The employees at this location are great but the company itself is horrible. For paying 70$ or more for service I get worse connectivity and half the time my speeds are slower than a 30$ a month prepaid plan. And if you change your plan to make it cheaper they double charge you for an extra activation fee.
Worse customer service experience that Ive experienced in a long time. 😑I got tired of waiting for someone to come help me so I left. Cooperate needs to better train their employees. 2 stars as someone greeted me as soon as I came in but then couldnt help me as she was in training. Was told by a brisk young man that I could pay my bill at the machine they had there but that no live person was able to help me (I went in cause I wanted live, person to person help) Also, when I said my bill was high and Id like them to look into it, he jumped the gun saying that if I wanted a credit Id need to call such and such dept. at Verizon . We hadnt even gotten that far yet. Couple walks in to look at phones while Im still waiting and a staff goes over to help them.😒
They made me wait for an hour so I left. Management has no idea on time managemente with each customer. I will never go to thg at store again.

I’ve been pondering this event since I left this Verizon store- trying desperately to think of another customer service event worse than this one. I came up with nothing. When I entered the store there were 2 CSR personnel there. One was servicing another customer and the other one briefly looked up at me from his computer then back down at his computer. I approached him, I believe his name was Rolo. I said my phone is dead and he replied what do you want me to do about it? I should have left immediately. The customer service continued to decline. I will do without a phone until I can visit another Verizon location.
Sales person said that there were no promotions available for loyal customer & discouraged on trade in value of only $92. Bought phone anyway.At home again saw promo commercial & called Verizon. Got (loyal) promotion with $700 trade in and great device plan with free Disney+ package

Customers have to wait outside until they have an employee ready to work with you. They had employees walking around inside doing nothing, you can readily see them. The gentleman in front of me had stood outside he said for 25 minutes before they allowed him in. At that point I left.

I didnt think we could walk in (which seems to be the best way to get service based on recent reviews) so I set up an appointment, like I was supposed to.Theyre very behind schedule, but that wasnt communicated to me until I sat there for 25 min and had to walk up to the door like an absolute karen, to inquire.Im not sure the check-in was received either?? I used the button on my app. And it said Id get a text, but I asked them to take me off the list after waiting.The employees seem incredibly overwhelmed/overworked. 30 min between appointments is not working.

This location is less than helpful. The employees were unwilling to provide last-minute assistance in me getting a new phone while on a business trip after mine was lost/stolen. This store and the overall customer service resulted in the loss of my business to Verizon and switching 4 lines to a different carrier that was able to provide service within minutes. 13 years with Verizon and the one time I needed assistance they were unable to provide the service.
I have been her 3 times in last 2 weeks. Always a long wait. Waited Over an hour once. Another time, we Had to leave before we were helped. Never any communication from employee while waiting. No appointments. If not already obligated due to purchase made at this store, I would not go back.
The biggest bait n switch company in history promise one thing and does something absolutely different. Dont shop here, dont shop at verizon period. I was promised 1250 off the phone and after they took the money was told. apparently they gave me the wrong phone. Asked them to change it to the right phone nwas told I cant after sitting at the store for 1 hr

Going to this store was a complete waste of time. Don’t get me wrong the “sales associates” were perfectly friendly and helpful however Verizon as a company seems to just want you to do everything yourself. I went to the store to upgrade my phone. I wanted to actually hold the phone in my hand to mess around with it to make sure it was the one I wanted and leave the store with my new phone. however they didn’t have my model on the on the wall and they were out of stock in the store so we had to order it online and they could not except cash. they also told me that they no longer transfer the information from my old phone to the new one. They said they got rid of that machine two years ago and I would just have to do the transfer myself at home when I received the phone five days later. So pretty much this store has no purpose. Just do it yourself online.

This review is on the store, not Verizon wireless service.I love that the store has been remodeled with more seating for customers while waiting. It looks more like an Apple store now. I only wish the seating was more comfortable. It’s not a place to sit & relax comfortably while waiting. Comfier seats would be great - and even more seats for busy times like the holidays.There only seems to be one of each device on display, so if someone is looking at what you are interested in, you have to wait. Very strange - they used to have a few of each device. Now there are tons of cases instead - since it is a wireless store (and not a case store), they should have a few of each device.The staff was friendly, helpful & knowledgable. If they weren’t sure of something, they found the answer. They did seem to be understaffed, especially since it is the holiday season, which is why I am taking off a star (+ only 1 of each device). It would be nice if after they signed you in, they said “the wait is approximately x minutes” - so you can run next door and grab a soda or something while waiting. Knowing it is the holidays, and that people shop on their lunch hour, they should staff accordingly.Parking is always an issue at this location. Hopefully one day they’ll move across the street where it is was easier to get in & out and to park.
Not sure what happened to verizon, but most staff has no idea about the tech they sell. Ask for a specific phone or wearable with certain specs, and you better verify its what you really want! You also better watch what account changes they make! Unbelievable that these folks already not properly trained like they used to be....
We came around 2 PM so I could get a new case and screen for my phone and we’re asked to sit outside because the store was at max capacity.. there were literally 3 people inside! The employees are rude and were not helpful. Seriously considering ending my service with Verizon.

