My family and I have been debating a switch from Verizon for awhile but wasn’t sure if it would be worth it. I walked into the store and was greeted with a bright smile by a very helpful associate named Sawyer. He was very helpful in explaining all of my options I had for my family. I was more than happy to make the switch after such great customer service! I am so thankful for all of Sawyer’s help, I will be saving over a hundred dollars on a monthly basis for an even better service! Sawyer was the representative that helped me with questions about my phone bill and devices. He was very knowledgeable and professional during my visit and properly explained in detail my different options and also provided a brief description of some new services that are coming out in the near future. I was completely satisfied with my visit.

Both my wife and I got our phones upgraded last week- Andrea was our phone rep. She was absolutely fantastic- very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and very personable. All of my daughters will be upgrading soon, and I will be requesting Andrea again. WHY DOES THIS STORE NEVER WEAR FACE MASKS... I feel uncomfortable every time I see this store.. the manager doesn’t even wear a face mask and I basically have to ask them to put one on. All the employees at the corporate store downstairs are wearing their masks, why do the non-corporate stores not have to? Other customers also are not made to wear masks in this store. This is unsafe. Moving my business to only corporate locations like the one downstairs... so upsetting.

I pre-ordered a phone on the 25th of December and the lady (Haylie) said that it will be shipped to my house on Friday (29th December, when I went there today to find out that what is the status of my phone another lady told us that the phone is on back stock, so the first lady lied to us just to sell us the phone. They need to be honest about their products, So disappointed and we decided to not do business with them anymore, and will NOT recommend to any of our friends and family....

Went to a different T-Mobile store and they were terrible. Came to this one instead and Pat was so helpful and made my experience way better than that other store. Everyone in that store are really nice too.

Brandon was a huge help with switching me from iPhone to Android. He went above and beyond to make sure everything transferred smoothly, and made sure we got cases, and even helped us with ordering some new watches for our new phones. Everyone was a great help and we will definitely be back!

I was in need of a screen protector, so i went into tmobile to get one. this boy helped me and he was okay.. put bubbles in the screen protector and when i said something he told me to “leave my phone in the sun” and that should fix the problem. seems sus, but thanks for the screen protector.

Biggest mistake switching from Verizon to Sprint. Since I switched my monthly bill has never been correct. Ive had to either call myself or go in the store and with the last bill Im still waiting for my adjustment! My bill hasnt been what I was quoted nor have I received the promotion Im suppose to have. Just waiting for my lease to be done!
