trade in my phone. So I pre order. First it goes to the wrong store so I have to wait an extra day for them to get it. Than I go in and they tell me that I have to pay 52.00 in order to upgrade. At this point in a little frustrated but ok whatever. Than they come back with 156 dollars to upgrade the phone not including the activation. What I don’t appreciate is the store basically trying to sell me the new phone and think I’m desperate enough to spend the money when they said it wouldn’t cost anything. I understand salesmanship but this was ridiculous
I have had and still am having the worst experience with this store. When we signed up Cody told us our bill would be one amount only to get the bill and its approximately 60.00 $ more then what he wrote 3× on the paper....but wait it only gets better! My phone continued to drop calls and break up while trying to talk on it...so after 2 hrs on the phone with customer service they said I may need to take the phone back maybe it was defective or need to replace Sims card....so now I have a higher bill and a defective phone..i think not! So I returned both phones with the guaranteed 14 days return policy only to receive a bill today for over $800 because Verizon is now saying that they did not get the phone back. I handed the phones to a sales person at this location what they did with the phones is now my problem...lets not forget how helpful Cody was when I went back to the store upset over the bill.....he cant help me I need to deal with customer service. ..wow if I could give a zero rating I would.....beware

We spent quite a while yesterday upgrading my mother’s phone, and then more time today to add a line for me and switch over from AT&T. Gonzalo Padilla was so incredibly patient and helpful (no matter how many times I asked him to explain things!) He made sure that there would be no surprises for us on future bills and helped us find the solutions that worked best for us. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his job and the customers. Verizon - he’s an asset to your company! I’m grateful that he’s the one who was there when we walked into the store and recommend him very highly.

I never felt that all they wanted was to sell me a phone. Jordan S was so helpful with instructions about my phone and never made me feel that my silly questions were silly......very patient....i was very impressed with their professional manner but also that they cared...and they were just as nice and helpful after I bought the phone as before...

This was after he took the time and patience to go through everything he could think of. He wrote down everything for me. It made it so easy for when I get home I wont forget. It might sound a bit overboard, my praising him but after what I have through for a month, I cant thank Gonzalo enough. My next phone will be through you for sure. We had a very very bad experience at this store in the mall. We do not recommend it. You should train better your sales team, they were rude when we rejected one of their offers while we were walking by. It was a young girl with glasses that started making fun of us and laughing at us for not stopping with them. We shouldnt have to deal with this with such important and good company like Verizon. Very very disappointed.

STAY AWAY from this store and Jonathan. Don’t let him talk you into a new phone saying Verizon will be 5g in February and tour phone isn’t compatible. He will tell you anything to make a sale.I went in to sign up for the 55 plus unlimited plan advertised for $60. I asked specifically about $60 several times and was told yes it was $60 for one line. He mentioned a new phone. I told him I don’t need a new phone and then was told my iPhone SE would not work on their network or any network when they change to 5g in February. I was also told by one of the guys that once you reach 20g the speed would slow. I asked what my plan would cost with taxes and all and he said the same as my current plan. $68 plus some odd change. When I looked at my online account I was signed up at $65 and close to $70 when all was said and done. Not much more but nothing but lies and hidden truths. I contacted Verizon by phone and actually spoke with three reps and:TRUTH IS: The plan is $60 ONLY if you buy a new phone or sign up for auto pay. One rep even questioned the buying a new phone. It’s paperless billing and auto pay that will get you the $5 discount. He never ever mentioned auto pay even after asking many times about the $60;TRUTH IS: The plan will slow in congested areas not when you reach 20g; andTRUTH IS: The iPhone SE will work when 5g rolls out for at least 5 years because 4g LTE isn’t going away.I actually spoke with Jonathan after these calls and he said he has a list (of phones that won’t work) and said ‘good luck when it doesn’t work in February.’Don’t let this guy talk you into a new phone for this reason. It’s just not true that Verizon will be 5g only. That actually makes no sense with all the 4g phone users.Shame on Verizon for allowing dishonest salesmen like Jonathan to represent them. I’ve been a Verizon customer since I’ve had a cell phone and this caused me to question if I wanted to stay with them.
I would have to say my experience was pleasant and enjoyable. My rep was Joseph Creighton he got me hooked up on an awesome phone and a great deal I wasnt aware of. I was in and out and had all my stuff transferred with no issues. I hate putting on screen protectors because I always mess them up but Joe kindly offered and put it on perfectly.I definitely will be going back to the store and see Joe for my next phone!