I have been a Verizon customer for well over 18 + years. My very first phone was a flip-style phone very small screen but when it comes down to it a phone is simply that its a communication device. Personally Ive always felt that the day cell phones became like little mini portable laptop style computers and not just a portable phone to call someone with. Does tend to Overlook what the actual intention of the cell phone was first put together for. Just like a satellite phone will Mark your location a cell phone would do the same and both of them you could call someone with but thats where it needed to stop. When I started using the cell phone I was a pizza delivery driver I did see the importance of having it especially during the winter time and got stuck out in the snow and I used to walk. Sometimes a mile and a half to get to a pay phone or knock on a persons house and asked to use the phone to call a tow truck. So there are very good things about cell phones and Verizon is a very good company. Currently I am a customer of their prepaid cell phone and the only reason why I still currently have a cell phone and not the flip style phone which would honestly deter me from wanting to research anything on the internet because the screen so small. Is simply because there are fewer and fewer payphones to be used. Although I am happy when I do walk into airports or other Transportation hubs and see that they still have the old coin operated pay phones and I hope they always will.

Very nice employees and are extremely helpful .the first time I went in was not good at all but this last time I was treated with the utmost respect and was very much so impressed with the guy helping the old lady out I think she had dementia but the guy sat there an calmed her down an assured her that her identity wasnt being stolen an her Verizon service would be fineI waited about an hour till this was over tho but I wont complain this lady needed his help an I wasnt gonna be a jerk.so I waited till he was done an he handled it exceptionally well.GREAT JOB TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES
Will never go into this store again. Went into the store to upgrade my phone and the rep was absolutely useless not only did I have to do everything via my phone he ended up telling me I had to go to a third party retailer to get the phone I needed since I placed an online order. Wait what the only reason I placed an online order is because you told me I had to while I was sitting in the store. Go somewhere where staff is actually engaged.

I went there a few weeks ago to change out to Sims and switch them on the tablets I owned. I explained exactly what I needed to have done and left the store thinking the girl had accomplished the exact thing Id asked for. When I got home I realized that she did absolutely nothing for me and I was in the same exact situation I was in before but had wasted 3 hours of my time during that day with her getting nothing accomplished
I had a battery start to expand. They ordered me another one one the spot and had it over night shipped. Whole thing took like 16 hours. Happy customer.
Went in there today to get a new screen protector put on and the store employee screwed it up. The manager was then extremely rude about it and refuse to do anything. Been a Verizon customer for over 25 years. This service is pathetic and unacceptable. Andre you and your staff should start carrying for customers better.
The staff was very courteous and professional. I had an issue with an order online so the office contacted the store for me and asked to hold a phone. When I went to the store, my phone couldnt be rung up due to the upgrade not being corrected yet. An alternative solution was offered to hold me over. (Love when they have a solution ready) No fault of the store. My phone was held until my upgrade status was updated. When I went back to the store everything was in place. I was treated with professionalism and friendliness. In and out in a very reasonable amount of time. This was the 1st Id ever visited a Verizon store for a phone. I usually just go to Best Buy to review all plans from different companies and spend half a day. The Verizon Clearwater store is where Ill be going in future. Thank you RJ!

I have had Verizon since they came out, and each couple of years I get the new iPhone, I never have a phone call interrupted, there are no calls dropped, everything works seamlessly with my iPhone X max and the service from Verizon is top notch not like other carriers where they slow down your Internet & hotspot —-with Verizon, everything is right all the time! It may cost a little more-than other carriers but the service is unmatched... it’s worth it!

This is one of the few corporate locations in the area so it tends to be quite busy. Just try to pick a time where you think people will be out doing other things like having dinner but keep in mind their hours other than that it is fantastic service and much better than one of the Verizon Wireless retailer stores

People need to realize you can’t spend all day buying a phone. Our experience was quick and effective. Went in, talked to Davin(en?), bought a phone and got a good chunk of money as a trade in. That was it. Next day I decide to trade my phone out for a different model, so I talked to Kristen(in?). She traded my phone, case and even the screen protector for $28 out the door. Both transactions took an hour combined. Great experience.
GREAT PLACE. TIM IS EXTREMELY NICE AND HELPFUL. RECENTLY HAS SOME ISSUES WITH A DEVICE AND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AT THIS LOCATION. ITS BEEN MY GO TO STORE FOR YEAR AND YEAR AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE INTO THE FUTURE
Under construction, friendly representatives. Gave it a 3 because of the lack of coordination between retain and corporate online policies. It seems wrong to have the answer be online offers arent recognized by the store. For example, I saw an ad offering the Samsung Galaxy A50 fir $249. Unlocked. The rep seemed uninterested in checking out or knowing about the competition. Seems like a training issue.

Everyone needs to know if you go during the busiest times - before/after work or during lunch, it will be a bit busier, they do great for busy times, the customers need to understand there will be a wait then. When there at low peak times, never an issue either. Great job guys!

Crowded and understaffed. Approached by manager who told me there was a wait. Tons of people standing no seats and very uncomfortable on a very crowded room. Why close the bigger store???. I hate every minute of this. .not even here to shop.
Been a Verizon customer since 1998 always had very good service. But went into this store the sales person did not greet me with a smile, poor service skills to help me. This sales person asked other sales person a question this person was also very rude would not listen talked over me. Will not come back to this store and will share with other friends with Verizon service not to shop here.
Horrible experience. Manager lied to us about the monthly service price. Also didnt bother to mention that he was switching us from a no- contract plan to a plan with a 2-year contractand a HEFTY early termination fee! That was a big shock and totally deceptive on his part! We got out of it fast!

Only 2 questions I had. 1, why does my headset says trying to connect, Connected. I was told the network & I was told to move closer to the phone. My phone was in my pocket. Never mind. Question 2, why several calls thru out the day when I call someone I get the message, Verizon wireless, we can not complete your call as dialed, please check the number and try your call again. Then later on I have no problem calling. Let me check your phone. Its not my phone its your network. Check other network they will tell you. May be after 25 yrs I need to ck another network.
I did like this location, but now I will never set foot back here. All I experienced here was the horrific attitude of the employee and how defensive he got when I pointed out something misleading. I was there with my dad for him to upgrade his phone and possibly mine depending on the service (we already had a bad experience at another Verizon location.) His attitude wasnt helping our satisfaction level with Verizon in general. When I said to him (my father) that my mother sent me a text saying we should check out AT&T. When I said that the employee said I dont care, you can do whatever you want. I went outside because I was so infuriated with the horrible treatment I already received earlier at a different location and then having the same experience, if not worse, was even more aggravating. First of all, I was talking to my father - not HIM! So his remark was uncalled for and VERY unprofessional. When we came back in he asked if my father and I (he walked out too) worked everything out as if the issue was between us when he was the issue. Someone else helped us, but we were both upset and just wanted to leave at that point. My family and I have been with Verizon for 20 years and are contemplating leaving Verizon because of this experience. It is starting to seem like Verizon doesnt care about how they treat their current customers. Whenever there is a good deal it is ALWAYS too good to be true. It is usually a deal that applies ONLY to new customers or if you add a line. What about those of us who have been loyal to Verizon for over a decade?? Some appreciation for us would be nice!!!
After getting different answers from 4 different people Id contacted through customer service by phone and online chat, I went to the store to speak with Seth. He was terrific!!! He didnt just listen to my problem and do the bare minimum, he kept asking the exact right question of the people we had to contact until, together, they uncovered a bit of a mess on Verizons end that caused my order to appear canceled even though it wasnt really.When I went into the store, my opinion of Verizon was not one I could write without using some R-rated language. After working with Seth, my opinion of Verizon went up considerably. If I have another problem, I will probably go straight to the store or make an appointment with him, because he definitely knows how to find answers and work with customers, even those of us that have already lost 1/2 a day to long wait times on customer service and are at our wits end.
Seth was awesome! Everyone that worked there was eager to accommodate me and make sure that I was being helped. Seth navigated through all of the red tape and hooked me up with a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 7, which absolutely rocks. I was very impressed with the service I received.
Wait was a bit long, but the clerk apologized so I wont deduct a star.These guys and gals were phenomenal, especially after having beent given the run-around by the authorized retailers in Westfield Mall an hour before. Service was great and I walked away satisfied, feeling that my time and money was well spent.
This store is pathetic!! The workers are rude, and you can tell they dont want to be there by how rude they act. Cant answer questions, are snappy, and lie. Lie straight to your face so you stay with this pathetic phone carrier with the worst 4G in my opinion. I have a 4G phone and pay a $400 bill for 3 phones and I do not intend to spend my money on people who wont treat me as I should! Not to mention a 4G phone I have never seen 4G on, only 3G. This is pathetic and I am furious. My consultant Anthony or Andrew or something of that sort was a terrible employee with a horrible attitude. He lied about another carriers plans and services. And when he was done looking up my early termination fee he dismissed me rudely and would not respond to me again. If this is how Verizon does business then this will be my last session of them raping me for my money. Its as if as soon as youre STUCK and I mean that term very literally in one of their 2 year plans they consider you stuck so they can treat you however they please or risk having to pay a over thousand dollar termination fee. The lady greeting me upon my entering the store sounded like a drone who was reading off a prompt. I am very disappointed in my service, Verizon 10 years ago never was like this. But now I guess its such a big company we dont matter, were just dollar signs. T-Mobile now has the attitude Verizon used to and show that they are there to help. T-Mobile will be the new Verizon if something isnt done. We pay too much money to be treated like this, and shouldnt even be having to pay money like this for a almost inferior service anyways. Between rude employees, a help line that can never pick up and astronomical prices on the simple things, talk, text and web. Verizon needs to do a whole new revamp of this company and bring back unlimited talk text and web. This is unacceptable. And until my contract is up, or until my reviews are answered and issues are resolved I will continue to spread bad reviews and bad experiences about Verizon. I will make it my personal goal to get as many people to switch from Verizon to another provider.