I’ve always gotten help from great employees at Verizon wireless stores but Rob from the Westfield countryside mall is hands down the best employee of Verizon wireless and any company I’ve ever needed help from.He’s knowledgeable, professional and personable. I have been going there for the past 4 phones and awesome experience each time except this last phone. It took one trip back to the store and three calls to customer service to straighten out the mess one new guy made. Read your bill carefully! Everyone cleaning up the mess was great! I am back to being a happy Verizon customer.

My husband and I came in to see about a few functions on his new LG phone. We meet with Anthony, was really nice and was whiling to take as much time needed to make sure my husband was comfortable with his new phone. He showed us a few things with the phone as he has the same one. He made us both feel very welcome and did a great job. He then took Hus time to look at out account, change our plan so that I could get a new tablet. Everything was setup for me when I left and Im so happy that we stopped in to see him today!

Changed providers after dealing with Evan and felt very comfortable with the service and all went smoothly. After getting set up Evan was available for all help and questions, and helped with additional items himself to help us out as we had a lot on our plates. I visited the VERIZON store at Countryside Mall last night to trade in my I phone 7 and upgrade to either an 8 or 10. Monique was helpful and extremely knowledge about the phones and explained the differences in the phones without pressuring me to chose one over another. I bought the 10 but there was a problem with the data transfer, she was patient and persistent in attempting to fix the problem, even though we were there after store hours . Monique provided excellent customer well beyond my expectations.
I have stopled by and talk to Paul K three different times he has been very patient extremely knowledgeable very helpful for us seniors and is a terrific employee of Verizon. I would highly recommend anyone that’s interested to talk to PaulAs he will spend as much time is anyone needs to understand the workings of a new phone.

Very pleasant experience, Steve answered all my questions with a smile and even educated me about my new device. He sold me some accessories that I will use in my everyday life to make my life more convenient. After all these years I have acquired a Verizon rep.
Stephen answered all of my questions and even spent time with me showing me things I had no idea my phone could do. After I found out my phone was compatible and able to sync with the tablet on his desk I left with an awesome big tablet for $50. I have sent family and friends to him and they all tell me how happy they are to now have their own personal verizon rep.

Came in with an account issue. When I arrived I was acknowledged and greeted professionally. I did have to wait, but had all my needs addressed in a professional and courteous manner. The verizon rep Steve went out of his way in finding the best options for the issues I was having.
These must be the worst trained reps in the entire company, because every time I come in here (often times to address the same recurring problems), I get a different story as to what company policy is. Then without fail, they claim the policies are unchanged and the previous rep I talked didnt do their job right. Seems like that must be a training problem huh? Cant wait to see what they tell me next time.
Salesman Alex Rumoro was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, patient and kind. The WiFi was very slow and should be increased in order to expedite the transition from one phone to the next. Kudos to Alex for putting up with that and the constant noise from the mall kiosk just outside the store door. I highly recommend him to other Verizon customers in need of phone updates..

David Amar is fantastic!David listened to my unhappy story of how my LG 4 phone just turned off and would not come back on.He explained the bootloop issue with the LG phones, which I had never heard of and asked me what I wanted in a phone.After much discussion and David showing me three different phones based on my preferences; I decided on the Samsung Galaxy S8+. A great phone with some really cool features!David after setting up the phone and showing me how to use it, went above and beyond by adding to my phone the apps that I had been using.He customized my home screen and organizing everything for easy use. He was also able to recover my contacts, voice mail and text messages.When I left the store, I was smiling…That is the power of excellent service!

Total disregard for your time, mistruths and discriminatory.When I first walked in I was told by Mike it would be 15mins and asked if I had something simple which I replied yes I had a return (still in box and literally a 5 sec transaction). 90 mins later I was still waiting while Mike discussed football, etc to his customer. When I was finally helped by another rep, he kept stopping to help other previous customers that kept coming back with other issues. He also told me my original sales person was a different co(?) even though they are still cellular sales(?) Verizon. I felt like I was being treated different because I had a return.Btw while waiting I called the cust serv number listed on their sign and in another review and its a recording saying leave a message?! Time and time again I watched as customers were told the same line (in regard to wait) I told my rep better estimates would go a long way. Customers like honestly. Never again.