For a change the Reps were available and helpful. Not like other times I have visited. Looks like all new employees. However, my Rep tried very hard to help me with the new Verizon robocall app. He worked on it for 45 minutes. Had to put a trouble ticket in and it has been over a week and nobody has ever gotten back to me from tech support. Verizon is lacking in their customer service. Had a few other issues with them and they did not follow through as they said. Step up Verizon!

My daughter and son in law has been with them for over a year and has been on time with their payments every month. We were told that in October if we can back in November we could upgrade well we go in this same location today to upgrade and the general manager who told my daughter she could do it then said we could not and we were called liars etc. I havent had such terrible customer service in a long time. Do not waste your time at Verizon.

Any time Ive gone into Verizon Ive always looked around the store for about 20 minutes before anyone even realizes Im there(thats typically when I go in Georgia). This time as soon as I walked in the door I hear Welcome to Verizon. What can I do for you today sir? Well heck yea, lets do this. So I explained my issues and Matt got me in and out in less than an hour.
I worked with Seth on Saturday and everything went smoothly. I then discovered that my phones camera wasnt focusing so I brought it back in two days later. Seth looked at it and determined the hardware was bad and switched out my phone for a new one.Such awesome service at this location. Seth is the man.

1.) Sales rep (Davin) disrespectful to the customer he had, as he tried to pass us along quickly so he could get to another customer.2.) He blamed the customer for not receiving a gift card when in fact he just failed to register the card through the network.3.) Last but not least, he was not knowledgable of his phone products. He told the customer the iPhone 8 was not going to be compatible with a wireless charger until summer 2018. False.

Lack of listening, excessive selling. I placed an online order for a sim card to do a byod and switch to T-Mobile to Verizon. The sales associate wouldnt give me the sim card unless she finished setting up my account herself. Today Verizon cancelled my order because I didnt pick up the card and finish the process. So Im updating this to one star.
Disappointing as always. Whenever there is an issue with one of our phones.. First thing they say.. You can buy another phone. Always and we have internet.. Phones (3) and cable.. Amazing the piss poor service we always get.
I happen to be on disability & have limited income. I bought a Verizon Nokia phone for $60I bought the phone at Best Buy since we were shopping around the areaMy son buys all his phones & electronics there also. Best buy sent me to Verizon store because my phone needed a micro SIM card & they had them there . When associate Donte saw my new phone he says are you kidding me thats the phone you bought. As if it was a cheep garbage phone. Not only did he embarrass me, be kept going on about it. Told him that was what I could afford & even I had $2000. Still wouldnt buy it. He needs to be a little more compassionate not knowing peoples situations. Will never buy anything from that store. He needs learn some compassion .Very Rude!!!!

Wow, what an unpleasant experience with rep by the name Angel. I had questions about IPhone and different new vs old plans, etc.. He is not even that knowledgeable, and could not answer all of my questions, and actually I felt like or conversation turned into confrontation. No idea why, because I was asking just your normal questions, plans, GB, IPhone storage, etc. Anyways, left without a phone or new plan. Better call Customer Service and get more professional help ( I hope).

I would have rated this location higher if not for the a shady sales technique used by one of their sales people (once I find my papers with her name, Ill update it). I am only realizing what she did approx 1 year later.In essence, she lied by saying that my wifes iPhone 8 and my S9+ would both be eligible for the return and upgrade program after paying off 50% of the balance. However, she used wordplay when talking about the S9+, by saying that Samsung had incorporated this trade-in policy which is similar to Apple. What she intentionally did not say was that although Samsung does do this, VERIZON does not offer that upgrade feature for the S9+... and based 5 mins of online research, that was definitely known at the time.I still love my phone. I just dont like the bait and switch tactics used at this store. When I decide to upgrade, Ill just deal with the manufacturer and cut out the middle man. Id rather give my $ for my misc purchases to them than a dishonest product pusher who has sales quotas to reach.
